Wok to Walk is a classic. Tried it in Barcelona, Rome, now in London. Was never dissapointed

Found by chance, clear menu, helped with a smile. Food was ready quickly and delicious combinations. What you can expect from street food!

Always good food here. I work locally and it’s ideal for my lunch. It’s also quick service, which is good if you are on a short time scale for your break!

Bland. Today at 11:30. Non Asian with long beard cook, made vegetable stir fry without adding any herbs or spices to it. I was watching him doing it. Was tasteless and made me farting for hours. He did not add anything during frying. No spices. No garlic. No ginger. No soya sauce. No seasam oil. No onions. No vinegar. No corn starch. Nothing. All should be added during cooking to create flavours. And sashet soy that is provided should be use just to adjust flavours to your liking. And he added Nothing. And owner in reply, is telling me, that soy sauce is provided in sachets after cooking. Ridiculous. Even owner has no idea of cooking, if he is telling me that Asian stir fry is supposed to be cooked without soy sauce and without all spices and herbs. Cook just put vegetables, stir them in hot wok, adding ready cooked bland beef, and spoon of sichuan sauce, which added almost no flavour from this sauce to it at all. Horrible cook with zero experience. I will Never again go to eat Asian food that was not made by Asian. 10£ for food that was not worth 1£. Dicusting, bland that made me fart for hours.

It was okey but tasteless 🥴, We ordered one with rice nuddels, chicken and Teriyaki sauce. The other one was with rice nuddels,shrimps, broccoli, bamboo and Teriyaki sauce.

The food actually tasted ok and you have a HUGE amount of it. But we chose to add some BBQ pork, and it tasted/smelled funny. We were sick after that. But if you don't take the pork, I think it's ok.

Personalised Asian stir-fry food; flammin wok is right in front of you. What’s more, I love the unlimited chilli oil. Taste: just okay

Delicious, healthy and inexpensive food. I always eat here when I'm in London and am never disappointed. You can tailor your meal to your exact taste, choose your ingredients and it comes really quickly.

I’ve ordered twice in 1 week and both times my order was incomplete, the second time I called and took them 10 mins to answer and say sorry manager is not it he will call you back. Three day’s later im still waiting for a call.

Really lovely lunch here, started to feel hungry and happened to be walking past so stopped in as it looked incredibly cosy the food was absolutely delicious, including really decent portion size, with a fantastic range of choices, very vegetarian friendly, they were super on it as well checking that my partner who had ordered tofu also wanted egg Lovely interior with nice street seating too

Wok to Walk is an amazing place to go to if you have a delicacy to Asian food. Their Hong Kong sauce is top tier and customer delivery on point. Give a try when in and around London.

It is being prepared in front of you, you get to pick and choose what you want to add. And get to decide how hot you want it to be!super tasty ,sumptuous ,delicious ,quick and easy!

One of the worst I ate. Oxford street is much better

Messed up my order. I orders noodles with edamame beans and I got pineapples... and the service was quite slow, you could see staff was not communicating with each other. I'll give a benefit of the doubt there could've been serious reasons for this conduct. But I have to say other branches are doing really well, so it is not fair to paint all company staff with the same paint brush.

Went to grab some veggies after so many days of heavy eating. Stir fry veggies was perfectly seasoned and super fast. Would go again soon just so I dont have to cook veggies

What a disgusting behaviour towards the customers!! I realised that the spring green onions from the top of my food was missing, so I asked the girl who was serving if she can replace it with something else. She wanted to charge me £0.70. How is it my fault that you don't have the ingredients, and why do I have to pay extra to complete the taste of the original recipe?! (the reason for not having it, was that other branches were really busy, so they gave it to them!! wow....!!) In my customer service experience, when I was missing an ingredient, I always offered something else FREE of charge, together with an apology. After I challenged her about it, she asked me what do I want for free. I don't want anything for free, as I've already paid for my food, but you didn't delivered it as the recipe promised!! The same girl, didn't apologies, say thank you or goodbye when left the store. Wow!!! What a truly disgusting behaviour!! Dear management, maybe you should revise your staff behaviour/attitudes towards the CUSTOMERS, whom I believe they are the core of your business!! Personally, I won't come back again.

I've been here countless times and they never disappoint. Really nice healthy options available and cooked fresh infront of you. Prices are very reasonable too.

Food was really good, cooked fresh there and then, really enjoyable. The hot asian sauce, could do with being hotter, but that's probably just me, it was really tasty.

1,000% enjoyed eating here! What an experience to see you food being made and put together, service was incredible and our meals were all amazing. I'm a very fussy eater and I was even able to find something that I liked and could eat. I will definitely now be looking for more of these when I travel. Please check it out, worth a shot!!!

I use Wok to Walk since my uni days, never had a problem. This time I walked in the 45 Goodge street branch and had some issues but I was contacted by Cristina Frisina from customer care and she solved it professionally and fairly. Wok to Walk team is just like thier food delicious, unique and great. Thanks you Cristina for you effort and the way you rectified the problem.

Food is incredible, reasonably priced and there is a very good variety. All ingredients were fresh and was all cooked in front of you. Definitely worth a go!

I arrived and the queue was huge, went for a walk, fortunately as it justified the size of my meal… came back 20 minutes later and ordered as shown on my receipt. It was a HUGE portion, can’t believe I ate it all. So pleased I tried Wok to Walk, will definitely return again and again to try different variations, will probably order slightly less as ate far too much but couldn’t stop. Very fresh and tasty. Sachets of soy and chill sauce were great too. The guy who served me was lovely, very patient while I decided what to have. Lots of eye contact, a big smile and generally made me feel welcome. Top bloke!

Good and tasty food, for a reasonable price. It is made in front of you, so you're aware of what's being added to the food. The kitchen is very clean as well.

They charge full price but refuse to give more than 2 sauces. Never stepping foot in this branch again. To reply to your response. I’ve been to wok to walk’s throughout the world and not once has anybody told me that adding what I want will ruin the flavor for me. You can warn me but it’s my responsibility to either listen to you or ask you to put what I want. I have been having 3 flavors for years and from my experience that works for me in the best way possible and no one has refused this request till I stepped foot in your branch. You could have made an exception but with the rigidity with the way it was refused was as if you are feeding me for free. I even offered to pay more for the extra sauce to not ruin the experience for me but it was met by a straight refusal. I think you might want to review this policy (it’s your prerogative and my suggestion)

Little bit of a wait, but that's a good sign that the food will be good. The food was really good and surprisingly filling as the container looks small. Fresh ingredients and cooked right in front of you, what more can you ask. Will definitely be coming back again when next in the area.

Avoid this place, the staff hanging around and chatting away, they burnt my food, after I complained the male staff was giving me attitude, failed to give my money back! Never going in there again, they need to fix the customer service!!

Lovely staff so friendly and helpful nothing was a problem for them. They were so smiley and welcoming. Thank you both for being so nice and the food was excellent we enjoyed every mussel, our 3 year old enjoyed it so much

You can choose the noodles style, sauce and meat. To be honest, it was ok. I felt like it needed more soya sauce since I felt it was a bit dried. After a long walk in Kensington Gardens I was starving and that's what I got for lunch.

I love Wok 2 Walk and it was a real pleasure being able to go back, after so many months of locking down. Service is fast and polite, and it's fun, as ever, watching the cooks do their work. The place is covid-safe and my only qualm (as with so many things in the metropolis) is the price. These tasty meals can get quite pricey if you don't restrain yourself...

Very tasty, wide range of choices available from toppings, sauces, noodles... Friendly staff and lovely area! Overall great experience, you can go as many times as you wish without getting bored because there are endless combinations available.

Yes the foods is good! But the team over here at W1 is just a credit to the company. Their energy, their mannerisms, and their enthusiasm really does make you feel welcomed and excited to try this good food. Would definitely be coming back to see these guys again!

A different kinda of fast food in UK, reasonable based on UK standards and it is freshly stirred fry for every orders, hence you get piping hot food everytime :)

Standards have been going down in this place. I do realise they have been getting very busy at lunchtimes, but still expect a little bit of attention towards your customers. After having to wait 30 mins, which i did not mind at the time, I walked back to my office, opened the box, and it was full of mushrooms. After specifically stating that I do not wish to have them (they make me ill) and having that order in large letters on the receipt, I did not expect this "pleasant" surprise. Seeing that the order goes through 3 hands at least while its being prepared, I would have expected for at least one of them to realise the mistake. Tried to pick the shrooms out, so I can at least have something for lunch, as I had no time to go back and complain in person, for more than 7 pounds, this has been a very pricey, unfulfilling and unsatisfying meal, a after the mushrooms have been taken out, I was left with less then half the boxes contents. The rest was under-cooked meat, and so much sauce i could have used it for 3 more stir-fries. Dont think I will ever come back here.

Worst branch in London because of the female employees specially in night shift I often go to this place because it’s close to my university. Guys employees who work there are decent and behave good but woman working in this branch are so rude and always misbehave.

Me and my friend went to Wok to walk and our order was swapped. Happily, we were actually going to the same place but my order was wrong too , I am egg intolerant and I have egg noodles when I ordered rice noodle. I just eat the chicken. I am not very happy with the service.

Kind of expensive for what it is. Portion size is just OK. Flavor is good though, and it definitely is tasty in a pinch.

Da Wok to walk cucinano delle pietanze con dei gusti veramente assurdi , di un sapore che ricorderai senza alcun dubbio , io a distanza di 5 anni non vedevo l'ora di ritornare per comprare un box di noodles con quei sapori inebrianti. Lo consiglio assolutamente, è possibile sia mangiare un primo piatto vegan che pieno di carne o pesce. Fantastico!

Das besondere für mich an Wok to Walk war, dass wirklich nur die Sachen die ich auch gerne esse in meiner Nudelbox sind. In Amsterdam oder Barcelona war es so, dass zu den Nudeln nur Sojasprossen drin waren. Hier ist standartmäßig schon Salat und anderes Zeug drin. Mag für die meisten jetzt nicht wirklich schlimm sein, aber das war für mich der Grund warum Wok to Walk besser war als jede andere asiatische Nudelbox.

Compact but has few seating places. Visited at around 8pm and was still quiet place. Portion sizes are good and well cooked.

Good service, nice food. The noodles I think are the best choice with a dark soy, and one choice of meat.

Small, crowded and the food is half cooked. Do not recommend unless you are starving. The only plus side is the wide range of options that you can combine to create very unique meals.

I think off peak is the time to try Wok to Walk. Like subway, you fill your order bit by bit and then your box is handed to the chef to work his magic with a very hot wok, right in front of you. This was impressive if not fast. The drinks were in a small sink on the counter and, if truth be told, not too cold, on this one of the hottest days of the year. The service was OK. The guys were nice but seemed to be experiencing mild heat shock from the weather and the kitchen combined. It was my first experience of Asian food scooped from a box with chop sticks. And great it was too. Udon noodles, duck, onion, teriyaki sauce and baby corn. Fab. WARNING - the extras quickly add up. If you are on a limited budget, keep your meal basic and resist the urge to add more components. The underlying portion is probably more than enough for one person at lunch time, so relax. You will eat plenty. Recommended.

The place gives a box of noodles with toppings of your choice and sauces. They had put ample prawns in my order but could have improved the overall quantity of the base noodles and duck topping. The dish tasted good. But I felt it was a bit expensive for the quantity i got.
