Subway in Bradford

Please avoid this Subway branch. I ordered a foot long chicken tikka sandwich but was given sweetcorn and cucumber and charged for a veggie deluxe. There is nothing deluxe about this sandwich or the service by the two Asian men who work there. They then tried to charge me again for a replacement. Bad customer service

Good Subway branch, friendly staff and always fresh ingredients and halal.

Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. Poached eggs and rashers are often out of stock. They do not pick up to phone, so you can not check before hand. Otherwise great subway standards and service.

This is the worst subway in the land. The staff arnt helpful at all and not nice. Had a run in with them the other day with the points change over and lost all the points with them not been helpful. Appalling stay clear.

Slowest service I have ever experienced at a subway. How does it take 20 mins to make 3 sandwiches? Avoid this branch, better off going to any of the other halal branches in Bradford.

Cleanest Subway in Bradford. Staff and sandwiches good but slightly spoilt by there being no plant based meat.

Staff are amazing in this store! (I'm a regular) they treat you well and are Sub Experts!

Ample parking space, good quality halal food... Only down side I was charged for two subs when I bought only one with an extra veg patty. The veg patty extra topping being charged the price of a sandwich... In the future I won't make that mistake and rather get an entire separate sandwich - and it was my birthday 😂

Dont order for collection and expect it to be ready when you arrive on the timeslot. The order was sat aside whilst they served customers entering the store and only when i pointed out i was awaiting my collection did they get the receipt and then said a further 5-6 minutes whilst they served other customers who arrived in store. So yeah, just go to the shop and order there and then as app orders are just pushed aside.

Charged 20p for each bag and didn't even ask if we needed them. So watch out for your meal Deals as they apply it others to your order making it more expensive. Not happy.

Came on 2023.03.25, 19:30 The working hours states that this subway is open until 21:00, two guys was there and door was locked, they gestured that they closed. Update times and not waste ppl time.

Need more staff, poor training never enough food out, staff rude,smoke out in there uniform,dirty have complain to head office there not bothered as it still goes on,not a customer any more

Excellent service, good value, delicious, healthy food however the staff member put in the wrong meat in my salad.

I have my lunch at this place 3 times a week, and its so clean and all the staff look after all the customers like they are family especially forid and usman they are the best

Coming to England experiencing a Subway that is Halal has been a Amazing experience such as BLT and Turkey on Subway. We as Muslims in America don't get chance to eat Halal Subway. I got a foot long BLT double the meat and it was just amazing experience eating I kind of food that worrying about it being Halal or not. The only downside is I wish they had more options. I would definitely recommend anyone who's willing to try halal Subway to go here and we will go back again. Thank You

This place is decent but they have really started to charge some crazy prices just for a sandwich. Better off going to greggs which is right next to it. I’ve ordered caramel lattes a couple of times from here and they never put enough syrup, basically the tiniest amount! When you ask for more syrup they have to charge you extra and it’s still never sweet enough. Stopped bothering with this place now as I feel like they don’t care about the customers and seek every opportunity to charge you for something which they should already provide.

Nice for a fresh bread sandwich, one of the few subways that actually put a good amount of veg on your sandwich, very good staff here

This is my only preferred Halal Subway! Primarily because the service is on point here all the time. Great, efficient sandwich artists. It's even nicer now it's had a refit, which looks great. In my opinion the other Subways just aren't as good.

Very helpful member of staff served me and nothing was to much trouble for him. Food was fresh and tasty with minimum waiting time

As a Celiac I am more than pleased that Subway have taken the lead in having gluten-free bread available for customers like myself.

Called in here as like subways but asked for footlong steak and cheese sub meal and got to the till only to find out i had been charged separately for my drink as she apparently didn't hear me ask for meal 🤔and couldn't refund me as i paid on card no apology for messing my order up or anything so wont be going to this place ever again....

The team here are amazing, always have a smile on their face I actually drive out of town as I prefer this Subway to the one in my hometown the food always seems fresher and tastes better too!! 10/10 The management need to go undercover and actually visit this place to get a vibe of what I mean. Outstanding service staff are awesome.

The food was good but it is a takeaway, feel they was more concerned about talking to one another than making the meal itself. Was a lot slower than any other subway I've been too.

Food is the only thing about right in the whole place. Thats only a maybe. I got the meatball marina but in a wrap. The wrap was SO hot I couldn't eat it for at least 20 minutes. The grounds were horrible and NOT looked after. The Subway didn't feel clean. The staff were more focused on chatting to each other it didn't feel friendly for customers. As much as I LOVE a good subway.... I will NOT be returning to this one again.

I visited this subway 22/07/20 and asked if they did the NHS discount. The lady serving said yes, I showed her my work badge, me in my uniform at work, and my NHS email as my NHS card is left at work in the computer. She still refused any discount because she 'wasnt trained to accept anything other than a card" when I proved I was a NHS worker. Just ridiculous, no need for that when it was clear I was not lying.

Says it closes at 6 but its half 6 still letting customers in. Not happy at all.

Placed order 10.30 delivery doesnt start till 1130am and at 1300 no order i live in bd9 10mins away from them and still no order received rang twice not a good response.i wont be ordering again. Got chicken sandwich and got just to slices of chicken 4 spinach leaves and 4 square cut lettuce absolutely shocking i had paid for delivery and ended up going down to shop and complained got 2 lads who kept laughing unprofessional thats asians for you no customer service and as for justeat rang 3x to complain got passed on and then never got sorted unprofessional staff . The lads did replace the sandwiches but thats all and said not their fault its the morning staff and all they can do is replace sandwiches

This subway is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. I liked the new chilli and paprika bread very tasty. They have loads of new options from the last time I've been. Here there is a small free car park which is handy.

One of my best friends lives just up the hill from this Frizinghall Subway.

This Subway store is always clean, tidy and most importantly the staff are very nice and friendly. I find that the other Bradford stores are either short of bread (or don't have the full range), they've ran out of certain cookies etc but I never find that at this branch. It's the first review I've ever left for a fast food place.

Today i did not enjoy my experience. I was asking for sauce and all of a sudden the staff begin to laugh.i felt really uneasy, as they laugjed with each other and kept looking at me it was awful not only was the service shocking. But the subway melt i had was hard. It was weird and did not taste yummy. I know it was off however i can not pin point what was off. Disappointing

Me dieron hace años metro desanime en mis días de uni, sin embargo, mis hermanas insistieron en que querían los metros así que les conducimos. Llegué allí y una de mis hermanas dieron una ensalada en vez de un sub parecía tan bueno que pensé que iba a probarlo. Tengo que decir que fue una de las mejores ensaladas que he probado en mucho tiempo, y fue una buena porción saludable. Llegué a decidir exactamente lo que quería y lo que quería, etc.. salsas También porque el metro estaba halal incluso tuve que añadir algunos de pollo. No es broma, mi ensalada era delicioso. Bendigo a los trabajadores estaban tan servicial, amable y paciente. Gran lugar con excelentes ensaladas y servicio al cliente. Ventaja es halal para aquellos que necesitan comida Halal. 😁 🤗

Staff friendly, premises clean and food tasty. Unfortunately, like all but one Subway in Bradford this is Halal, so it loses a star as the brrakfast sandwiches are just not the same without real bacon. Everything else is great.

Nice food but I would prefer the sandwich to be full rather than the standard, you can have 4 meatballs and that's that. the new steak thingy looked nothing like the pics on the adverts when i got it but that's advertising for you. Service was fast and the staff are friendly
