To be fair I would rate the shakes, cheesecake & cookies as average. Family wasn’t really impressed but found it all ‘ok’. Easily forgettable experience, much better options out there.

Avoid, gave me the wrong order, didn't have time to go back, girl couldn't appears fo not know much English and kept saying she couldn't hear me, she hung the phone up on me when I said I wanted a refund because she gave me wrong stuff

First time order, arrived late but it is Saturday night so most likely busy. Cookie dough was nice and warm, ice cream still frozen and milkshakes thick and fresh. So all in all worth the extra waiting time. Will deffo order again. Thank you 🙏🏻

Best milkshake in bootel this beat Mcdonald's milkshake

We used to get waffles with bananas and strawberries from there it was amazing. Covered in fruit and lots of chocolate. Not anymore, last time we had waffle 3 slices of strawberry same with the banana and barely any chocolate on it which made it so dry and boring. Very disappointing as we like to support local businesses, but standards have slipped.

The driver was really lovely after I asked why my order had take long which was due to football traffic. He was very thoughtful an couldn’t apologise enough. He was genuinely lovely an should be acknowledged for how lovely he was.

nachos are a rip off. ice cold stringy nacho cheese dripped over half a pack of cold nachos. awful. brownie with the ice cream was still quite dry, vanilla ice cream doesnt taste right and slush came with a huge soggy paper straw couldnt even drink it. abysmal and wont order again

Highly Recommend the Nutella and strawberry waffle, it’s divine! Have been multiple times and the man in there who seems to work most of the time is very nice, only complaint is it is slightly too expensive for my budget which means I can only go on rare occasions, I would love to be able to go more often because this little business deserves it so much! Really cannot fault it though, best dessert place I’ve ever been to

First time ordering with you guys. Your desserts are delicious and your staff are fabulous, you had run out of a topping I'd ordered so I had a phone call from a lovely gentleman to ask if I wanted to exchange for something else and I got a bit panicked because I couldn't think of any other toppings so the gentleman offered to give the money back. When our desserts arrived there was a couple of free tubs of ice cream in the bag so that was a lovely surprise. We will definitely be ordering from you guys again. Very professional. Also the delivery driver was very polite and very professional too.

Terrible place charges what they like especially to young children then when you question it they bar you the attitude of the fella tonight was disgusting.......

One cause I had to this shop charges what it wants especially to young children on there own when you approach them about it they bar you staff terrible attitudes......you should remove old menus until new ones arrive....

Staff where really rude and made me pay for more before we can deliver to house took for ever to come

Was charged more than the prices on the menu. Only noticed that when receiving notification from bank. When asking I was told the prices have been changed recently but there weren't any menu with new prices, and no printed or verbal notice of the price changing. Also after I ordered a waffle I changed mind in a few seconds. I asked if I can pay the price difference to change to something else, and was told no, even it's not started preparing. But later when I asked why price was charged differently from the menu I was told I can get a refund and cancel the order if I'm not happy with it. Very bad customer service overall.

Ordered a lot from here and was spending a lot of money but now they have changed the prices what was expensive already ,and now charging £6.70 for 3 small scoops of ice cream (me knowing how much 1 litre is £20 ). I’ll just buy through vender now that I have found them thank you gelato .This review is not based on service as they was always brilliant but can’t justify over £25 a time .

4 desserts ordered and collected last night. Strawberry Nutella crepe & a banana crepe - filled the box, fresh and tasty! Chocolate and strawberry kebab was delicious. Make your own cheese cake - size was disappointing given the size of other orders but nice enough! Would return.

Absolutely disgusting, got a oreo milkshake it didn't taste anything like oreo just a plain chocolate milkshake, parts of the waffle was rock hard and the chocolate sauce they was supposed to put on was orange chocolate sauce which isn't something we like. What a waste of money

The Nutella milkshake I ordered tasted of just milk and was white in colour, then the cookie dough I ordered for my child was burnt then as she left it she found a hair within the food! I called the restaurant and they told me to call back in 10-30 minutes as they was busy!

In response to the owners response to me. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. I gave you a fair review which said we’ve never had an issue with your food before this. I know nothing about the waffle machines you use but we can certainly both tell the difference between raw and cooked batter, we both took one bite and said that’s not cooked properly it tastes raw, so if it’s “never happened before” it’s happened now. For £7.20 for a waffle it should be perfect! Google reviews is there for a reason, and the owners responses are equally important, I always read them before trying new places. An apology would have sufficed, rather than insulting our intelligence. We were still going to order from you again but after that response you won’t see either of us again.

I ordered a crepe and milkshake it turned up on time but the crepe wasnt nice at all had no flavour also the milkshake tasted just like ice cream with nothing in it wont be ordering from here again wanted a full refund

To all the staff at the nutelle bar I would just like to say me and my kids love coming to your shop, staff are very friendly, lovely and very helpful, also so nice to my children having a laugh and a joke with them to which makes the experience even better. The nutelle bar is one of the cleaniest places ive been to staff washing there hands several times and cleanin constantly. Ive had deliveries a few times and the drivers are so nice always smilin and chatty and polite. The waffles and crepes are delicious and milkshakes are amazing. Ive never had a bad experience and i will se you all again soon Thanks guys

Amazing dessert shop in Liverpool 🤩 My children really enjoyed and went to the moon and back with their milkshakes. I hadn’t waffle like that before , so fresh and tasty. They are very nice and friendly people and also their customer service is perfect. Strongly recommend to anyone who’s want to treat him/herself 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

If your vegan and plan to order a milkshake from here be warned there absolutely terrible!! There not milkshakes there frozen over priced smoothies .. £12 and can do the job better myself with a quick trip to Asda buying the ingredients - pure rip off guys - I get these people have such big ego's but please the shakes are really not that special and don't call the vegan shake a "shake" Cos it's not a shake ita a frozen smoothie mate!!

Overcharged, simple maths but bloke just shrugged. Waffle stone cold as crepe machine wasn't hot :( random 'delivery?' Woman in the kitchen with no consideration to basic hygiene. Such a shame as we live round the corner. We won't make that mistake again! Edit after owner response. "No female staff work there" owners said. Goes to prove my point! Maybe staff shouldn't allow random people into a kitchen. Hygiene is important! Receipt uploaded as the store address is conveniently printed on it :-)

To the person who replied from nutellle bar saying just eat never refunded me, I can confirm they did and I'm happy to attach just eats confirmation of this in an email to you. How did my instructions lead you to take over 90 mins to deliver a couple of milkshakes and a slice of cake? I actually put details specifically on how to find my address but your delivery driver couldn't be bothered trying to find it and asked me to come out to him. Also you say you are "doing something for me" and please be respectful. I'm actually paying for a service so there's no charity in it.

Phoned to order they took down what I wanted and told me not long now I carnt get threw to the restaurant to ask where my order is think they are shut

Ordered 2 milkshakes, a slice of cake and some cookies. This took over 70 minutes to come and couldn't get through to restaurant to check. Then driver wouldn't come to my door and wanted me to walk to him. Got full refund luckily. Won't be reordering here

Me and my brother have never really bothered with Dessert places, but we chose this as not far from us, and love it, two great orders so far, highly recommended

I had milkshake white bueno tonight for 1st time. That’s what you can teaste there is cheap vanilla ice cream. I had this half empty with mad wrap on top 😳. I had 3 different flavours of ice cream aswell and they been nice- but for that price should be more and in separate Cubs.

Only place I will buy my coffees from now. Ice cream is amazing. Waffles are some of the fluffiest about, definitely take pride in what they do, very friendly staff and they always know my coffee order and start preparing it as soon as I walk in, all I need now is a coffee loyalty card haha
