Gigabite Pizza in Liverpool

first pizza came burnt they sent another and I've just bit in to a piece of wood that was a couple of centimetres long and about a center meter wide unacceptable

not as good as used to be the pizza bases are now quite thick and also lacking on puree sauce just mainly around the edge now making pizzas quite dry ,not how i like them

I made a mistake, called and kindly said that my order was mistaken, a few minutes later guy called back and started shouting across the line, I acknowledged my mistake but he kept on shouting but they made a genuine mistake and refused to hear me out and ended the call. Good food but bad service

Food had been confirmed as arrived , in the case of it not being there , I rang the restaurant, asking for an update where I was informed that the food was on its way where it took another 10-15 minutes when coming , when arriving the food was a little cold (edible) and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Stopped in for a quick bite on my way to the footy last night. I wasn't expecting much as the other local takeaways aren't great, but it was absolutely delicious! £5 for a good sized donner wrap. Soft tasty bread, decent salad (fresh cucumber & tomato included), nice juicy donner meat and topped with a lovely chilli sauce! If I'd had more time I'd have added fries and a drink for a very reasonable £1.80. Couple of smackheads knocking around in the doorway but I won't hold that against the lads.

Last night, I ordered a pizza from a local establishment, and while it was satisfactory, it didn’t leave much of a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this results in a lack of character and individuality, and it feels as though many places are prioritizing convenience and profit over offering a truly memorable, high-quality product. The pizza itself was decent and didn’t leave any adverse effects, which is always a plus. However, I can’t help but feel that with a little more effort – perhaps investing in higher-quality ingredients or creating distinctive recipes – there’s potential for a truly standout pizza experience in this city. As it stands, the generic approach to both ingredients and presentation, right down to the standard pizza boxes, leaves a lot to be desired. Ultimately, I’m left hoping that more local establishments will consider stepping outside the box and delivering something unique. With the right attention to detail and care for the product, Liverpool’s pizza scene could be exceptional.

Order was very early and as I was really hungry so was made up. My pizza was really fresh and really nice. Order from here all the time as it’s the cheapest and nicest I’ve found

Ordered three items , out of the three the shish kebab was disgusting, the meat was tough and very chewy , by the time the half the meat was eaten the rest was cold so I threw it away

I waited over an hour for my food. When I tried to pay, the driver said he didn't have any change to give me back. He told me it was my fault. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

Amazing food. Pizza and garlic bread were both piping hot. Chips were hot and crispy not soggy. Donner meat is always good, just a bit cold this time. Overall a really enjoyable meal at a really good price. Thank you.

we have been ordering over 3 years now .. this was the most disappointing meal ! fried chicken dry and overcooked, the fries where cold, the shish wrap .. almost non in it .. chicken burger dry and very thin chicken. the donner was ok ..but again cold.. only thing hot was the free garlic bread... very disappointing unfortunately

order arrive on time however it was wrong I ordered a calzone garlic bread pizza and it came as a normal one I had to call the restaurant to be told the chef didn't think he cud do the order as a calzone and so did it as a normal pizza rather that phone me to tell me but that they would redo the order and send it out straight away and so had to wait for the new one to come but when it came it was correct however 3 pieces of it had little 2 no topping on at all delivery driver was apologetic

Our food was ordered from here last night, delivery took 45 minutes to a hour, for our food to come and a person to be sat without there food as this company couldn't be bothered to put the food in, rang the takeaway to be told “we are closed now and you live to far away” no refund no sorry we was just screamed at down the phone as my phone was on no caller ID, even though i gave him my address and contact details. The man we spoke to put the phone down to us! Will not be ordering from this place again if thats how they speak to their customers and don’t give the customers the food they paid for.

Horrible man down the phone telling us they have had a busy night but forget things off our order!! Pay for what you want and don’t receive it!! Won’t be ordering from here again!!!

driver called and my husband went down to meet him then the driver called again 3 minutes later and was shouting at me asking where he was and why he hasn't took the phone with him I said he should be outside and asked if he was outside the front door at main entrance he said he was and will be leaving but driver was round the side of the building waiting in the car and not at the door at all while my husband was pacing outside for 10 mins in the rain while I am being screamed at and food cold.
