I didn’t get anything I ordered I ordered a couple things and only one sandwich came it’s ridiculous why can’t they just get it right

One wrap was v good but the veggie one had salad cream instead of mayo which spoilt it a bit.

dessert was missing and all sides were missing the sauces which made them unenjoyable

the driver went to 3 different houses before he final found me and he is the only one that has struggled

Absolutely shocking I didn’t receive my order - I received someone else’s. I called the restaurant who informed me they couldn’t resend and was advised to submit for a refund - just eat then refused to refund - absolutely shocking service

Said my order was delivered and it hasn't been delivered

No cheese on my ham sandwich and hashbrowns came cold so we didn’t eat them, my boyfriend’s bread was soggy and he couldn’t eat it as he has a problem with textures and the bread ruined it for him. I can say the cookie was lovely tho , but as we did not eat 2 of the things it was rlly a waste of my money so it’s a shame

I can’t praise the store at Cambridge rd southport any highly, the manager Chris runs a great store I’ve been coming to for years. All the staff are very welcoming polite and professional. Great store .

Some items were wrong like we got chilli cheese bites not normal ones

Driver missed my address multiple times even when I was stood outside on the road. This cause my order to 15minutes late when I only get 30minute lunch break. When it did finally arrive the driver was rude and still took 5minutes to get out his car to open his back door and give me the food.

In my opinion, the best subway. Always very clean. All the staff are friendly and efficient, especially the manager who is always busy and his attention to detail is excellent.

Chicken bites were vile and warm drinks.

Shocking portions considering the price for salad the box wasn’t even half full . I even paid for extras! I usually love subway salads and can easily save some for later but not today .

I ordered the Stacked Bacon & Cheese Submelt (footlong). The picture shown is completely misleading. What I got LOOKED NOTHING LIKE Subway's image of it. Mine was totally flat in comparison as though it had been run over by a truck - about 1.5 inches high. There was no Bacon or cheese protruding like what they show. It tasted OK, but what filling there was for the price is shocking. Although it said HOT on the packaging, it was luke warm at best. I won't be having that item again.

Absolutely terrible service from the Store Manager Chris. Had to return a Lunch due to the lack of the Salad on the Salad Bowl/Box. Wasn’t interested and cannot run a bath let alone a Subway Store. Issues here before Covid and Chris can’t help but be in denial about any issues raised upon him from a loyal customer of whom stopped visiting due to the rudeness. Has no management skills and the company and store/franchise could do a lot better.

8/10. Not bad today. Thankfully, and as selected, the Italian white baguette had not been toasted.

6/10. I ordered a Footlong meal deal. Unfortunately, whoever made this decided to take matters into their own hand and toast the Italian White baguette when I did not choose that option. Receipt even says Italian White, NOT Italian White *Toasted*. So what should've been cold salad was now warm, wilted & soggy. I find warm salad awful. Yuk! The double chocolate cookie was lovely though, as was the side of Doritos chilli heatwave nachos. The drink was also supplied. Delivery driver was very nice.

They gave me 1 ice coffee when I asked for 2 chocolate milkshakes

ordered a tuna sub and they replaced it with 3 cookies? doesn’t even add up to the same amount , they could of given me a call to say they do not have tuna. Also I asked for one of the Italian bmt’s to be NOT toasted and they toasted it?

2 out of 3 subs had incorrect filings, I had pickles in the footlong meatball, couldn’t eat it.. My daughter didn’t get olives on her sandwich. 1 Sub in the bin, 1 sub wrong and only 1 was right. Disappointing really

I had to collect order myself, as they could not get hold of a driver. So I have paid for delivery for nothing. It states that the order was delivered at 1845, which is wrong. I collected the order after 1945.

Rotton nachos and the cheese was burnt to the bottom of the box to the point you could actually knock someone out and give them a head injury, with the box. The pigs in blankets were not in their blankets and the bacon was still oinking.

ordered a foot long bmt with caser sauce we few bits of salad , got bmt with spicey sauce and jalapenos on it and wrong salad , couldn't return as only had 30 min lunch break not good with anything spicey had to go in bin

7/10. Not bad, plus a bit more of the sweet chilli dressing over the footlong with chicken & all the salad etc. would have been nice (same as in the past orders). It was still tasty though.

10 /10, exactly as ordered, zero complaints and a very polite delivery man.

This is the 1st time we have had subway delivery. We would use it again, the only error was the type of bread on his footlong, ordered honey oat but got a seeded brown bread instead but he liked it so it wasn't a problem. My warm 6 inch arrived still warm and melty so that was a nice surprise. All in all very good.

Driver gave me the wrong order, said not his problem and blame Subway, Subway blamed the driver and said they'd send my order again which never turned up.

10/10 for the food today. The footlong was tasty & delicious. The additional salad, accompanying the chicken, was crisp & cold as it should be.

1/10. Does anyone know why the baguette was toasted... again? This is the second time now in just a few days that this has happened. What should have been cold, crisp salad had gone warm and soft. If this happens once more then I'm outta here. It's like the opposite of McDonald's where you order hot food and it arrives almost cold! It really is ridiculous.

A fantastic subway very helpful staff and the food is fantastic too a must to visit when looking for a subway! I'd travel to visit this one , it's one of the best I've visited.

10/10. No complaints at all today. I ordered the footlong Italian with chicken, bacon, & a ton of the salad extras. It was crammed full of cool/chilled salad & was delicious (unlike last time when it was sent toasted, the ingredients had warmed, & it wasn't a pleasant experience). Hopefully, next time will be equally as good as today.

2/10. I ordered a footlong with chicken, bacon & all the free salad extras again via the "Order Again" function/button for quickness. But for some bonkers reason, whoever made this decided to toast the footlong. I've never wanted or had it toasted on my previous orders. So the cold salad was now warm. Yuk! And after missing off ingredients with my last order, today they missed off the sweetcorn. After what was an impressive start to recently having a Subway (instead of a McDs) it seems now cracks are starting to show in their staff's competence. I'll be going elsewhere if things don't improve sharpish.

Interesting. Lots of cucumber & sweetcorn than recently. I thought the chicken amount was lacking today, plus where was the red pepper, jalapeños (I've had around 6 slices previously) & red onion? I saw none. It was tasty but just a 7/10.

Delicious. The footlong wasn't cut in half today but I still managed to demolish it nonetheless :)

Disappointing Unable to eat my Veggie Delight as it contained very spicy "sausage" which triggered my ulcer. Its usually a lovely salad. Think they should warn its spicy!!! It doesn't.

10/10. I've never had a Subway before & it was excellent. I had the Italian footlong with roast chicken, bacon & tons of the optional extras inc. jalapeños. I wouldn't have missed the bacon as I really couldn't taste it amongst the rest of the ingredients. Nonetheless, it was still delicious with every bite & I'll definitely be having again (minus the bacon).

The food was cold and soggy by the time it arrived as the delivery driver took a big detour from right by my home and done a big loop of Southport before coming to me . I spoke to the restaurant and explained that the driver had taken a detour and the person on the phone was polite although said if they took longer than five more minutes to arrive that they could do something about it but the driver arrived when I got off the phone. Shame as it ended up being freezing and soggy when we opened it up.

Food was awful. Barely any filling and the bread was stale.

My delivery was left at the wrong house and the driver drove off. It’s only because the other home owner rang me that I got my order. Extremely unhappy and reluctant to use Just Eat again.
