A great local kebab house. Good value , very tasty and very generous portions! Free home delivery is also an added bonus, only requiring a ten pound minimum order.

Just moved into the neighbourhood and first time I tried, Didn’t rate the kebab! Very soggy! But a neighbour told me they are normally good so to give it another try. 2nd time, I thought I try the meat and chips and it was nice, as asked for freshly carved meat, chips were crispy! Got some chips and chill sauce this week, and again it was nice. Went tonight, as fancied meat and chips, but weren’t massively hungry, so got the kids portion. One of the staff spoke to his colleague in their language (and I assume he told them not to give me so many chips) I asked for chill sauce on the meat and they questioned… “kids have chilli sauce?” I replied…”It’s for me and I didn’t want to get an adult size, as the portion was quite big and I wouldn’t eat it all!” If I want to buy a kids portion, what is the problem? Chips were soggy and undercooked!!! Such a bad attitude and they have lost a new but would have been very regular customer!!!

Normally my go to place for late night food but just lately been shut when I’ve got there at 11:30pm. Great kebabs when open but when closed earlier that advertised a bit disappointing to say the least.

Our go to for a kebab. Always with a fresh (and generous) salad. The guys are great - always super friendly. Great customer service.

Love having a kebab from here. The food is tasty, and service is good. Particularly like the chicken kebab with all the salad and cabbage, you get loads.

Kebabs are always delicious. Have a variety of food land sides. Halloumi is always good. Staff are also really friendly. Good value for money.

Found this gem of a kebab shop whilst on holiday for the weekend. Brill service very friendly and even gave us a discount! While we stood to wait for our order we got served some free donnor meat which wet our appetite nicely. Thank u 7oaksgrill!

Pre-ordered for delivery over an hour before I ordered so there was no excuse for the food to be half an hour late. I rang the restaurant and the person on the other end of the phone basically hung up on me after asking where the food was - “he’s left” and hung up whilst I was still talking. Then the delivery driver got confused with my address (the app didn’t let me write my house name) and he started saying “that’s wrong this isn’t 22 road name you got it wrong” with a raised voice. After tying to defend myself saying the app made it that way at the door of my flat he still said “well it was wrong” and continued to mumble as he walked out of the flat. Abysmal customer service, there’s no excuse for being aggressive towards customers, even if there was a mix up and it was frustrating. The food was okay, not mind blowing and cold. Won’t be spending anymore of my money there that’s for sure. first and last experience with 7 Oaks Grill.

Fantastic tasting food. Next time would be good if I wasn’t offered a choice of delivery time that was not possible. Will use again due to convenience and quality of food.

Arrived cold , Pizza did not have any taste or flavour, toppings was not cooked hardly any cheese it was not nice it all fell apart, Chicken was also not nice, Quite disappointing.

Delivered to my HGV truck on my overnight visit...fantastic service and wow wow wow...the freshest pizza I have had for a very very long.. fantastic tast...will deffo be ordering again when in the area.. many thanks

I ordered 2 pizzas that were great it’s just the restaurant made them round the wrong way..instead of a large Hawaiian and a small farmhouse it was the other way round, resulting in a very unhappy boy and messy fingers for me because i had to remove the pineapple chunks before I could eat ☹️

Brilliant service. Had a special dietary requirement which they were more than happy to cater for. Food was delivered right on the time said, and was well packaged and prepared. Recommend, and would order from again. Thanks!

only seven chicken nougats meant to be eight and didn’t have the right change was meant to come back with my change but didn’t not happy one bit

Pitta bread was soggy, would advise wrapping the pitta bread on the outside of tge box

The chips were soggy and the chicken nuggets tasted like plastic. Also we ordered an extra sauce and 2 drinks and they never came with our order.

Waste of good money again !!! Food is tasteless and not any where near the temperature it should be ! Salad had all gone floppy as it must of been in the bag ages as I got my delivery 30 mins late . Lateness seams to be an issue with this restaurant as well as the food quality

First time ordering and wasn’t too happy with the food. My lamb shish pieces were all brown outside barely and pink inside apart from one smaller piece. The lamb kofte wasn’t cooked enough. Only part of my meal that was cooked was the Döner. The salad was mainly onions, chips were ok, chilli and garlic sauce was lovely. I would order again but this time come into Shop and ask for well cooked meat and more other salad.

I got advised it would take 20 minutes longer than originally stated by just eat but my special instructions won't followed they ignored the fact my buzzer for the flat doesn't work and to use trade buzzer

nearly 2 hours from order to delivery. was expected at 8pm, called the shop at 8.10 as it had not arrived to be told they had tried to deliver it but the woman at my address advised that she hadn't ordered anything, and that the driver had tried to call me numerous times. firstly I was home alone as wife in hospital so clearly had the wrong address although the guy in the shop and the driver were adamant they had the right place. they went to check the drivers phone records to check he called me and all of a sudden it became apparent the driver was lying, yet the guy on the phone was seemingly blaming me for the driver not being able to find the address or even use his phone. I was told my order would be sent back out for delivery and 30 mins later received a call from the driver telling me he was at my door, guess what, know one there. turns out he was at a block of flats down the road, and was still adamant that I was in the wrong. ( I live in a house, numbered and really easy to find). eventually the food arrives, no apology. then when I get inside, it's clear that they have just re-sent out the same food that was probably cooked about 45 mins prior, chicken cold and rubbery, chips might as well have been frozen. awful service, no apology and below average food.

I live a 10 second walk from here and they said food would be delivered an hour after the order so i rang and went to collect they was very rude, making inappropriate comments and burst with laughter as i left, also wedgies were burnt

Food was great, delivery driver was a bit angry and rude though as I didn't know to pay the extra £1.50 delivery charge! Everything else top class

This is good for a good old kebab,always very busy especially on a weekend.Do a good selection of foods pizzas,nuggets etc.Always cooked to order and hot and fresh.

Was an error with reading notes, however the order was quickly resolved.

missed something off the order, whichvmeans we didnt eat the meal as a whole instead we eat half the meal and then got the missing item. staff are very polite and appologised,

Delivery took over 1 and a half hours after being pushed back by half hour at point of order. Food was only lukewarm when it arrived and the chips were soggy. To be honest this was my first order from here and is likely to be my last!!!

The website states that you stock Coca Cola when in actual fact you provide Pepsi. These drinks are not similar at all and the website menu needs changing.

My wife found small sharp pieces of wood or something similar and my pizza tasted burnt and I really didn't enjoy it and won't be using this place for a while!!!!

The kebab I had was very tough and salty. Even the salad on the kebab was salty! Everything was so salty my lip went red and swelled. Won't be ordering again :( shame because we used to order from this place over 5 years ago and it was great. On the plus side. Time and service was good

Once again food was good delivery was quick . Only one problem . They forgot my food . Everyone else ate apart from me :( . After ringing they did redeliver again about 20 min later . Accidents happen and did get a free drink . Won't hold that against them

Just moved to the area today and. needed something to eat. Found them on here, read the reviews and ordered. Excellent food delivered quickly and still really hot, the lamb special shish was outstanding, definitely our new go to for a kebab - thanks guys

Ordered combo kebab , chicken kebab , lamb kebab and the platter . Food was really really nice . But the delivery was bang on delivered nice and hot in about 25 minutes ! On a Saturday evening . Will be using again. Very soon !

Food is always nice from here although yesterday when the delivery man got to my door he was shining his torch through the glass on my front door looking in?? Bit rude really all he had to do was knock I was coming anyway

Poor quality pizzas. Cheese was non existent, although we paid for extra cheese topping. Pizzas had been flipped during the delivery. Will not order again.

My mate and I popped in for something to eat well for a start shop is very grubby not a good start I ordered a chicken and kebab meat and salad plus some chips so sounds straight forward!!! Wrong chips came swimming in mayo but only wanted salt and vinegar kebab I asked for salad (simple) wrong got home no salad no mayo !!!! Sorry Sevenoaks grill I will be trying the one in seal and I suggest you do to steer clear staff completely uninterested only one young guy who even cared. Steer clear you have been warned
