Had two lovely pizzas to take away. Best pizzas in Deal in my opinion and very reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and friendly. I can't fault it.

Absolutely shocking of an restaurant wouldn’t order from here again even if ya paid me Food turned up stone cold No straws No sauces which I paid for The milkshake machine is always “broke” or “sold out” it’s absolutely shocking staff really do need some GCSE's Also chips are always under cooked

Cold what is it with this place and cold food

Inside was very cool, so I and my family left without buying anything, at least the place should be warm for people to relax and enjoy their food.

Terrible service. Constantly get orders wrong. Food cold. Car park is always chaos because there's too many Uber eats etc drivers

Staff work hard! Can't fault them. The place, however, needs a major facelift. Be Warned! Don't overstay your parking time! Haha!

Took 10 minutes to get me food I could see the whole time

30 minutes late delivery. All food cold.

everything was still hot, i asked for pickles on my burger and they gave a cup of them (i appreciate that dearly) overall was just really nice❤️ delivery driver was also really nice aswell x

Would probably avoid going around 2:30AM. Low staff, took my order through drive through, then when I went to pay, said I haven’t placed an order yet. So try asked me to wait at the next ( last ) window Then waited extra 10 mins just for large fries, when they still didn’t come to the window, I had to drive off.

2 and a half hours late delivery driver refused to leave my house without code

The mermaid was brilliant, fantastic place, amazing food, great atmosphere, really good experience, we will be going back for sure
