i payed for a small vanilla milkshake and i didnt get one

Took over an hour to be delivered and food was cold when we received it.

The Quarter pounder with extra sauce etc box was open and burger had come apart. The grimace shake had spilled through top / sides. Food was pretty cold especially the chips.

I ordered at 4:25pm and the delivery time was 20-30 minutes. I then didn’t receive my food until 5:45pm. And when it arrived it was stone cold and I didn’t have my dips.

They didn't read the comments about sending plain burgers (no options given for the family deal to choose topping etc), so 3 out of the 4 burgers had things on them we can't stand

The driver slowed down near my house and then proceeded to drive away with my order. Called McDonalds, they can't do anything as i have to take it up with just eat which is absolutely impossible!! I want a refund. An actual refund NOT account credit!

Our delivery time kept changing from going to a later time to an earlier time. When we eventually got our food it tasted like it was prepared when we first placed the order and then left out for 2 hours, it was barely warm.

Food arrived 2 hours after I ordered chips was freezing and tasted like they were still half frozen

I ordered the cheesy bites but was sent chicken nuggets instead.That is my only complaint,the rest was good.

Waiting times for this McDonald's can be up to 2 hrs depending on when you order. If you go in person or have it delivered it 99% of the time wrong. It's usually missing items and luke warm. A lot of the time the burgers look like they've been run over. You can get a credit for missing items but you never get it taken off the next order on this app.

Brilliant it actually came today! Everything warm still. One of the kids got chocolate milkshake instead of strawberry but happy with it. The chilli burger was pretty good. Everyone very happy thankyou x

Nearly 2 hours for delivery. Goal posts moving constantly

Food took 2 and a quarter hours from ordering to delivery - only a 10 min drive away

Forgot to add my garlic and cheese dipper but no refund issues. Coke arrived flat

the time just kept getting pushed back, if I'd have known it was going to be that long I wouldn't have ordered and won't be ordering again. the delivery driver appeared to be waiting at the restaurant

Food continually delayed, and was cold on arrival. Not worth £15.

Said it would be here between 12:05 and 12:25 and it came at 12:40. And my food was cold.

Our order was wrong,drinks that were order was wrong and we even checked and it was not our fault and the food was very cold when it came and our burger our quarter pounder we ordered a double and it came a single one and we also checked and the drinks we had large meals but only came with a small drink on the “double” quarter pounder meal what was a large meal,wouldn’t think about doing this again.

The happy meal was missing and the food was cold!

missing one of our burgers applied for refund for that item.

Finally, McDonalds on just eat. Great to finally have the option to be delivered direct, rather than from a 3rd party charging large amounts extra.

First time I have ordered a McDonalds delivery which is a great service but there were items missing.

driver apologised as mcdonalds was mental and said if food is cold it's mcdonalds that was behind. kids eating cold burgers and chicken nuggets. appalling

They unfortunately managed to get my meal wrong twice, so had to return to store... They have got our collection orders wrong 4 out of the last 5 visits.... Check your order before leaving 😕

The last few times I've ordered from here they've either forgotten food items or just got them wrong and when we've tried to get refund for the missing items they say its not there fault. The food is also always cold.

Bought a milkshake it was like ice cream not good

Missing items ( a drink and syrup) also got given a half a cup of hot chocolate rather than a full one. Ridiculous

when our food finally arrived everything was freezing and stale the mcflurry was also melted

ordered 2 x choc chip cookies but received 1 x berry muffin. the muffin does not come to the same price as the cookies plus I do not like the muffins!

Great service and friendly staff a little disappointed that the food wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese on the burgers if all the food was a little hotter would be perfect.

Clean, tidy - pleasant cleaning staff. Wrap of the day took ten minutes and was placed in carton upside down: it had little flavour.

On Saturday 26th October we went through the drive thru at mcdonalds Barlborough. We waited in line as there was a queue. When we approached the first port of call we waited and shouted hello at least 10 times. No answer so we thought it wasn't working. We drove to the first window and gave our order. The young man that was on was so rude. Order at the right place next time. I tried telling him there was no reply to me calling so thought it was broken. His reply well next time wait. I have never ever been spoken to in such a manner. His attitude was despicable. I asked him his name to which he grinned and said oh no looks like I forgot it. He needs people training. If we hadn't been going to a wedding and time was of the essence I would have gone in. Whoever is the manager of this place you need to check who was on this window and have a serious word with him.

Fries very hard not edible. Burger cold in middle. Coke fine Attitude of staff poor. Could be better with appropriate training in customer services.

Touch screens don’t really work, staff no interest in resetting them.. just looking in like garden gnomes

Great service, as always. The staff were very accomodating and allowed us to order and eat inside when they were expected to close within 15 mins.

Stopped here to use the Instavolt EV chargers. Pity they're squeezed into a tight corner right by where the Drive Thru exits!! Really awkward reversing into position and being glared at by people trying to leave.
