Hi I ordered from this Chinese a hour and half past by so I rang back to find out where my delivery was only for them to say we have no order for your address was fuming after waiting for so long and they didn't even seem bothered

Very disappointed. Ordered through juseat( no ssues there) Ordered the furious chicken 6 inch Italian white. Rcvd a 6inch Italian white with chicken and cheese ONLY. When I contacted restaurant they said to contact just eat for refund even though it was subways error and that they wouldn't remake and send the correct sandwich. When I said what am I supposed to do for my lunch the reply was well you still have the original WRONG sandwich 😡 Ridiculous and I won't even get FULL refund from just eat either ! Only price of sandwich

Awful customer service. I was told to collect my order in 15mins. When I arrived to pay, I paid and waited a further 20mins until someone realised they'd forgotten to give me my order. No apology. I was simply assured the food would be warm. The prawn toast was soggy. Unhappy and delayed customer. Please remember to be polite and say sorry next time you make a mistake and consider the contents of the bag before assuring a customer that the food won't be affected.

I cannot give any stars at all. Absolutely awful. Food tasted like it was several days old and reheated... I took food back and after some haggling in semi chinese, was given a 5 pound refund on my 19 pound lunch that I had to throw in the bin....The overpriced Prawn Crackers were just acceptable... I should have read the reviews beforehand..

Really nice and tasty food every time

Despite detailed orders and notes written on the card, everything did not match the order. I had to come back and exchange the order, which involves time and finding a parking space. The food was below expectations, there was no sauce left on the spoon, white cabbage and onion dominated. I wonder why there is so much water on the tray. I haven't eaten such crap before and I hope I never experience such sensations again. Give a wide berth....

Had a breakfast sub....bread was odd...poached egg was nasty....no deals....Latte was about 100 degrees....no brown sauce.Not good

I didn’t know food could get that dry absolutely shocking they also missed part of my order, go to ‘Rajs Balti bar’ across the road much nicer.

Tried to order food, a normal amount at a normal time and got asked multiple times if “I was taking the piss” I genuinely couldn’t believe it. Terrible customer service and average food.

If I could give minis I would. This place is awful. I can honestly say worst food I have ever had. I had one bite and and threw it in the bin!
