First time ordering from here and won't be ordering again done a online delivery no food came hour and half later i rang up and they said card machine broke what a joke but took m money out my bank for food I never received

It’s overpriced for what you actually get I I ordered garlic mushrooms with cheese, which I thought they would be breaded mushrooms, because that’s what most takeaways sell Also, who would want mushrooms? Fried with cheese poured over? And who would want to sell that if you own a takeaway or a food place you wouldn’t want to sell horrible food also it’s add £4 on here but got there there was a sticker over the price and they wrote £6 Also, I’ve got some cookie dough what was meant to be £5 they charge £7 and I got banana waffle what was more expensive than it says on here as well I paid £18 for all this and none of it was worth it the waffle taste like that horrible taste ovens have when you don’t clean a burnt taste and the only reason I ordered this food is because it didn’t have the food what I wanted. They said they didn’t sell that anymore so most of the things on the menu what you see on Google they don’t really sell and the only reason I go there because there’s open around mine, but I won’t be going there again. I’m fuming. I have to pay for crap I didn’t eat I thought there’s no point asking for my money back as they are sometimes very rude and you give me a fake £5 for change I wouldn’t go there, unless you are starving, and you have no other options also I want to add when I got the food it was stapled show the bag it was like they didn’t want me to look in it until I got home? No I know why I want to give me the fake fiver they didn’t give me the real fiver back by the way

In person pizza order post 1am - service with a smile, even humbled my request for a slight alteration to a veggy supreme. The base - GORGEOUS, the extra garlic butter drizzle on top - done PERFECTLY. Great flavours, awesome mozzarella strings (you know it's a good pizza with good cheese strings 😂), will definitely shop here again ♥ As a sidenote, the shop was super cozy and had a seat to wait on, so it was very welcoming on a chilly early am ♥ ♥ ♥

Absolutely shocking I ordered a popcorn chicken meal with chips and I received curly fries with no popcorn chicken so I assumed the order was just a mistake, when I called up the shop to let them know the guy said we have no popcorn and were busy and put the phone down on me I will not recommend this place an won’t be ordering again SHOCKING !!!!

Absolutely disgusting cookie dough like sludge tiny portion. Waffle didn’t taste sweet tasted like batter, and the ice cream was defrosted and then refrozen GeForce sent to us. Had a layer of ice across and going through it. Tasted like powered. Asked for refund and wasn’t called back by a manager

Just got myself a burger as a quick bite as I was walking by and I gotta say that it was divine!! Throughly enjoyed that and will definitely go back to try out something different from a great range to choose from- so thank you Doraas for the pleasure.....

I ordered first time.. i called after 1 hour and there telling me the driver came he knock the door and everything but nobody was home.. i have cameras that nobody know my door and nobody called me they didn’t even say sorry or we send you back or anything, they was like oh the driver came nobody answer the door why you call late!! I work in a restaurant as a waiter i don’t do that to customers mate

£20 for 2 milkshakes and a pizza the size of my hand. Worst £20 ever. The food was nice. But not worth £20 at all. If you are considering ordering from here I’d recommend not to it’s not very filling. Me and the mrs went hungry last night. Thanks Dora 👍

Absolutely awful food and service. The man serving could hardly speak English so communication issue and he also has a very poor attitude. I asked for a calzone and pointed it out on the menu and he came back with a pizza I mean come on not hard to find a pizza in half. I pointed out that this was not what I ordered and he said calzones are not 9.50 so I pointed out on the menu that I was infact correct and he snatched the box back to go make a calzone. I said no and took the pizza as I was worried he might spit in it (as stated in previous reviews) got the pizza home and it was vile, cold and the cheese they use Jesus I'm nearly being sick now just thinking about it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Go to top notch down the road much much better UPDATE I have had a reply from the shop which is totally false as per other responses to negative reviews....SEE THE PATTERN? I drive and it was bone dry and not raining haha Much better pizza shops on Stanley Road I have been to most and this is the worst one to date.

I had to order from here due to my previous order not turning up at all! Yet it was over an hour late so getting food at 4am is not as enjoyable! I'd rather have been in bed! I tried to cancel the order but when I phoned the restaurant they said they were already cooking my order. Yet it was still a good hour before I got it, I was not happy at all!

Food I ordered is not what arrived . Ordered the full house kebab and they sent a tray of burnt dried out donner meat , no chicken , no sauces , wrong drinks . Also the pizza I ordered was missing toppings , the base was solid and burnt . Chips were cold . Avoid this place at all costs if you are looking for nice food . Definitely won’t be ordering from here again £30 wasted

Chicken was so spicy I couldn’t eat it and it wasn’t even specified on the menu that it was spicy only that it was chicken and ham I am allergic to spices so I had an allergic reaction when I bit into it

I can forgive the driver for being late as he was at the back of the building and I was at the front. But the pizzas where very acidic, almost like they had vinegar on them, and burnt. All in all not a good choice

This restaurant is literally serving sub standard food I ordered the first time and it was an over cooked base with almost no tomato base sauce even after requesting plenty the topping was ok and I’m almost certain the pizza size was either a 10” or could have been 12 I ordered the 14” I’ve ordered many 14” pizzas in my time and I know it wasn’t what I ordered I then tried to complain but because my order was paid in cash they decided to cancel my order so I couldn’t review it I ordered this time just to see if it was the same and it was but fair play it wasn’t as bad as the first but still in my opinion a rip off £17 it cost me I will definitely not be ordering again would give -5 stars if I could

Delivery driver parked a quarter of the way down the road, then called to say he was "outside". When I realised where he was, I then had to go out to him as he wouldn't get out of the car. When I queried his actions he became aggressive, refused to hand over the food and then drove off whilst shouting "don't order from here again!". Don't worry I won't, you're an absolute joke.

Vile bin, ordered at 1.20, food turned up at 5am, I called an left a MESSAGE saying id report them to the police, never answered the phone after calling them 20 times thats why, food was uneaten as it looked vile and i think they might have spat in it. Place needs closing down asap !!!!!! Am sure they will leave a message like thwy do for everyone saying it was delivered on time and the food was amazing hahahah. Firstly I understand I ordered pretty late I had just finished work. I only ordered a kebab and chips. 2 hours later it came so freezing. Its literally 10 mins away from my house. When I rang up I was told it would be with me in 10 mins. Half a hour passed, still nothing. I called up again and the same happened! When the food came it was freezing! I wasn't hungry by this point so it's gone in the bin. Wouldn't recommend for a late tea!

Just been in asked how much donner meat and chips was he said £6 then proceeded to warm the donner meat up in the microwave and gave me no chips the donner meat was inedible and made me sick just looking at it avoid this place at all costs, discusting vile food Edit: I’ve never stepped foot in there in my life except for on my way home from work at around 8.15 tonight, I didn’t know he hadn’t put chips in till I got home who would open the packaging to check if the chips was in there in the shop you absolute helmet 🥴 I’ll come in for a chat tomorrow 👍 I’ll also put a picture of the food that I received up on my Instagram story with 2.5k followers..! Pizza was ridiculously awful, added toppings on top of new yorker pizza, only came with 2 toppings! Spicy beef and peppers. doner kebab was alright, naan bread hard and dry. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

Late delivery again. Told the driver on arrival it was late, not his fault. 1 hr late. Basically cold. 2 orders previous it was the same. Not good enough. Didnt read my request neither asking for thin crust. Not good enough sorry. Will be asking for a refund of just eat which I've never requested bit this warrants it. Sort it out dooras

Food arrived late. No update I had to call the restaurant and was told 5 minutes, 10 minutes later it arrived (making it 45 minutes late) and it's cold. I got less than a tablespoon of cheese on my cheesy chips and it wasn't even melted, the chips were cold and stale, not even chewable tasted like cardboard, the pizza was again cold to the point the cheese had started to become solid. Rang the restaurant 14 times with no answer. Had to process a refund through Just eat, not like we even ordered late we ordered an hour before they closed... Genuinely so disappointed. Maybe next time don't let your driver's take more than one order at a time so that customers food arrives when you say it will and in an edible fashion. It's 4:38am and I've had to send my partner to go find something to eat.
