The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Very rude, poor service. He wouldn't let me place an order because "people always forget or fall asleep". I had a long day at work and told him that he was the only place left open to order from. I'm not sure what kind of business refuses a delivery on such shaky grounds but I'd advise anyone looking for a late night bite, to avoid this place.

Don't order a burger from these people used to be pretty decent my favourite place, but past 5x has just been stale buns rock solid. I'm done wont be using again.

It was a bit expensive but the food quality was good.

This is the best chicken shop/takeaway near Maidstone Town Centre. The food is excellent & so is the service. Most customers order collection on their way home from M/West Train Station. You can call ahead & place your order. Did I mention value for money? 3 pieces of chicken 🍗 & hot 🔥 wings for £7:50. They haven’t raised their prices for this specific order in 3yrs!! Enjoy Btw, they also happen to offer pizza 🍕

Nice n friendly staff ,place is clean

One to avoid! NO milkshakes available, NO napkins in dispenser, NO salt, "We've run out". Toilets messy, service slow (over 20 minutes wait), poor phone signal and NO Internet access on the WiFi.

The food wasnt very hot, there should be more self serve order screens for the size of the place. And there could be a better layout of seating. Could do with more staff on the floor as the cleaning person was rushed off their feet.

The staff here are extremely rude, myself and my boyfriend went through the drive-thru where we were waiting 5 minutes before we could even order anything. A girl then came to the mic and was laughing before taking our order (she was obviously just having a chat with a co-worker and wasn’t doing her job). We proceeded to order our food and she then cuts us up and says ‘okay next window’ so we say ‘we haven’t finished ordering’ and she replies with an attitude saying ‘okay what else do you want then?’ so myself and my partner are then left in shock and say that she is being rude and she then starts to argue with us. We then didn’t up staying there and decided to go to another mcdonalds. During that time i called and asked to speak to the manager to make them aware of their rude and unprofessional staff which she clearly had no interest in and her only response was ‘okay, so that’s all you are calling for?’ I am very unimpressed with the lack of respect and professionalism. I will NOT be going there again!

I'm very surprised. I was there last Monday and everything was great. Service was perfect and food was delicious. I will go back again during my free time.

Rude, ignorant and clueless. I've seen better customer service from a squirrel. I would love to buy the place and then hand the 4 woman there p45 on the same day. Sack the lot of them. Useless. No rush . No interest. Customers walking out. Ignoring delivery drivers. Will never go back.
