Gigabite Pizza in Liverpool

Stopped in for a quick bite on my way to the footy last night. I wasn't expecting much as the other local takeaways aren't great, but it was absolutely delicious! £5 for a good sized donner wrap. Soft tasty bread, decent salad (fresh cucumber & tomato included), nice juicy donner meat and topped with a lovely chilli sauce! If I'd had more time I'd have added fries and a drink for a very reasonable £1.80. Couple of smackheads knocking around in the doorway but I won't hold that against the lads.

Im very dissopointed. Pizza as cold and. Not nice. I will not order again 😔

The pizza was not nice , didn’t look like a pizza , couldn’t see the toppings, didn’t taste nice. The way was cut was bad. Was not 12inch pizza as requested, the chicken wings were dry and didn’t taste nice . Nothing was nice . Neither the pizza or chicken wings . Couldn’t eat anything

MY FOOD DID NOT ARRIVE! 17:20-17:40 it’s now 17:50 and no where to be seen

Cheesy garlic bread is fantastic, favourite place for a pizza takeaway!

Ordered three items , out of the three the shish kebab was disgusting, the meat was tough and very chewy , by the time the half the meat was eaten the rest was cold so I threw it away

I waited over an hour for my food. When I tried to pay, the driver said he didn't have any change to give me back. He told me it was my fault. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

Amazing food. Pizza and garlic bread were both piping hot. Chips were hot and crispy not soggy. Donner meat is always good, just a bit cold this time. Overall a really enjoyable meal at a really good price. Thank you.

Food was nice but the pizza was a little Greasy

pizza was delicious..! Driver was lovely, went out his way for us (drinks were not packed with our food, he went to our nearest store to get us them! much appreciated) 5* customer service. Will be ordering from here again 😊

Entire order was late and cold. Spoke to manager and he offered 50% discount on a future order. I have no confidence in ordering again from this takeaway, so kindly declined.

we have been ordering over 3 years now .. this was the most disappointing meal ! fried chicken dry and overcooked, the fries where cold, the shish wrap .. almost non in it .. chicken burger dry and very thin chicken. the donner was ok ..but again cold.. only thing hot was the free garlic bread... very disappointing unfortunately

order arrive on time however it was wrong I ordered a calzone garlic bread pizza and it came as a normal one I had to call the restaurant to be told the chef didn't think he cud do the order as a calzone and so did it as a normal pizza rather that phone me to tell me but that they would redo the order and send it out straight away and so had to wait for the new one to come but when it came it was correct however 3 pieces of it had little 2 no topping on at all delivery driver was apologetic

Our food was ordered from here last night, delivery took 45 minutes to a hour, for our food to come and a person to be sat without there food as this company couldn't be bothered to put the food in, rang the takeaway to be told “we are closed now and you live to far away” no refund no sorry we was just screamed at down the phone as my phone was on no caller ID, even though i gave him my address and contact details. The man we spoke to put the phone down to us! Will not be ordering from this place again if thats how they speak to their customers and don’t give the customers the food they paid for.

Horrible man down the phone telling us they have had a busy night but forget things off our order!! Pay for what you want and don’t receive it!! Won’t be ordering from here again!!!

driver called and my husband went down to meet him then the driver called again 3 minutes later and was shouting at me asking where he was and why he hasn't took the phone with him I said he should be outside and asked if he was outside the front door at main entrance he said he was and will be leaving but driver was round the side of the building waiting in the car and not at the door at all while my husband was pacing outside for 10 mins in the rain while I am being screamed at and food cold.

“Fresh Italian” pizza,, might have been a pizza but certainly was not fresh nor Italian. Chips where clearly warmup ups and the chicken was just a horrendous as the chips,, local heros ! Local villains more like.

burger was over cooked and dry, mushrooms and cheese were hardly noticeable. Definitely didn't warrant the name of Gourmet burger, very disappointed

from when the order was on its way it took 15min the shop is less than 5mins away,driver got lost on the estate,the food had got cold,had to reheat the food, just eat should employ people who know the area,he had know idea of where he was on the estate, poor service 😞😞

I ordered a all for one meal and a pizza meal one came which I never even ordered came, however a couple of hours after the meal I ended up throwing it back up, the food was really nice tho so I couldn’t understand why I threw it back up, and the cake was frozen, I would still eat there

The delivery time was on time but the pizza tastes like a 4 day old pizza from the fridge being chucked into a microwave. There was a sickening amount of cheese on the pizza. It was terrible.

Whilst the quality was descent and it was tasty the pizza was delivered cold.

the top of the bun on my burger was hard/stale. I asked for sweet chillie but got spicy chillie. I do however like hot food. overall the food was decent but would of been better with a fresh bun

Pizza was very soggy. And the chicken popcorn was soft as well and not crunchy. Wouldn’t order from here again.

The meat was so unhealthy cooked and the look of it was so concerning. I had to through away the kitchen pieces cause it made me throw up. The fries were acceptable and the burger was almost ok, cause if the way the meat was cooked. You are re-using the chicken to nit lose money but you are impacting customers health. It’s really disappointing and disturbing
