Lovely stuff good food I felt very welcome

Again both subs were not toasted!

Delivery was good but got the wrong meal delivered

didnt deliver three of my things.

Ordered toasted for both of the foot longs and they were not! also, ordered light mayo for one of them and there was no sauce at all. Such a shame

I enjoy going to Subway and I normally have a turkey salad so it is good to see how different stores present it. I ordered my meal and the man who served me had a manager badge on. I asked him to cut up my turkey and instead he tore it up. It was still in large pieces. I went to use the app to get rewards as they have got rid of their old scheme and it did not work. This is the third time I have tried to use the app with a purchase and it have NEVER worked. Very disappointing. Unless things improve I will be going elsewhere.

Food was very cold, meatballs cold. Don’t get all what I ordered.

The delivery driver was very quick which was good as I was starving, good and cheery chap.

Food was slopped together. Subs weren’t toasted and garlic bread had no garlic and very little cheese ☹️

Customer service awful, went in with friends and waited 10 minutes for any staff to appear, when one staff member. Appeared I was met with an awful and annoyed attitude. Haven’t been in a while so not sure if it has changed but I sure hope so!

Food delivered 20 minutes later than originally stated. When it arrived there was one slice of cucumber in the veggie delite, about 10 bits of sweetcorn and 2 little lettuce leaves with a tiny bit of sauce and no crispy onions

Cheese bites where cold and had no brown sauce

I can honestly say that I've been to many subways, over the years and across different continents, and this has to be my favourite. The staff behind the counter go above and beyond, they take their commitment to sandwich artists to another level and take their time to know you as a person as well as a customer. I love it every time I go back and they remember my face, it's like coming home!

Delivery was early and driver very polite. The restaurant on the other hand… our pigs and blankets are stone cold haven’t even been cooked! Unsure if you can eat them without them being cooked prior. I know for a fact they are suppose to be warm as I’ve ordered them multiple times from other subway restaurants. Not happy at all.

If you fancy uncooked pigs in blankets, head on down to this subway branch!!

Nice and hot food, delivery guy was happy

2 of the sandwiches were wrong and the cookies are burnt.

The driver was very efficient (he found my flat, which many find difficult to find) and food as usual was great.

It was actually 1hr 30mins late being delivered where the app says 15-30mins!

The order took 1hr 45minutes from ordering to get here.

The food arrived on time but cold. The nachos were just tortilla chips just thrown into a box. No salsa, halepenos or cheese on them. Very disappointed

My experience at this subway has been fantastic! The cleanest subway I’ve been to thus far. Also great customer service. I appreciate the business here and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to shop here!

Me and my boyfriend got a footlong sub each. They both had italian herb baguettes, nacho cheese, lettuce, olives and sweet chilli sauce! We ended up spending less than £15 overall. I loved the subs! Definitely recommend

My sub wasn’t toasted even know I asked for it to be. Cookie was missing.

Order a flaming got nachos, first the quantity of nachos were very less than usual and Doritos were completely stale. Please do not serve stale food to your customers. This is not subway's standard.

Food looked like it had been I'm a car crash. Sauce pot smashed to bits food falling out of packaging and it's an absolute disgrace

The quantity of food they provided when we ordered hot nachos was minuscule, it filled less than half the box. We have ordered these nachos previously multiple times and are well aware of the standard amount they provide, however I was appalled that we were being charged £2.49 for less than half the product we asked for. When I brought this up with the worker who served me they didn't care and brushed my complaint off. It was as if they didn't know how to prepare the nachos, he haphazardly poured the sauce to the side of the nachos when normally it would be poured on top. I would expect better customer service from a place that is situated in the centre of Cambridge which is so popular.

Think twice before you pay because the staff will take any opportunity to con you when you move away from the set prices of meal deals.

I ONLY EVER ORDER ONE TYPE OF SUB WHENEVER I AM IN SUBWAY AND THIS CHAIN HAS DELIVERED AS A SUBWAY CHAIN SHOULD. NOT MUCH ELSE TO SAY ON THAT FRONT.

Lovely upbeat staff that were helpful when ordering, well made and well stocked.

This might be the worst Subway I've ever eaten. The bread was clearly old, the jalapenos and salsa were off. The fillings were almost non existent, I had to open it up to even see the sauces I asked for.

1st subway ever it was nice but i wont be having one every day

I ordered a chicken tikka salad bowl and got a salad bowl without the chicken and the mozzarella + cheddar cheese topping. When I called the person who picked up the phone said i didn't assemble this my colleague did and she forgot to put the chicken in a chicken salad so it's not my responsibility, and disconnected the phone! Bunch of unprofessional irresponsible people!

Absolutely shocking!! Missed items and the items we did receive were destroyed and freezing cold! Couldn’t even eat it!

Absolutely awful that the branch manager would put only one person working flat out at lunch time on a Saturday she has literally been hung out to dry! It took an age to get served but at no fault of the server she was awesome it’s the management that are at fault!

Absurlotly poor service today! Order was rushed and no looked at properly they completely messed up the hole order with the wrong sandwiches and deliver the drinks, when called was told nothing they could do about it. Poor.

I asked for the sauce to be put in a separate container. It was in the bread, making it soggy. I asked for sweetcorn. There was none. I asked for extra cheese. There was none. I asked for an Apple & Blackcurrant drink. I got Orange and PassionFruit.

Normally enjoy a subway as a treat but this 1 was a let down the bread had funny taste & had 2 tell the lady 4 times wot salad I wanted which was wrong when got home to eat it & not a clue wot the sauce was asked 4 mayo n barbecue sauce that was not barbecue so ended up in the rubbish bin horrible taste

My wife got a Veggie Delite wrap - minus the Veggie Delite bit. There was sauces on the wrap, nothing else. And they had the cheek of charging me for it. Nice.

I’d ordered my meal but some parts of it were missing, and it came late.

I feel the owner of this franchisee should STRONGLY consider who he hires. Attitude and poor work ethic. I ordered a meatball marinara and to be honest the way the 'sandwich artist' slapped it together as fast as possible no care was disgraceful. I feel appropriate attention should be given to the customers to help promote the aims of the business. I Regularly attend subways all over UK and some staff are fantastic others have manners and ways of working which aren't in any way similar to other subway practices. Poor, Poor, Poor!!!!

Quick delivery, good food quality and service. Would have liked less sauce in the subs and they were bit soggy on delivery.
