Great service and friendly staff a little disappointed that the food wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese on the burgers if all the food was a little hotter would be perfect.

Clean, tidy - pleasant cleaning staff. Wrap of the day took ten minutes and was placed in carton upside down: it had little flavour.

On Saturday 26th October we went through the drive thru at mcdonalds Barlborough. We waited in line as there was a queue. When we approached the first port of call we waited and shouted hello at least 10 times. No answer so we thought it wasn't working. We drove to the first window and gave our order. The young man that was on was so rude. Order at the right place next time. I tried telling him there was no reply to me calling so thought it was broken. His reply well next time wait. I have never ever been spoken to in such a manner. His attitude was despicable. I asked him his name to which he grinned and said oh no looks like I forgot it. He needs people training. If we hadn't been going to a wedding and time was of the essence I would have gone in. Whoever is the manager of this place you need to check who was on this window and have a serious word with him.

Fries very hard not edible. Burger cold in middle. Coke fine Attitude of staff poor. Could be better with appropriate training in customer services.

Touch screens don’t really work, staff no interest in resetting them.. just looking in like garden gnomes

Great service, as always. The staff were very accomodating and allowed us to order and eat inside when they were expected to close within 15 mins.

Stopped here to use the Instavolt EV chargers. Pity they're squeezed into a tight corner right by where the Drive Thru exits!! Really awkward reversing into position and being glared at by people trying to leave.

Ordered food at 16:00h, given a delivery time of 16:35h, delivery time kept rising up until 17:20h, I rang them, they explained they had 5 other orders waiting… no available drivers, waiting for over an hour for my food. Unpleased and very disappointed from McDonalds!

delivered on time but I only got half of my order and someones elses meal. The food was lukewarm.I am currently unable to drive,so very annoyed.

unfortunately the driver was really rude. only just pulled up to my house and I had to put the dog away to which I opened the door to "have you not heard me knocking I've been here a long time" which was not the case at all. service shocking 🤦‍♀️

iv been using just eat for a while now And im very happy with The service but when The items arent available I don't like that I don't get paid back

food arrived cold and like mush! mozzarella dippers tasted gone off, grainy mush inside. the fact they never send the sauces we request, items prepared horrendously or not even there at all. terrible service but then is the food cold because delivery drivers do multiple other deliveries on route, getting paid for each one when they are doing them all in one run. disgusting experience all round really 😒

The worst McDonald ever don’t go there !!! Waited 20 minutes for some nuggets and there was nobody even inside and it was 10pm at night and nobody else in the drive through and still took forever. Coke was flatter then a pancake not one bit of ice in it probably because one of the workers was just standing there making drinks for no reason and leaving them on the side to go warm and flat as I watched my drink jjst sit there for 15 mins because they gave it to me . Don’t waste your time going there just go to Wendy’s next door. absolutely terrible

No sauces again glad I didn’t actually pay extra for them but disappointing for the kids! Ordered a latte what was stone cold clearly had been made before the food which is bizarre! Food was barely warm. Always an issue collect or delivery!

Standard fast food offer. Gluten-free options appalling though, and fries soggy. Has two Instavolt EV chargers, but both are in a difficult to access part of the car park when it's busy.

Ordered 4 meals through the drive through when we got home we found we was missing a burger, rang Barlborough macdonalds to be told we'll you will have to drive back and get it not helpful at all went all the way back no apology nothing so buy the time we got back the rest of the food was cold, all I can say is you better up your game as you will have competition soon with Wendy's arriving next door

Efficient service and welcoming staff. Drive through was quick as we pre-ordered on the app, didn't have to wait long parked up. Car park full, otherwise would've used the order bay (why do people that eat in-store park in these spaces? So selfish!). Only downside is when we got back, my burger was missing the bottom half of the bap!? Don't know how that could happen, but still, was pretty darn tasty and fresh. Would visit again.

Service and atmosphere are 5 start just from the service offered by Alice. All McDonald's needs an Alice. Nothing was too much for her. She's friendly, interacts with the children and made the trip to McDonald's a fun experience

Ordered at 2.30 ordered arrived at 4:45 been waiting over 2 hours when food arrived it come stone cold and stale not happy I’ll be putting a complaint in and never ordering again

I really wanted to put this review on the McDonald’s system but after 5 attempts i still couldn’t complete. Friday 9th August I called in on my way to Doncaster. I tried to order from the self service but it wouldn’t allow me to pay. I went to the desk and one of the restaurant floor staff served me. Her name is Di. The same thing happened when she submitted the order on the till. She rebooted the system to no avail. She brought the duty manager and he had same issues. She the brought the restaurant manager and he transferred to another till. Di remembered my order for the manager and reminded him i now only had a couple of minutes for breakfast. I thought Di went above and beyond. She came to check if my meal was alright and asked if i needed anything else. She is amazing and a credit to the restaurant. I hope someone from the store replies. Also the McDonald’s site puts people off praise reports - so many questions before you can say what you want to. Thank you Di x

Never been in, and I have no complaints about the service or food. Compared to some McDs it's a pretty decent place to pull in for a quick stop, both locally and commuting on the M1.

I’m so tired of finding pube like hair inside my mcdelivery.. it’s curly and it’s happened twice now. Makes me not want to order from here again. Either someone has long arm hair or they’re not covering their hair properly, sort it!

I ordered the burger meal deal and I am missing a Big Mac burger. There is no option to try to get this delivered unfortunately and now dinner is ruined because I will have to go without so the children can have something. This is very frustrating as just eat only offer a refund

no dips n abit cold a few got 17 nuggets

£53 order and all 3 kids deserts were missing, not one box of chips filled up more than half way, both bacon double big macs had the bacon missing, chips cold with not one spec of salt on them and to top it all of the coke was flat. Absolute waste of time and money.

Great service, place was very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful I had to ask for help opening a bottle of water due to having bad hands, and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10

Very slow service . Lots of staff with very few customers (quiet drive-through too) but very slow service . Waiting 10 minutes for a wrap feels quite long compared to most mcdonalds stores . Most of thebstafd were just stood chatting about general elections. Only 1 member of staff really doing any work and he was cleaning walls .

Why pay for expensive coffee when they do fresh coffee at half the price

Stood waiting to be served at a till while staff chatted. Someone came from around a corner an took my order he was very pleasant tbf. Then when I got my food the chips where cool an tasted either burnt or off. The burger wasn't much better it was hot as it was a special order but even that wasn't really upto scratch. Very poor use to be a good location many years ago.

Horrible McDonald’s Stopped here on the way to a hike As I have a eating disorder I needed to eat I ordered the food at the machine 5 minutes later my food hadn’t come (I had ordered Porriage ) an employee had ordered 5 minutes after me the same food (Porriage ) the staff handed him the Porriage And waited 5 minutes to tell me they had ran out Staff were rude gave me my money back in cash when I had paid on card which was not appropriate very very rude when asked to complaint the main server went off in a strop and the manager (younge girl ) couldn’t care less about customer care I’d think about getting new staff very unprofessional

I was very happy to see that everything was in the bags which makes a change. Food was still very hot so didn’t need warming up and tasted great too. Fast delivery & easy to track delivery. Thank you.

I've never been to a friendlier McDonald's! A two hour journey ended up taking double due to an accident on the M1, and I was tired and fed up and wanted to get home. The team interacted with each other really well, the customer service was great and they seemed genuinely concerned when another customer spilled their tea down themselves, cleaning it up and getting her another drink.

usually I have no issues with this restaurant, but this time tge "Large* chips aint even small! EMBARASSING AND RIDICULOUS!

Worst macdonalds!! Ever 9/10 asked to park up and wait for a simple cheese burger, fries and a drink! Then it's stone cold! And even the lemonade is flat! Not enjoyable at all so disappointing. I've been once in a blue moon over the past few years and i always wish i never bothered.

A huge shout out to Joseph McCabe who served us when we got diverted off of the motorway on a long drive across the country. It was late, we were knackered and hungry by the time we rolled up to the drive thru but Joseph was an absolute legend who brightened our day by serving us piping hot food quickly and with a smile! Not only was he an efficient worker, his customer service was above and beyond what anyone would expect for that time of night. He was so friendly, bantering away with myself and my partner and making us laugh. We had to wait for a couple of items in one of the bays and he made sure to come out to deliver the rest of the order to us personally so our whole drive thru experience was with him. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere and he deserves to be recognised for that. Thank you so much Joseph!

food is cold and the burger looks like its been sat on several times. cheese is al over the wrapper but hardly any on the burger. chips all disgusting hard bits from the bottom of the pile. missing the sauces as per usual...requested no ice in the coke but yet has ice in. not sure how u people find it so difficult to get an order for 4 item correct! disgusted I have paid for this trash again!

Every single time we order from this Mcdonalds they miss something off the list or get something wrong. Over the years I've had missing syrup for pancakes, missing deserts, missing drinks, missing burgers and on more than one occasion even a full meal missing.

As usual there were no sauces delivered.
