The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Ordered subway for pick up througu deliveroo. Went to collect the order only to be told they are closed and subway asked me to cancel the order because they can't do it themselves due to a new system they have. There was no option for me to cancel the order and they then marked the order and completed/collected. (There was also a deliveroo driver next to us who was told the same thing) I contacted deliveroo only to be told they can't get in touch with the restaurant therefor can't process a refund and advised to try and call subway myself. I've spent all morning trying to get in touch with subway and no answer so I'm now out £35 Really disappointed with both deliveroo and subway as wasted money and time

Pizza toppings added to wrong pizza pizza under cooked

Very disappointed to see the jumbo fish finger bap changed so much. It was lovely tasty and filling. Now it’s a shadow of it’s former self. Such a shame.

Selby's has gone down hill ordered pizzas for me and my son they were horrid cold and the base of the pizzas were soggy dough so undercooked will not go again no cheap either

25 years of chippy service closed, due to the inflation costs. I will always remember the best gravy, mushy peas was always from here accompanied by a rag pudding, if you was lucky to get in there before tea time. closed in April 2023. If anyone ever takes on this chippy would have to be the Pep Guardiola's of chippies

Classic seaside fish & chips place. Food freshly cooked. Takeaway. Decent range. Minimarket (offie) over the road. Service friendly but rather slow - a result of how busy they were. Lot of people milling around the service counter, in each others way; would advise them to try to organise a better waiting system eg give a number to each order? There are tables inside but seemed hot and noisy.

Food was good but were very small portions compared to before they had closed last year. Used to have coleslaw and salad included in the same price for the wraps. These were not extras.

Website says that they were open on Friday but NO they’re definitely NOT! So don’t be fooled that they will be open when you get there 🤣

first time trying five guys wasn't that great(personal preference) but the staff was lovely the woman helped me understand what i needed to do first time

I was really pleased to find somewhere I could get gluten free fish & chips, we had some last night and it was very nice! Will definitely be back.

Fish too greasy took 2 hours to get food disgusting pie cold chips soggy need to improve on grease and get quicker took 2 hours

My local chippy for 3 years. Went tonight half 5ish after a brilliant day out with the family. Chippy tea! Get In! Had to go and get money back as chips were hard in middle, fish had a hair in batter. Pie Luke warm. No good at all after being such a good chippy. Standards dropped massively. Going elsewhere after this

Never had a better kabab in england. best workers, and even drove my mate back home once when they had no way off getting home with trains cancelled - not in a weird way we go in almost every day and know the workers well - this place is much better than istambul kabab next to it i would heavily recommend it
