Very poor customer service, rude staff, staff saying we had no other complaints sorry but I am the customer, Cold food, the chicken is soggy and about a bottle of mayo used cold mushrooms and they did not care at all I ended up putting the phone down, see the picture of my burger

Ordered dixiland food of just eat food was fresh and delicious don't believe they deliver in a hour our so mine was delivered in 10 minutes order to a T can say anything bad buy dixi ordered of dixi for years and they do deliver even of Just Eat.

I have eaten here a lot over the years. There as always been meal deals on at lunch time. They were always fabulous value for money. Over the years the potion sizes have dwindled. I can appreciate this as everything goes up in price. I just wish when you pay full price for the same meal in the evening you could see a difference in the portion size. Ie bigger than the value meal. .....The lady that works there as been there over 17 years that I know of. She is a lovely lady. The food is good but I'm put off with portion sizes.

Burger was cold,beans like water not tasty at all

turned up a bit cold but still ok

Added 30 mins onto my order, chicken had hardly any meat on it, gravy didn’t taste of anything.

Ordered busy time on Saturday night food was hot, order was right, time taken to come was ok and the driver was nice.

terrible food, the bbq sauce was like a rubber sleeve on the dry hard ribs, very poor quality

This place had gone down hill. Placed an order just after they opened and the popcorn chicken was clearly from the night before and the chicken burger had gristle in it. Won’t be going again

Quick delivery, chicken was not bad. Chips are not great and come covered in red salt (I don’t get people’s obsession with red salt).

first time I have had delivery service food was delivered within 9 mins of ordering chips were ok chicken was bland and smelt greasy garlic sauce was thick and lumpy used to love the food from here but it was all thrown in the bin apart from a few chips sorry wont be ordering again anytime soon so disappointed

chicken wings ok and the chips nice and hot but the 3 pieces of chicken was not freshly cooked they tasted like they had been cooked a good few hours before I got them all dry and hard not nice straight in the bin they went. sorry will not be ordering again.

Excellent delivery service as usual, after just 15 minutes the site said the food is on its way and it arrived within a few minutes, this is very impressive service. The icing on the cake was the food was also very good, I particularly recommend the chicken burgers they are the best in town and probably the best in this area.

Food was good, however, as it was Friday night so thought I would give them over 1 hours notice and ordered at 6.50pm for an 8 o'clock delivery. Email from justeat confirmed this. It got to 8.15 so I called to check and they said delivery was now 8.30! Opened the email to check and the time had moved to 8.30 at the takeaways request.

Extremely disappointed with last night's order. The fillet burger was a hard chicken breast it had 2 shreds of lettuce that were brown not green. The order came within 10-15 mins of ordering when it should a been 45mins (it takes 25min for chicken burgers in oven) won't be ordering again.

Arrived quite early, in fact we had eaten it when we were texted to say it was on it's way. It was good that the food was still hot as we finished eating. The two delivery girls were cheerful and charming.

Visited Dixy last Friday instead of our local Chippy to take advantage of a flyer they had posted through the door, I must admit that normally when the girl is in who has been there since the takeaway opened in the 90's and stayed under various owners and names the service is spot on, unfortunatley on my last visit she was not in and 2 new girls were serving with one it seemed to be her first day, after a little confusion they were able to recognise the offer I wanted and I asked if I could add some wings to the order, when I got home I found that the wings were missing and although the food supplied was good couldnt help thinking I wished I'd stuck to the Chippy, while the new girls get to grip with supplying all you order I would say double check your order before setting off home only to be dissapointed

Never fault with dixyland eaten there for about 5 year and it's spot on every time, usually get some free hot wings thrown in as well

Delivery time was a joke. Even after being told that our order was just leaving the shop, it still took half an hour to do a 5 minute journey and the driver was trying to deliver to the wrong address! Not at all impressed

Cold Chips when they came and sent the wrong thing however when we informed them they sent another and some free chicken as a sorry however that took another 20 minutes to turn up by then everyone else had finished. Normally much better than tonight.
