Five Guys in Cambridge

The food is great, and the facilities (toilet) was outstandingly clean, well organized, with a wash basin. I'm in a long drive from London to Birmingham, ND could not have chosen a better pitstop. Well done!

My first time at Five Guys!! I know… late to the party. First experience, what can I say. The staff member had great rapport and was extremely helpful, even offered his opinions for the burger. The food was delicious, the chips were the perfect combination of crispy and soft. I will be back!

Order the fries. The portion is very generous 😍 There are refills for soda and you can eat peanuts as much as you want. The burger is big and double, very tasty 😋

--- I visited Five Guys for the first time and I was blown away! The hot dogs with cheese and bacon were absolutely delicious, and the drinks were great too. The fries were perfect—crispy and flavorful. Overall, everything was amazing. Can't wait to come back!

Never thought I’d be saying this about a 5 guys visit but where were the fries ? Ordered regular and got a full cup and about 3 in the bag short portion….

No cheese in my cheeseburger, dirty toilets and not a single hand sanitiser nor hand soap

We picked up a group order and although my order was wrong, when I went back Sebastian corrected my order and was such a nice guy!! I just wanted to write this as nothing was too much trouble and he was a very friendly guy!

Food was absolutely dreadful! I would literally go anywhere else but here. Takeaway packaging was leaking grease AND they got the order wrong which we only realised once we opened the bag! Very expensive and totally horrible experience. We will not be returning 😒

Medium-low level fast food chain... it is no coincidence that most of the customers are teenagers. And this despite the fact that it is considerably expensive. In any case I will never go back there again

I went on a Monday at about 1815. Ordered two milkshakes. After 15 minutes I asked for a refund if they couldn't be made straight away. 15 minutes later (30 minutes in total) and I finally get a sloppy milkshake. Not even thick. Over £10 for this rubbish. Won't be coming here again. They do such good burgers. Better off going over the road to Flat Iron

Foods okay, staff pleasant enough but there is no atmosphere whatsoever. It’s like a very basic dining experience even though we were £40+ for two small burgers, 1 fries and 2 drinks. Not exactly value for money. Wouldn’t use again.

Our first visit to Five Guys...so we were given a free coke which was a nice welcome. I'm not an burger aficionado however I do occasionally eat them but I have to say given the very high cost of burger & fries compared to McD I really don't see the attraction of Five Guys. To be fair to them they had many customers so they must be doing something right.

First visit was amazing, sadlt this time we waited for nearly an half hour for our food to be ready, chips were overcooked, coke machine served non chilled coke, really disappointed

The drinks were nice and cold. The paperstraws the also fell apart. The toilets were ok. They had really nice background music. But the floore behind the toilet was disgusting. Overall 3/5

I recently ate at this Five Guys, and had a great experience! The staff were super friendly, the burger was delicious, and let's not forget about the fries – definitely order them because they come in super generous portion sizes! My partner and I have tried almost every food place in Cambridge centre, and this remains our favourite place! Great atmosphere, great music. Also, the drinks selection was great, I always try a different combo every time. Even during busy times, finding a table was a breeze. Can’t wait to go back again and again :)

£5.95 for 330ml bootle of poor tasting larger. Burgers very small and not much taste. Chips covered with salt. Then charged £37 for 2x Burgers 2x drinks 1x chios. Service slow. Best bit free peanuts. Not worth taking a picture.

Exceptionally friendly staff paired with delicious food! Without a doubt, the best burger in town. The food is meticulously crafted right before your eyes, using only fresh ingredients. Additionally, the nostalgic ambiance, with 90’s and 00’s pop rock playing in the background, adds a cozy touch, evoking fond memories. Due to the reasons listed above and more, me and my girlfriend have become regular customers and we are never disappointed!

I usually love 5 Guys but I was in there Thursday and the person I suspect was the manager, a big possibility Italian guy in glasses was terrible. Not friendly like all the other staff, he never stopped talking and I think he was bullying or atleast causing discord amongst his colleagues.

Absolutely amazing experience. The best 5 Guys I visited and I did visit many. The food was delicious and the restaurant is so clean and tidy. It definitely worth waiting for the fresh fries and for the delicious burger too. Fair price and lovely staff. 10 out of 10. Just go for it. Thanks Guys.

Lovely burgers & fries... But a bit too pricey.

The burgers at this five guys were good. The drinks, though, had an issue and were very watery. Als, prices have gone up. So much so that 2 burgers and fries with drinks are now almost 40 pounds. That's a lot for a fast food chain even if the quality is good. The store could have been clearer and the staff more attentive too

The place is not very cozy, it looks like a school cafeteria. It has hardly any decoration. The burger meat is good but has a very intense flavor, maybe I didn't order the right burger. Adding ingredients is somewhat confusing and it usually takes a while to get the product out. It seems a bit expensive to me. The good thing is that they accept card payment and the bathrooms work with the code on the ticket and are usually clean. There are no promotions and if you don't know the product you don't really know what to order. The employees limit themselves to asking what you want and do not sell the different options well. In Europe we are badly accustomed to the Yankee culture, which is much more self-sufficient and enthusiastic. The latter is not a criticism.

First and last visit to Five Guys. The bacon cheese dog and cajun fries are amazing. Service was fast and efficient. I wouldn’t visit again purely for the hotdog costing £8.95 alone. That’s pretty extortionate.

My experience at Five Guys in Cambridge city centre was awesome. I have to say the food is really good and price-value quite fair but the service made it more special. João got our order, help us pick (first time going there) and was super friendly. Obrigada João!

We had some lovely food tonight at five guys the food was delicious as always and the staff were friendly. Quite a high price point but the quality is worth it.

Paid 40 pounds for two burgers, chips and soda. There's no fast food in the entire planet that is worth that amount of money, even more so when it's so easy to just make it at home. Fast food should be cheap and fast, this was neither. The quality is normal, not great, not bad. I'd say the fries are disappointing given that they are a big part of their marketing.

Overall, great place. The food was amazing, and I got served it in about 3 minutes. It was a bit expensive but I got full off my tiny order. The atmosphere is a classic 80's American. There are no fancy technologies except for the soda machine and it is really spacey downstairs. P.S. - They accept cash or almost any card.

Nowhere else in Cambridge did we ever find such a wonderful to have a nice lunch/dinner than at Five Guys. The food is literally out of this world, no space for disappointment and the nicest, most considerate staff. The restaurant is well located and kept very clean. Graceful to the manager for the unforgivable memory, cannot wait to visit again!

We stayed overnight in Cambridge as we were watching a group at the corn exchange. We decided to have a little wander round Cambridge and get something to eat we ended up at five guys. Disgusting cheeseburger 3 hot dogs 3 chips 2 milkshakes 2 Coke Zero £70.15 tasted worse than McDonald’s. My hot dog was sold to me as all beef hotdog it was a frankfurter all thrown into two bags chips in drinking cups that had dirty fingerprints all Round it burgers and hotdogs just wrapped in foil all squashed and stuck to foil very in appetising to look at first and last time ever going there DISGUSTING and a bit of false advertisement

I ate something but my aunt wanted to eat chips which made us go to Five Guys. I ordered one for aunt. I tried a piece from her plate and realised how deliciously it was made. I ordered two more as I could not stop eating. Amazing food!

I've been going in this Five Guys for a few weeks now and it's absolutely fantastic! Love their burgers, love their chips. Brandon and Madhav gavw me awesome customer service!

Went here with my parents when they came to visit, and I can't say any of us were impressed. To start off, I will discuss the price £45.70 for two burgers, one hotdog, two drinks, and one regular portion of fries... this is extortionate for what it is! The food itself was basically a fancy McDonald's. Yes, the burgers were nice, but they weren't by any means worth £11.65 each they were just cheap fast food burgers. The hotdog was okay. It tasted a bit like the Rustlers microwave ones you can get at a supermarket, so it's not worth the £8.45 it cost. The fries (salty fries) were basically just McDonald's fries with the skin on and slightly less nice, and to say they were meant to be salty fries, they didn't taste it do again, not worth the £5.45 that they cost! The drinks were the worst! £4.25 per drink, and there was absolutely no flavouring in it whatsoever! I had a Vanilla Diet Coke, and my parents had a Fanta Orange and a Coke Zero, all of which just tasted like unflavoured, unsweetened soda water, it was clearly very watered down to the point where the only thing that changed depending on what drink you chose was the colour of your soda water, it was awful! We certainly would not come here again!

They serve peanuts, then harass you for eating them, because someone might be allergic. From my favourite place in Cambridge, to somewhere I will avoid.

Burgers shouldn’t sit and wait for so long. The staff seem uninterested, the line is normally much quicker at Five Guys. Cheese is unmelted, everything thrown together. Not a great Five Guys experience.

Had a disappointing visit yesterday, missed the bacon from my order, the bacon makes the burger and without it the meal isn't the same, that nice crunchy bacon flavour was missing, secondly the usual thick flavoursome caramel shake was a watered down shake not thick at all.

De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kinderen hebben genoten van de burgers en frietjes. Zelf samenstellen is fijn als je picky eaters hebt. Wel was het even wennen om de frieten in een beker te krijgen.

The food is OK, but I couldn't see what the raving fuss was all about. There are a lot of establishments that sell equally good burgers for a lot less and others where if you paid a similar amount you'd get a much nicer burger. But the environment is the real disappointment. If you like swimming pool changing rooms or underground stations, then the atmosphere will suit you. For me, this isn't a place in which I wanna eat overpriced food.

Five guys is a great place to have amazing burgers fries and hotdogs. In five guys they run a very unique system where you can add as many and any toppings to you burger/hotdog completely free of extra charges. Five guys have some of the best burgers and chips I have ever had. ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ Five guys have peanuts in open boxes in the restaurant so DO NOT go if you have a peanut allergy. The chips are on the more pricey side but are definitely worth it. Overall a great place to have a meal in the centre of Cambridge. However if you are looking for the fastest available option for food like this I would say to go to the McDonald's just 1 minute down the road. Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a great experience i have been to many 5 guys across the uk and they have all tasted the same which they should. The staff were amazing the managers here have an amazing team there was one tall guy he will go far if that's within the company or working else were/.

If you're missing burgers from the US, this Five Guys will not disappoint. Hot, fast, and good! Refillable sodas with all the ice you want, AND it's a nice cool place to sit. The air conditioning is awesome!

Such a tasty burger I was very surprised. The spiced fries were super moreish and delicious. Goes down super well after a few beers.

We decided to order delivery to our hotel last week when visiting from the US. We had doubts as to how the food and service would be , compared to our local Five Guys .The burgers , hot dog, fries and drinks arrived right on time and everything we had to eat was delicious ! The burgers especially were every bit as good as our FG at home. Well done !
