Very fresh and hygienic atmosphere aswell as the food Especially the staff probably the best staff I’ve ever come across Great place to go eat and they customer service always satisfies

Extremely poor service. Got charged more than the price stated on the menu multiple times. And they literally forgot to add the salad and sauce even though I ordered a saver sub which should include fixed toppings.

Asian women that I thinks is a manager very rude .I think she been working there since open no customer service skills at all .I've had enough of her grumpy customer service .becoming a manager is based on good merits and skills. Not by how many years of service you worked and you can become a manager just like this .this women is on high power trip. First day back at uni and I missed this soo much. I loved the new furious chicken with waffle fries. I went at such a busy hour and I got served quick. Such a pleasant service and good SUB. Ps. They also serve Ben & Jerry’s ice cream 🍦

Last time I ordered it didn’t come toasted and not this time my food it’s cold like what’s going on need to sort this out it’s everytime I order

Appalling customer service. Need more staff at peak times. Staff focusing more on delivery orders whilst there's a queue of customers who have been waiting 20 to 25 minutes. Took ages just to get a sub.

The sandwich wasn’t toasted and lacked cheese as requested which was unfortunate but everything else that they sent was actually rather good which is why I have had to go with only three stars for the quality this time.

Disgusting subs made by the staff, both subs i ordered had no double cheese, no sauces, my footlong wasn’t cut & they put sweetcorn in my sub and i asked for no salad!! Tried to call the shop several times and no one answered! Its clear whoever made them didnt look at what the order was they just freestyled a sub, very disappointing!! Had 2 seperate orders go wrong from this branch will NEVER order from this subway again!

This place is under new management and i must say what outstanding customer service. I ordered a chicken sub, everything was so fresh and delicious. So far the best .

Rubbish customer service guy name zubair He speak like he is owner and no respect I order cookie choro he lie with me about toaster settings I said don't toast them 2 cookies together he said no there's 2 different settings for 1 2 3 cookies and I said please dont but he did not listen to me I am regularl customer but now just because of him m not ordering next time

Omg! Went in to get a tuna sub😩 the man was soooo rude and unprofessional. He’s new because I’ve never seen him before. Ps if u don’t want to deal with customers don’t work in costumer service! Great Horton do better.

I ordered a Tuna footlong meal deal (I asked for cheese and it to be toasted) I had no cheese and the sandwich was not toasted. I ordered a Powerade berry tropical and have received a Dr Pepper.

Sent us different items Forgot all sauces Forgot salad Forgot jalapeños on meatballs Didn’t send a footlong wrap Ended up with 4 pepperoni pizzas & pepperoni on bread

I did ask in the special instruction no red onion and no red pepper and it seems that nobody bother to read it as I had a lots of them! Chicken tikka salad was disgusting and very little ingredients with it. I wont order again!

We ordered delivery and half of our order was missing and won’t even give us a refund. I spent just over £40 and at least £20 of the order didn’t arrive. Disgusting

there was more filling on the packaging then actually sandwich itself. didn't even bother cutting the sandwich either, subway has boxes designed for just eat and uber but the employees either lack the training to know to use these or have an iq in the minuses and would rather just sit there and stare at the boxes all day and then throw a half assed made sub into a bag that's not even rapped properly. they throw it in the bag Asif they're playing cricket and their aim is to deliberately sabotage.

This Subway with all Subways in Bradford and Leeds is HALAL. They do not serve ham or pork. Bradford is going for City of Culture which is based around nothing but Halal, Islam and Haram. Subway is a USA company serving HALAL and turning white British against white Americans in a war that is brewing worldwide. When will these unhealthy American companies leave the UK and take their HALAL with them to annoy the wicked west? I have not eaten any Subway food for 9 years due to them been HALAL and I have saved £6.50 a week for 9 years which is the loss of how many staff members wages and store closures? Such a shame. Awww, have a toy duck for your baths and call it throat pain.

I ordered my food at 3:30 and it came at 5:50, I was missing drinks and the food was frozen cold! Tried calling the place 5 times and no answer. Massively disappointed and will not be ordering again

Absolutly shocking i orderderd 2 cokes they never came. I ordered the dorito bites full on flay cold also ordered 2 salads whats the point in asking what we want to then get it wrong. I cant stand gherkin tomatoes olives and they came on mine asked for a refund mainly for the cokes and refused a refund!!! Will not be ordering from here again

I ordered a sub off of Uber Eats and my sandwich looks empty. Completely missing the salami (I ordered a BMT) and the salad inside is non-existent. Beyond disappointing.

Asked for cheese and toasted, this had not been done also the portion sizes are tiny! 3 pieces of cucumber on my foot long and the smallest amount of chicken tikka!!! Would not recommend at all

Subway are stingy !! The portion is ridiculously poor and small only a few slices of the meat and not even that much salad !!!? It was practically empty !!! And I didn’t receive my food I paid for !!

This is the only Subway I will order from now, as all other Subways have hard bread or other issues with the food quality. This Subway has, at least for me, remained incredibly consistent in terms of quality.

The drinks we received were wrong

we got no sauces in our subs, you ended up putting extra ingredients in one of the sub which completely ruined the taste.

Requested no onions, sub was filled with red onions, and the bread is incredibly soggy. The hash browns were a little burnt but edible. The cheese bites were cold. Toasted Wrap was nice but none of the cheese was melted at all. Sticky toffee cookie was pretty good. Won’t be ordering again.

Order from here every week and without fail forget at least 2 items every week awful service awful delivery drivers would not recommend, last time I’m ordering from here now

Ordered a create your own sub through Uber eats and specifically put no sauce on and it has turned up covered in mayo that I am allergic to I called the shop and spoke to a girl who made the sandwich and she claimed she never put sauce on it but I am sat looking at the sauce on my sandwich she never even apologised or tried to sympathise with me and had the cheek to tell me if I want the right food I should reorder and pay again for it and she won’t put sauce on this time

The instructions weren’t followed I had to throw it away because it included an item I was allergic to, not to mention food was cold by arrival and the cookie as part of the meal was the wrong one, only thing they got right was the drink

It states not to cook hot food till there’s a driver and all the order apart from one sandwich was hot food it took an hour and a half , but that is because there wasn’t many drivers available but the food was all flat cold including soggy nachos instead of cooking it when the driver was assigned like told to so they let it sit there hour half and still sent it out

Ordered at 4pm, was waiting 35 minutes for them to start preparing my order, I had to call the subway to which the worker hung up on me without letting me finish my sentence, then once I hung up my order started being prepared, I received my order 40 minutes in addition to the 35 minutes I had already waited, the delivery driver was lovely, however the staff at subway are rude, sandwich was cold and missing the salad I had asked for, also wrong bread and wrong drink

Hey it's Subway, so you know what you are going to get. This branch gets busy during the Uni term time but the staff are great at working In a friendly and efficient way even if the queue is busy. I had the Tuna Kahuna sub melt, and really like this selection where they have put together the combos - excellent flavour/ingredient choices without having to agonise over what to have. Of course if you have a personal combo - that can be done too.

Garlic cheese the bread was rock hard not worth eating n waste of money

First time ordered. The food was cold. Meatballs were frozen cold with no cheese or fork. No sauces on anything. I ordered Tropicana orange juice and got Robinsons peach and mango.
