The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Do yourself a favour and eat anywhere but at Five Guys, anywhere. Outrageously overpriced and the food is at best average. The burgers are ok (but again, massively overpriced), the rest of the menu is gross and I've had better fries out of a microwave. Do yourself a favour and avoid Five Guys like the plague.

Went in at around 10 today, guy serving clearly hasn't had actual training as he was making my order entirely incorrectly and arguing back that it was correct (clearly was not). Does the place also have to look so dingy, its like eating in a petrol station at midnight

I left a one star rating two years ago and you've only now asked what's wrong....the service was appalling. I still remember it now. Your attitude to customer service is bad..very bad. And that's quite evident by the fact you're only asking what was wrong two years later. A shame because the food was very good, simply let down by the interaction with you.

Previous owner was lovely. But portion size of chips is better now, and they a are a bit nicer as probably using different potatoes or oil. More local to me, but Pontnewydd still the best chippy in Cwmbran. Not that I have chips often, but just wanted to give a good review. The boating lake is only about a 10 minute stroll away.

And now it has closed down yet again!

Very good fresh and excellent service even though they very busy

Used to be amazing and we regularly got food feom here. Shish kebab was £9 and had 5 pieces of meat. Well and truly a rip off. Wouldn't bother again
