Awesome Food. Delivered Bang On Time.

Met with 3 friends for a meal and a much appreciated catch up. All meals looked very nice. I had a fillet steak it was nice but slightly overcooked more medium than medium rare but it was lovely.Seemed to be quite a busy night but the £10.00 off offer was on. The only thing I found a little bit unsure about was none of the waitresses were wearing face visors or masks as they are in lots of eateries. It was my choice to go there but I do feel safe when I see them protecting themselves and the customers. I will be going back but when it's a little quieter. It was good to have a discount on as it can be a bit pricey I also had a bottle of Frexinet as a late birthday treat from the Mossbrook.

Very respectful and good service and food

We requested the lamb chops to be soft but it was hard like rock. Last time we bought it and it is as hard and we requested them to make it soft. They should take the required 15-20 minutes to make it for it to be soft but they made it very fast. Second time and they don't seem to listen. It is also sheep, this isn't lamb chops. You shouldn't be selling sheep chops.

My wife and I had a splendid couple of meals here last week (23 + 25 Oct). The food was excellent : calamari and sole goujons - and the waiting staff were both courteous and friendly. We were surprised to read a poor recent review where a steak was criticised - in fairness the restaurant holds itself out as a primarily fish restaurant which maybe explains the problem ? Went in the buy some food to break fast was very busy Everone got served their food except for me Maghrib( time to break fast) Everone one was eating been seved I was still there standing I asked 3 times At the end I was ignored No apologies nothing Everone in there was Bangladesh except for me So it was definitely that I can't believe this is happening more and more I had to leave they didn't offer nothing even to make my food Especially during ramandan you should be showing an example yet they don't care because they cater for their own! I will advise people if you go there this is the service you will get So dis respectable

Tasty, a big plus for sauces made on site. garlic spicy firecracker. I recommend.

The manager gave my coffee away to someone else, and give that exact coffee to me. Feel disappointed about she assumed that way, and I just realised it after getting out of the coffee shop!

The hot food was stone cold like it’s been sat there since yesterday morning

I wanted to order a iced matcha but I was told they to don’t do matcha iced so I got the normal hot matcha but had I known I wouldn’t get proper Matcha just green tea with oat milk I wouldn’t have ordered it with the rush of a crowd. I wasn’t able to complain but I’m not pleased with the service and the product of this café. Looking forward to treating myself but instead I feel like I wasted my money.

Disappointing Experience I visited Jay Jays Beach Cafe after seeing their Facebook post advertising a “Winter Warmers - Two Meals for £20” deal. However, when I arrived, I was told the deal was no longer available, and there were no alternatives or replacements offered. The staff seemed unable to do anything to rectify the situation, which left me feeling very disappointed. It’s frustrating when promotions are misleading, and staff are not empowered to help customers. I also contacted the owner, and although they saw my message, I received no response, which only compounded my feelings of frustration. Winter officially ends in the UK on March 20th, and I was hoping for a warmer experience than this. I hope you can improve communication and customer service moving forward.

Got x 2 chicken burger meals. Last night. Right after eating I had to rush to the toilet. This morning x 3 times. I have had severe diarrhea. Really bad. I an diabetis

Good cafeteria with a variety of drinks and snacks. The staff is very friendly and kind, especially Paula, who was very attentive to us. We will definitely go back.
