Great little subway most of the time staff are very friendly and professional.

Just this one guy is always difficult. Normally you get 2 slices of ham or chicken for a kids meal. Asked for one slice of chicken and 1 slice of Ham, apparently had to charge More for this. Even though getting same quantity i.e 2 slices. Wasn't a problem last time but as it's the awkward guy it is a problem. Won't be going back. 2 stars for the other good staff. Won't be going again.

The worst subway of all! Don’t have half the ingredients in, the staff are always rude and the 6” subs are always less than half the foot long! Just ordered the most tasteless sandwich with stale bread! Gross

Godd size portions and plenty of choice.

Getting expensive now with all sides etc. Food was fresh and nice.

Had a subway roll to take out however honey and mustard sauce my favorite has been discontinued

I ordered a ham butty and thought I was watching a slo mo replay, I could hear the Olympics music in the background. I'm still there now and I ordered the ham sub yesterday. Suggest increasing speed of arm movements on the part of sandwich artists.

It's subway... So that's about it. Bit stingy on the salad in this one so have to keep saying to add more. Still; it's ok.

I've not used this subway, so I cannot give a proper star rating (hence the 3). But, whenever I go into the Spa, the Subway is always busy so it must be very popular.

Very rude personnel, thieves considering a bit of bread and ham ONLY. Go there if you want to be stolen.

Don't waste your money, ordered food 3 times and all 3 times they have got it wrong and to top it off, food is always cold. Would not recommend!

They couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery! Horrible cold food and always getting orders wrong, I wouldn't recommend.

If you like burnt cheese and doritos this is the place to go!

Most of them don't have meatball marinara which is something that they really need to work on

I have given it 5*, however it does depend on who serves you. One complaint is I was charged £1 for the smallest piece of bacon on my sons sandwich.

It is what it is.....friendly staff and great service.the surroundings are clean and tidy. All the usual choices. Fresh ingredients

Very slow service. Waited over 15 minutes to be served while to members of staff served one customer with a large order. Wouldn’t have waited but was getting a subway for someone else. Staff gave no apology for length of wait and member of staff on till just chatted while he served me. Very poor customer service.

Subway appears to be subway no matter where you go. The only thing that changes is the amount of seating and the staff attitude. Fortunately the staff here were quite friendly and actually smiled! :)

Been going here for a while now and always find the staff friendly and service fast, consistent and to the high quality you always get from a Subway. Lots of offers and always a low cost, healthy lunch.

prompt and polite service and a good sub

Went in at 7pm, thinking they were open to 8pm but they close at 7pm. The staff member served me anyway with no hesitation, he was friendly and polite and issued the same care and service as if I was not putting him out. I did not catch his name but he was excellent, definitely a credit to Subway. Thank you

Go here every Wednesday for our sub and generally we find it is fine. Sometimes though we have found that the bread feels a bit stale. Staff are constantly changing but generally quite friendly.

Nice handy location inside the local Spar. Good food, well prepared by nice friendly staff. Clean and tidy, and quite pleasant to sit in and eat- handy and decent food.

Always great at subway. The new saver menu is delicious. My favourite is the mini wrap , no its the hash browns or is it the beef taco's mmmmm all delicious can't decide. Thanks subway. 😃

Welcoming staff. Well organized. Shop always seems yo be clean and tidy at different times of the day. Visit different stores at least 4/5 times a week depending on where i am.

Have popped in to this Subway a few times and have never been disappointed. Today went along with my brother for a pit stop on our journey. I opted for the chicken pizziola. There were ample staff behind the counter so we were served quickly in the line. The girl serving on salad was friendly and gave me the ample gherkins I asked for. The name on my receipt was Lucy, so praises to her and the other staff working that shift.

It's just not good enough to have to wait 20 minutes in any subway before being able to place your order.That being said, I was astonished at the professionalism of the 2 members of staff working under pressure and keeping calm, despite one of them being pregnant. The poor girl must have been exhausted!Apparently, this is nothing new at this Subway. The problem is is that the tables don't get wiped and people like myself, will now not come to this Subway. It's false economy by the franchisee and not fair on the staff.
