Food was freezing n half of it missing

the food was cold and there was missing items

half a milkshake, stale cold fries, more lettuce than anything in the wrap. only decent thing was the burger.

Yet again I’ve made a big order I’ve asked for it to be double checked before leaving the restaurant and half of my order is missing again and I have 6 children to feed that are missing food again it’s not acceptable

The adults happy meal didn’t come in then box unfortunately so I’d just suggest getting the normal Big Mac meal. Takes the fun out of it

you didn't send me the fruit bag that I paid for and you sent me a normal coffee which was horrible instead of a latte!

Surprised that food was delivered hot from this location, enjoyed the meal, disappointed however that the dips/sauce was not provided. Surprised to get a large amount of fries, only three packs had been ordered six delivered. Overall good rating.

Very poor service my delivery driver dropped all my kids drinks on the food and when we got are food it was very cold and damaged not happy about this at all I want a full refund.

The chips were cold and stale and the burger was also cold. My McFlurry wasn’t filled however, could just be that it melted it took that long to get to me after being collected.

our order went to the wrong address. I'm writing this 30 mins after food was supposed to be delivered and it has still not arrived.

Placed order at 4.10pm didn’t get delivered until 6.30pm food was that cold it was like chewing on cardboard

Lovely delivery driver but cold food from McDonald’s.i suspect they make it as soon as customers make order and wait for driver to collect.

I don't normally review McDonald's because I'll be forever doing them. But, I used the drive-through this morning whilst having a conversation on handfree and drove straight past the intercoms where you order. So i got to the pay kiosk and explained to the lady, and dont get me wrong i'd have been livid, I'm not saying she wasn't, but it didn't show and she put my order through, to my surprise, when i got to the severy, my food was ready, and they were extremely busy..and i was expecting a "Can you wait in Bay One! lol Thank you. You put the "fast" into "fast food" this morning and can honestly say I've never said that about a McDonald's. Food pipping hot 🔥 The only fault I have is the paper cup tops, I can't get in with them, but that's out of your hands 👍🏻

Macdonalds is always a sure bet when you’re hungry and need some decent fast food at great prices. Not every day, but hits the spot for busy people in this turbulent world.

Missed more than half my order, the food they did give me was cold. When I rang the staff member I spoke to was rude and unhelpful.

Ordered from self service, but wouldn't take payment. Told after that the machine wasn't working but no sign had been put up. I went to try and pay at the tills only to be told that it was cash only. A member of staff offered to help me put my order back in on a different self service machine but messed up the order. We had things missing from the original order and the drinks were all mixed up. My Mc Crispy Smokehouse burger was supposed to come with red onion which is an ultimate favourite of mine. Unfortunately, it came without red onion, only to be told after that they had ran out. If I had known that prior, I would have ordered something different. No discount to say that I wasn't told prior or that an ingredient was missing. This is the third time this has happened. Red onion shortage? The food was also lukewarm and the burger was tasteless.

took over a hour and a half from ordering to getting it delivered plus everything was cold

lost stars as requested dips with nuggets but none given, 2x 20 nuggets with no sauces not enjoyable. Also requested toy with happy meal and received a book instead, very disappointed grandchild.

2 hours from ordering to delivery.. one of the drinks had tipped over in the bag wetting everything in that bag.

I did not get a toy in my kids meal

I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 4 chicken mayonnaise and 2 large fries. The fries were cold and 1 cheeseburger was missing. The patties inside the burgers were also cold and looked like they were cooked 1 hour ago. There is a good system set up there and the employees there are supposed to prepare the orders on the screen but unfortunately they can't even do such a simple job and at a time when it's not busy.

shame the chips were cold but the microwave sorted that out

They got my order completely wrong.

Kids swearing and running around the place found the ends of the electric charging guns cables cut off to weigh in the copper cables all 4 machines , coffee freezing litter all over stop on the motorway to 29a it's far cleaner oh and a chap having a piss at the urinal with his phone out such a weird place barlbourogh Not even a free burger for dropping the guns back lol

Took over an hour to be delivered and food was cold when we received it.

The Quarter pounder with extra sauce etc box was open and burger had come apart. The grimace shake had spilled through top / sides. Food was pretty cold especially the chips.

I ordered at 4:25pm and the delivery time was 20-30 minutes. I then didn’t receive my food until 5:45pm. And when it arrived it was stone cold and I didn’t have my dips.

The customer service at this McDonald’s is always amazing. I would never write a review about a McDonald’s but the staff are so friendly. Not sure the man’s name but he pointed out we could go on the app the use a discount off our food. Also the American lady is lovely.

The driver slowed down near my house and then proceeded to drive away with my order. Called McDonalds, they can't do anything as i have to take it up with just eat which is absolutely impossible!! I want a refund. An actual refund NOT account credit!
