AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give 0 I would! The kebab for 1 over an hour and 30 mins when you call the restaurant they are aggressive and threatening! The driver came to the door and told me they have no clue what they are doing in the restaurant and agreed the service is terrible! The food was cold I had to put it in the microwave. I was eating my food and then someone called me on a mobile number from the restaurant threatening tone asking me what was wrong with my food. I had the worst experience ordering it and the worst experience eating it! They in the end put the phone down as they don’t like to be wrong! Used to be great but seems like a different menu not the same quality as before and a lot more expensive

9 inch pizza was so thick it was raw in the middle, all of the chips were a bruised green colour and chicken was dry. Not happy

Recently ordered a meal on the just eat app from here and when I rung up the store the staff on the phone were really rude, he was adamant that I was band for complaining about my food! I’ve never had a bad encounter with this restaurant before and have ordered food from here many times, when I phoned up again to ask why I was band the member of staff on the phone just laughed and hung up, I don’t have a bad word to say about either the food or the restaurant but the member of staff I was speaking to on the phone was extremely rude

Again we ordered Kebabs and pizza and burgers for delivery. The food came 25 minutes after ordering 30 minutes before it was due. Excellent quality and enjoyed by everybody. Thank you for your superb service and delicious food.

I've ordered from star pizza many times and food has always been great. Unfortunately, this time both pizzas and the garlic bread both burnt and dry because they had been overcooked. We ate the chips from the order and binned the rest. Not happy atall after spending over £30!

I ordered from this place once, back in February, but I'm reminded to review now because they're suddenly spamming me with unsolicited marketing texts! The kebab meat on was actually very tasty, but the whole thing consisted of four tiny chunks of meat in a large pitta, so it was basically a salad sandwich garnished with a bit of meat, and very hard to get through. We ended up just eating eight chunks of meat between us and binning the rest - not the best use of £15.

Food was delivered on time. The delivery guy was very pleasant Was very hot. Extremely tasty. Free dip provided.

Certainly Quality over quantity. The food was perfectly cooked with a succulent lamb kebab. The food arrived early, which was great. Would certainly eat here again and recommend it

8.30 ordered, turned up at 10 with half the order and wrong pizza, went away and came back after 11pm, no apology or anything. Never use again! Average food and overpriced.

Was supposed to be a large chips but if they were large I’d hate to have a small portion. The large wasn’t even a single portion.

ordered at 1am and so it obviously came early due to the lack of orders. the chips were fantastic - and not because of the alcohol imbibed! crisp and fresh. the chicken kebab was tasty if slightly over cooked but hot. chicken nuggets were average and you could get better elsewhere. in all a pleasant meal and not bad for the money!

Donner kebab was good! Really enjoyed the cheeseburger too. I have to say the chips weren't the best though, they were quite hard and didn't really have any potato in them. and you forgot my burger sauce :(

Used to love the pizzas from here however they seem to have changed the tomato sauce and it’s not very nice which is a shame

me and my girlfriend eat a lot of different takeaways but Star kerbab is by far the worst one we have been to. the food was terrible , chips were reheated onion rings where soggy and undercooked , pizza had toppings we never asked for was doughy and under done never re ordering from here again !

The delivery was actually marked as arrived 20 minutes prior to it's actual arrival. The delivery person did not call to get directions and unless I had not been stood outside of the office looking for them I think would have probably gone without delivering. having said that the pizza was good and delivered hot.

By far has this place gone the best in shrewsbury. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else.

Usually stop here for food after a night out on the town, as open until late. Good choice of pizza, kebabs, burgers and chips. Food cooked on ordering so freshly prepared, service and price is reasonable.

I have had this before from star and it is great! as most of the food is. only prob was it was slightly late which meant it was pretty cool meaning the meats had started to toughen up along with the chips. shame really.

We had the chef special kebab box have seen pictures of it from other people.but was very disappointed in ours hardly any meat! No donor meat at all we payed £14 for bassically chips would of got more meat if we just ordered a normal kebab

My food was over an hour late for delivery, after ringing I got told it would be 5 minutes, 15 minutes later still no food, rang again which I got an answer that the food had been delivered I still had the cash on me! I had to go though just eat advisor who rang the restaurant who reassured me they would re do the order for it to be delivered within 15 minutes which I’m grateful it was, delivery driver said you promise it hasn’t been delivered I said no then he was apologetic, the food was fresh, just a shame I had waited so long for it !

Food was terrible, some sort of packaged chicken in our kebabs alike Bernard Matthews chicken bits you can buy, barely any meat in anything. Cold when arrived. Will not use again and very unhappy with our meal
