Greggs in Liverpool

My order was never delivered and on the website it says it's already gone, the delivery was supposed to be between 12:30 and 12:50 and it's already 13:47 and nothing of the delivery but on the website it's already like delivered

Only sent one bag (hot food ) and not the cold one ( full of food and drinks also ) couldn’t get a refund through Uber despite proof from myself and drivers testimony. Tried to call. No answer. So between this place and Uber eats I’ve been robbed of £15 and called a liar. Won’t be using Greggs again if it’s not rectified

Got the family's Sunday breakfast from the Old Swan branch. Everyone happy with what I brought home. Staff were a ray of sunshine on an otherwise wet and miserable Sunday morning

I was sent out 2 sausage rolls instead of a baguette and my coffee is spilt all over the sausage rolls so can’t even eat them am fuming

I don’t know what it is about greggs but they seem to send what they like. Food was fine but I ordered a baguette and received a roll. Last time I ordered they sent bacon rolls instead of sausage and bacon. I’m assuming if they run out of something they just make it up

Completely wrong. Asked for a sandwich and a biscuit with a drink and was handed a pizza and dips instead. Terrible.

Resteraunts awful, rude manager and just awful customer service. Gave the wrong driver my food and then still said its my fault. I’m stiiiill waiting for food. rude manager. Girl who answered the phone was lovely. Manager needs a course in customer service

ordered 1 chicken club baguette and 1 tuna crunch but received 2 chicken club baguettes and no tuna crunch. very disappointing

Everytime missing items from my order. Not just Greggs but seems to be every single place here on Just Eat. Compensation system is awful. Last time I order on here.

This has been a very good service and all food and drinks were delivered with only one minor error in the sauce.

I visited this store as I had dropped my partner and her mum to the hospital I ordered several things and a must is sausage rolls they had none ready and I had to wait 5 mins until they were cooked the young man who served me was very polite informative and apologetic that I had to wait as I explained to him you can't rush good food and I would prefer it was cooked properly he agreed but again said sorry and even offered me a complimentary drink why I waited this service is rare nowadays and its a shame as this service made me feel valued as a customer I would definatly return for the brilliant customer focus the young man gave

Well... The food was good,but 1.5 hour delivery time?! I know it can happen,but next time defenitely will think twice before I order.

Helped elderly man into shop on tues he had fallen outside our shop in ice and snow lovely team made him welcome and gave him free donought and sandwich and I thought that was lovely.

I was in this place with my family, my 1 year old baby, sleeping on my arm. the tables were busy with some gentlemen talking, so I excused myself and got a chair to sit on, as the baby was sleeping on my arm. An attendant removed the chair, so I stood, drinking my coffee, a moment of rest. no one got up, no one helped, the space is small, and there is no place for mothers with babies, as the gentlemen stay there talking for hours and hours. And nobody does anything at all! That's education, days after Christmas.

Ridiculous rang store they told me driver had left 30 minutes ago and he was still another 30 minutes after that I could have walked to the shop in 10 minutes it doesn’t take an hour to deliver food never using again bad joke

Food came cold and driver must of came from the Middle East considering it took them an hour to assign a driver

By the time it came food was cold coffee was cold.

Sent the wrong sandwich. Unfortunately it was one we didn't like. Rest of it was good though.

when it was arrived the food was cold and the doughnuts where crushed and flattened. I have requested a refund and i have still no gotten any emails.

Actually got what I ordered, not ice cold and not all smashed up! Good for just eat as everything is usually horrible. Will order from here again. Greggs is always good anyway.

Only 1 of the 4 items was delivered then had a phone call off the store asking me to collect the other 3 myself as they forgot to give to the driver!

A drink was missing there were supposed to be two and only one was delivered.

Ordered from this Greggs before and never had any issues. But this order the food was cold, missing items, no sauce, and the quality of the food wasn't great. The baguette wasn't fresh and bacon undercooked. Won't be ordering from this Greggs again

Ordered breakfast for a group. One item not received, called the restaurant and was told that it was still in the restaurant and we could collect or ask for refund. Another few orders wrong so all in all an unsuccessful breakfast with a lot of people disappointed 😞
