Amazing hot food, fast service, friendly staff. Was waiting under a minute for my order, got it brought over for me and was nothing but nice

The staff are always so friendly and helpful, the food is good quality and it's a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Definitely would recommend.

Being based in the centre of town it's always a go too and it has dramatically improved since the beginning of this year. Never get an order wrong, always clean, only maccies I know you're guaranteed a maccies coke. Not too much syrup, not too little syrup. It's always just right ✅️

Has to be the worse Mcds I’ve ever been in. Hole place was dirty. Staff/manager was rude as hell. So empty but yet so dirty not sure why the cleaning wasn’t done When asking manager to clean was told she was too busy

The store was very clean and customer service staff were very friendly, fast service and my food was prepared and given to me in a record time, food was perfectly hot and so was my coffee. Brilliant team work.

Honestly high praise to Bridge street! I avoid busy food places typically but popped by on the weekend with the family, and was the most welcoming experience I have received in a long time. Everyone was so efficient and very polite. Food was lovely!

Opened the doors at 06.30 but announced to other customers that they are shut.. this is now the fifth time that this has happened. The store needs to review their opening hours, if they can't get the staff or equipment to work. Fast food at convient times in the UK, at its best, not!!!

It's best McDonald's I've been to in Warrington the food was so fresh and hot also the staff were so friendly polite. The restaurant was so clean aswell I would definitely recommend to come here .

I went on the 6th july i waited a good lengh of time for just one order and a drink there didnt seem to have any direction or management imput the orders were clearly piling up and getting cold i stated that i had been waiting a good while but just got a blank look back from the staff member! All the staff looked fed up i surgested they needed to work faster there was no urgency from the staff even though a delivery driver pointed out the time he had been working! No wonder it has few stars management imput very much needed the time was 6.05 pm it only needed a senior to reasure customers.

always loads of kids behind the counter doing nothing that i think they might be good for cleaning the tables atleast ,as this store is always messy and dirty compare to toher macdonalds in warrigton

Went to see my favourite young lady and to order my favourite meal- 6 chicken nuggets, french fries, hamburger, orange juice and 2 sweet and sour sauce and a large vanilla milk shake! The young lady requested that I sit down and wait for her to deliver my order to the table! Ok honey. 23 minutes later the almost correct order was delivered! Wrong!! A Big Mack was brought to my table by my favourite ( female species ) staff member of all time!! Could not bring myself to make her aware that once again the order was wrong!? She was so, so, very, very happy that she thought she got my order correct for a change!? I have learnt not to build my hopes up in any McDonalds ( even in the Smoke ) Better though"! May change my Restaurant Chain McDonalds loss?

A very busy place with normal McDonald Fayre but claustrophobic with close seating and overcrowding.

Popped in for a coffee and had to wait 10 mins for a coffee. Someone else asked about their food and the rude manager who was giving orders out said you’ll have to wait I’ve got other orders to sort out

Went here for a quick bite to eat as nowhere worthwhile was open (it was a Sunday). I would usually try and avoid this franchise of McDonald's, however we had little option.Food was your average McDonald's - convenient, although nothing out of this world. One thing I would say was that my Quarter Pounder with Cheese was too saucy and left me with a red stain on my trousers! However, I don't recommend this particular McDonald's because firstly, it is very cramped and there is not a lot of seating at all. This linked into the second problem, which was that there were few CLEAN tables - staff seemed disinterested in cleaning tables and merely moved trays and cups off. Not a lot of wiping of tables was done whilst there, which is pretty disgusting, even for a humble McDonald's.Overall, I would try your best to avoid this place and go directly across the street to Hancock and Wood's Café on One, where a lovely, freshly prepared sandwich can be enjoyed, along with a beverage of your choice!

McDonald's no es un lugar que normalmente frecuentan pero mi pareja necesitaba el retrete y que se necesita de un desayuno rápido.La comida era la típica que ofrece Mcdonald's. El restaurante y los aseos estaban muy limpias y el servicio era absolutamente excelente. Personal de aquí son un crédito a la empresa.

They were very quick 1 min and 32 secs.waiting you could watch a TV to see when your order was ready.

Este es un centro sucursal completamente típico de la ciudad de McDonald's, que está ubicado en una zona peatonal en el centro Warrington. Hay una zona de comedor abajo y un comedor más grande y inodoros de arriba. Estoy seguro que debe haber un millón de otros McD's en todo el mundo que busque idéntico a este.La mujer joven que sirve parecía que está en otro sitio, quizás en ningún otro sitio, pero al menos nos dieron la orden correctamente. La zona de comedor en la planta superior era muy tranquilo para un almuerzo pero que hicieron fácil encontrar una mesa, así que no fue un problema. La mayoría de los otros comensales parecía estudiantes empobrecidos compartir raciones individuales de patatas fritas entre ellos. Los baños estaban limpios. La comida era justo lo que te dan en cualquier sucursal de McDonald's. Hay poco más puedo decir.

Went here today and although very busy was still served quickly food tasty love the mc chicken meal niece had a big mac meal ,no conplaints they put some of restaurants iv been to lately to shame least it's hot and fresh not like some places I could mention ,carry on with your good service be back soon,kids love it .

La persona que me sirvió fue muy educado pero parecía tan tristes - sólo quería ir al mostrador y le dan una señora cursi acurrucarse. Para notar, hay un par de Maccys en Warrington, dos muy cerca una de la otra. Este hotel se encuentra en el medio de una zona peatonal. Aunque hay un montón de aparcamiento cerca no hay aparcamiento o en coche. En general, fue exactamente lo que esperarías de McDonald's y que es la razón por la que fuimos en

me and my friend isit Mc'D we order big mac chicken. the taste was good.but the atmosphere is so crowd.not convenient for us.

I recently visited this restaurant 2 weeks ago 2 words never again ! There was three of us and ordered our food the first order was fine and was delivered hot and straight away... However the order in which I made I was still waiting for 15 minutes later I was asked what was I waiting for I repeated to a young lady who was happy to help what I was waiting for in which i was told that I was waiting on my festive burger after I had already been waiting 15 minutes for ! I waited again in which three meets of staff was rude and sniggering talking about myself and who I was with as I stood there I then watched my burger be passed to another man who had just been served I asked were my food was in which I was told to take a seat and it would be brought to me I disagreed and said it was a disgrace how long I had Waited as one of my friends had her food waiting for us going cold . I went and took a seat and was then brought my food now 30 minutes after ordering in the first place this store is dirty and have extremely ride staff ! DONT GO

It is what it is. Don;t expect too much, but the food is fast, and relatively well priced. This does seem to be one of the better mcdonalds in the area.
