Placed an order last night only to receive a text message an hour after the order to inform us that our order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service, will not be ordering from this place again.

My husband and I stopped by today. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and kind. I was having trouble choosing a milkshake, so I asked for his recommendation. When my order was ready, he told me that he had made two shakes with both flavors so I could try them both. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. We had actually been having a bad day, and this small act truly made us happy. We just wanted him to know that. Thanks again! :)

Missing items contacted them I was told he is working alone and Can’t deliver my missing items sis not offer a refund. Joke of a place placed an order again contacted them told them the missing items from last time said I would get it this time free of charge. Surprise surprise didn’t arrive again

I always order/delivery from hear my go to chicken shop was Tennessee however after a few incidents I now come to chicken cottage hands down the best now

Please avoid this Subway branch. I ordered a foot long chicken tikka sandwich but was given sweetcorn and cucumber and charged for a veggie deluxe. There is nothing deluxe about this sandwich or the service by the two Asian men who work there. They then tried to charge me again for a replacement. Bad customer service

Been closed for over a year. I was a regular, old gentlemen working there was humble, can't say the same for the owners kids who were rude, had no idea about hygiene. One of their relatives who would jog around the area then come in and help himself to other people's orders. This is not how to run a business. I see it's being refurbished, let's hope under new owners.

It takes alot for me to say this is the best fish and chips in the area. Customer service hmmmmm. You remember when the customer was important? Well old school customer service it's 1st class like your food. Best chips in the country.

I was charged a pound extra than what's on the board, I thought the older gentleman serving was going to give me a bigger portion so I didn't mind but it seemed he missed half the kebab out. The customer prior to me even complained that he didn't put enough meat in and had to amend it but he still did it to mine. Please don't let him scam customers!

An utterly disappointing Doner Kebab. Tasteless meat. Inedible chips. Zero garlic taste in the ‘garlic’ mayo sauce. Straight in the bin. Lesson learnt, never again!
