AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give 0 I would! The kebab for 1 over an hour and 30 mins when you call the restaurant they are aggressive and threatening! The driver came to the door and told me they have no clue what they are doing in the restaurant and agreed the service is terrible! The food was cold I had to put it in the microwave. I was eating my food and then someone called me on a mobile number from the restaurant threatening tone asking me what was wrong with my food. I had the worst experience ordering it and the worst experience eating it! They in the end put the phone down as they don’t like to be wrong! I order from here regularly - both in person and for delivery. I get kebab in pitta - it's excellent every single time. Tonight I ordered online and chilli sauce wasn't an option- however they offer this in shop. I put in a special request for chilli sauce and they delivered. I'm very grateful and will continue to be a Golden Grill customer.

Mi compañera entró a pedir mi comida, que juntaron todo, así que entré a pedirla por separado si no les importaba, ya que soy quisquillosa, lo que luego la mujer que trabaja allí fue muy grosera hasta el punto en que estaba lista para tomar el asunto en mis propias manos, pero procedió a ser la persona más grande y me fui. Me he puesto en contacto con el gerente y espero que esté despedida, ¡nunca volverá a comer de allí!
