Service was terrible, was very close to throwing hands.

Nando's became quite a sad fast food. Used to be much better. Chicken is dry, the Portuguese salad lacked dried tomatoes, onion and lettuce, half of the ingredients. I got only tomatoes and cucumber. Quite a joke. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Easy going place for chicken meal. Quick and efficient service with reasonable prices making whole quick bite experience super nice 👍🏼 👍🏼 this time we opted whole skinless chicken and despite first thinking the portion won’t be enough for two - I was wrong. It’s filling and plenty of to share 🙃

A pleasant fast food place. It was my first time in Nandos and it was a pleasant surprise that I could order my food through the QR code. Staff were friendly. A bit busy and noisy however that’s what you should expect from a fast food place near railway station in London.

Despite requesting extra hot flavor, the seasoning was bland, and the overall quality did not meet expectations. The reviews (currently at 4.1 stars) were misleading, and I strongly advise others to avoid this branch. Based on my experience, it deserves 0 stars, but unfortunately, I can only rate 1 star. I’ve attached a picture as proof of the disappointing meal. Save your money and time—this branch is not worth it.”

Food was great and only had to wait about 5 minutes to get a seat even on a saturday night. Chicken was great, been to a few branches where it feels like it's sat under a hwat lamp for hours, but this was fresh.

Very happy with food and service. Got a bit more expensive compared to few years back, but still quality is very good. Recommended it.

Hadn’t been to this Nando’s before but it was a wonderful experience. It was really nice atmosphere for a Wednesday the place was super clean. I made a mistake with my order but Suzie was an absolute angel and sorted everything out for me very quickly!

Not the fastest service!! But saying that I wasn't in a rush. Only thing I'll have a moan about is they could've turned the heating off or down 😚😚boy was it hot inhere.

I have visited Nando’s several times before and visiting KC for the 2nd time in last year, had many good experiences but my first review is unfortunately after a terrible one. Toilets are unbelievably dirty for a restaurant with Nando’s standards. Portuguese salad is considered probably not to waste edges of tomatoes. And lastly chicken is over cooked all dry. Sorry to see one of my fav restaurants this way.

It was my first time in Nandos and the last. I ordered quarter chicken, it was dry. As a side ordered Portuguese tomato salad and it was disaster. Below you can find the photo. In my salat I found literally 3 edges of tomato. Like they put it to my plate not to waste. Toilet is very dirty. The only good thing - food came quickly, but this reason not enough for me to come ever again.

Manager was very customer focused and welcoming. The whole experience was excellent.

The first restaurant we tried when we arrived from France, we were made to feel very welcome, the service was quick and easy, and the food is really very good! It's a shame there's none in France, because I could eat it every day!

Classic Nando’s , staff are usually really nice. It is a bit transient as many people travelling stop there so not so cosy for local people wanting a catch up but we love it . Good chicken for low price

Popular place for food specializing in chicken and fried foods. Food is ordered and picked up at the bar... something special. The food is the quality of those fast food places. The sauces are the best of all because of their variety in terms of spiciness.

I enjoyed the chicken thoroughly. Delicious and beautifully cooked. I also later bought a Nandos bag with herbs from Sainsbury's & last night was delighted by the taste.

Very nice service, but the food can be hit and miss. Some times it’s very cold and the chip portion can be extremely small at times compared to the portion should be receiving. The area is nice and clean though & staff are friendly

Arrived at 12:30 on a weekday with 2 kids, the host was busy chatting with another staff member and looked annoyed to have to interrupt her conversation to serve us. Asked for a table for 6. We were told there aren't any. No option to push an empty table of 2 a few centimetres to join an empty table of 4 either. In every other Nando's we're happy to wait for a table to become free or come back in 20 minutes, but apparently this isn't an option at Kings X either because they don’t want people waiting by the entrance (?!). Disappointed, we went elsewhere.

I am never a fan when a food establishment makes ridiculous excuses for serving cold food I ordered chips plus 2 x chicken fillets I specifically requested that I would like the food to be served hot Well it was too much to ask Food was served quick but it was cold - I explained to the gentleman who was clearing tables who assured me that fresh batch was going to be delivered . I invited him to touch the temperature of the food and he acknowledged the chicken was unacceptably cold but didn’t think the chips could be served hotter The same cold chips were served and the same chicken that he had touched was reheated and served back to me They should be reported to the H&S for serving me contaminated chicken - yes contaminated with his fingers I had a train to catch so I couldn’t wait for another fresh batch and after the second batch I didnt think they would understand the value of customer service and serve me to the standard Nando’s is supposed to As I departed the restaurant I shared some feedback about the lack of care exemplified by serving cold food - the gentleman who was cleaning tables was trying his best to make excuses and kept on touching my arm which I found offensive . Excuses such as they were very busy - yes but that isn’t a good enough excuse to serve cold food. The team work very hard - yes I am sure they do and I would t question this but the food was served cold No care for loving up to Nando’s basic food standards I was patronised by a statement that asked whether I had ever worked in a restaurant that served 5000 meals per day - that according to him was an acceptable way of saying food will be served cold They need to be reported to H&S department And I would encourage you NOT to eat here if you want hot food Disappointing food Staff full of excuses who are very good at justifying why they can serve cold food Appalling service and food STAY AWAY and AVOID

The staff here are fantastic from the moment you walk through the doors. The food is always 10/10. This restaurant does get super busy and there’s a wait time so be prepared but they have a waiting section we waited about 15min but was totally worth it. Great value for money too.

The worst Nandos I have been to. Returned after a year. Last time I was robbed by a thief inside this Nandos and despite the police emails and mines, nobody helped to give any footage to the police. This time I returned because it is conveniently across the road from kings cross. Being very careful of my property this time, nobody greeted us . No hellos , no goodbyes . Not once I heard a thank you from any of the staff . Not even their Patraõ. Nobody asked if we needed anything else at all , they just drop the food in front of you and leave. I believe because of their desirable location, they don’t really care about a returning customer anyway so customer service is 0. The quality of the food was just ok . Just eatable not enjoyable. For example the chicken and cheese on their loaded chips was just slapped on the top corner. Anyway the lack of customer service made put us in a bad mood and made the food taste even worse.

Fabulous meal at Nando’s Kings Cross tonight. Cannot describe how wonderful the staff were. Everyone was accommodating and made sure we had what we need. Lovely team!

I’ve visited the Nando’s at Kings Cross several times, but unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing when it comes to getting my order right. I usually order four chicken thighs, but each time, I end up receiving butterfly chicken instead—often cold to the touch. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, they seem to lack coordination and often appear to be running around aimlessly, which may contribute to the mistakes. That said, the team is polite and clearly trying their best to keep up with the demands of a busy restaurant. While the food quality and service potential are there, the consistent errors and lack of organisation make it hard to fully enjoy the experience. Hopefully, some adjustments can be made to improve accuracy and workflow.

If I could give this branch 6 stars, I would! The service is unreal, we only had to wait less than 5 minutes for a table, which is unreal for a Saturday lunchtime. I wanted to try the new limited edition Fanta flavour and I was not disappointed!! It was so good! I didn't want it to end. The food also came really quickly after ordering at the table using the QR code. One of the waitresses was really attentive and made sure everything was okay with the food etc. so lovely I will definitely be back next time I'm in London!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went into Nando with a happy self but came out traumatised because they ushered customers in without safety protocol measurements thereby making other seated customers vulnerable. My bag was stolen .

Queued for ages in the rain when we could see loads of empty tables inside. Half the dishes were sold out. They only brought some of the dishes and we had to remind them multiple times that dishes were missing.

This spot is a great for casual night,and to be around people who you love and with laughter, and I just love nandos it's one of my favourite place.

This place clearly needs a manager and a good one at that!!

Visit here for the first time this week. Same good standards as others. Actually bigger than what you think from the street. If you pass the counter you see more tables available

Not as good this time as previous visits. No reflection on the staff who are lovely young people, but the service was quite slow and couldn't get a coffee to finish off with as the machine had broken down.

It is complicated because it is a card payment system with QR authentication order. The food was satisfying and good to eat~ The family set is enough for 6 people.

In short, the food was satisfactory. The receptionist was friendly and made an effort to assist the clients promptly. Without his help, I would have rated this experience poorly. When the waitress brought the shared platter, she mentioned that she would provide small plates for us to share. However, after waiting for a few minutes, I went out to take the ketchup and reminded her to bring them. To my surprise, when I asked about the plates, she abruptly exclaimed 'EXCUSE ME!' as if I was in the wrong for expecting them. It was not the kind of generous assistance one would hope for. The absence of a service charge does not excuse failing to fulfill promises made to customers. Please correct me if my expectations are unreasonable.

Ordered and paid on the Internet, many of the dishes were sold out at 8pm. Difference between the proposed photos and the reality was enormous. The price is not justified for the quantity of product on the plate. We took two wraps, they were really small and two cesar salads with the addition of chicken breast which was divided in two, it was tiny, it must have been maybe 50 g…

Service and management is great

First low rating in a while especially for a chain I love and reliably know. Standards definitely dropped at the King's Cross branch. Stood there aimlessly waiting to be seated with what seemed to look like 3 people who could clearly see a line forming waiting to be seated but no care in the world. I would understand if they were super busy, but they were taking their time having separate conversations. Gave up after 10 minutes of standing about and not being told anything or wait time.

This is a particularly bad branch of an otherwise good company. Our experience, now we’ve read reviews, has happened to others time and time again, they respond to say they’ll pass it to the manager, and they fix nothing. We met the manager; she (Sam) doesn’t care. We went here in April to a good experience and this was very different. We had awful experiences with the food, the service, the bar and the toilets and so have nothing good to say, and must give 1 star across the board. Waiting for a table was a farce; we were 2nd in line, waited almost 20 minutes, and saw the restaurant nearly empty before we sat down, whilst watching the same tables being cleaned twice by different people (!?). The host (Kelan) stressed ‘any issues with anything, come to me’. We were given a table at the back so dark that we couldn’t read the menus, and music was too loud. We ordered food from the till. My mum in law wanted a glass of wine, they’d run out of glasses, the bar lady said she’d bring it over shortly. It didn’t come, we chased it with the host and he eventually brought it, but around 50ml too short. I took it back, the lady said ‘oh did he take it, he wasn’t meant to as I needed to get another bottle out’. It later arrived half way through their food. I went to the toilet, no loo roll in any cubicles. The in laws had nearly finished their food and ours still hadn’t arrived 25 mins in (we’d ordered separately). Their chips were stone cold but chicken warm; they said they couldn’t be bothered to complain. I witnessed lots of part meals standing under ‘heat lamps’ for up to 10 minutes whilst I stood waiting for the manager, often chicken (is this within h & s?) awaiting their sides.We’d arrived at 7pm in the queue, ordered at 7.32 (on receipt) now it was 7.55. I went to the host again (given what he’d said at the start) and said I was sorry but we’d had a terrible experience so far and could I detail the issues we’d had, and we still didn’t have our food either. The kitchen joined in the chat and didn’t know what we’d ordered; I had to get the receipt to tell them. The host was shirty with me and later told me ‘he hadn’t liked my tone when I first came to him’ (!?). He said ‘I’m only an employee I’m not the manager’. I asked to therefore see the manager (Sam) and she eventually came out looking non-plussed when I explained the issues to her. She said nothing in response, just walked off and never checked on us again.10 minutes later 2 out of 4 dishes came, with wrong sides. Eventually at 8.25, nearly an hour after ordering, the last 2 dishes came. My daughter’s burger had ketchup when we’d asked for none and she looked sad but we told her we couldn’t afford to question anything else, and she ate very little of it. I spoke again to Kelan when he brought the last 2 dishes, and reminded him that he’d told us to approach him if we had any issues. He said ‘I tried my best when you brought things up’. I said I was sorry to disagree but given it had been 30 mins since I raised with him that our food still hadn’t come, that wasn’t true. I asked what was going to happen about the fact we’d just spent a lot of money on a terrible experience and again he said ‘I have no power I’m just an employee’. I asked for his name and he stroppily slammed his badge on the table (I took a photo). An unsuspecting staff member asked my father in law as we left whether he’d enjoyed his meal, to which he said ‘scrawny chicken, cold chips, I’m never going to Nando’s again’ (this was his 1st time). We arrived at 7pm and didn’t manage to leave until 8.50pm. Something needs to be done about this branch and its dire management!

Made a noise complaint to a worker with the long braided hair over a large group of people being obnoxiously loud, he said he will let them know and hasn’t done so but just carried on cleaning tables

Food was good as usual. Service was good but you order everything via an app. I'm ok with that but it means there isn't all that much "service" happening to rate it 5*

This is a really busy branch but is what you expect from a Nandos. Ordering through the app.makes everything easier. One item was missing, but staff were happy to replace. Another couple were reseated with their food which was no trouble for the staff.
