The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

I come here every week or so to get my needed chippy 😂 The service could be way better. I usually order on the app and get it to pick up, however, when I get there as the app says it’s ready to pick up, after 10-20 minutes of waiting and the food is still never ready. They are usually just standing there not doing much as you can clearly see the food is ready in the food warmers and plenty of chips to be serving people, but for some reason they make you wait another 10-20 minutes when you get there even though they say it will only be a maximum of 5. Apart from this the food is delicious and they give you decent sized servings for the price. Only thing that needs to be improved is the customer service.

Visited on a Tuesday but it was sadly closed, not sure if it’s permanently closed as it didn’t look like it had been opened in a while.

Walked in and walked straight out again. No human contact, just order screens. They mprobably don't take cash either, although I never got that far.

Tasty food but the portion of meat given for mixed meat and chips… well… I think they forgot half of it

I went in to get food to break my fast. All burgers have lettuce on them. I asked for some lettuce on top of my chicken chips and was refused saying that they don’t do it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very rude staff

Told me is was cash only, then proceeded to allow the next person to pay card

Arrived 15 minutes before closing today to be told kebab wouldn’t be available for 15 minutes and that it would be too late as they were closing, guy then asked me to step to the side just for a minute so he could serve a different customer. After he’d served that customer he just said “now I have to make this customers burger so won’t have time to make your food”. Shocking service.

Served an undercooked pink chicken burger. Threw it all away immediately. Absolutely disgusting 👎🏻

We enjoyed a large Donner Kebab, chicken shish kebab and fries - everything was perfect.. Happy to return again..

6 months on from my last feedback.... this place has improved. Food quality is much better, I can notice that. Staff are polite and considerate. Good place to take kids for a meal. You can request NO spice or hot sauces on the meals or on the side, which makes it easier for children. Thank you
