Wrong dips! And no shake. Sent ice coffee. I don’t drink coffee!!!

delivery man decided to fix his bike for 30mins less than a street away. he could have easily walked the food around the corner to me. instead he let it go cold and soggy. very poor service

Ordered a berry muffin and it was dry to begin with but had a discard day of Wednesday and another on top of it for Thursday. Two day old muffin got delivered.

McDonalds kept me and the courier waiting over 20 minutes past the original wait time…

Food came squashed, the restaurant forced a bag of chips into the bag of burgers probably to save space which was awful and the fizzy drink leaked inside the bag. Overall a very bad experience. Will never order again from them!!

Rare order from Mcdonalds and each time it is cold, the bread was burnt - the burgers cold, and all mushed up ... but what do we expect ? they throw this food together - without care as its a delivery - waste of money.

Had a breakfast meal deal. Food was up to the usual good and tasty standard. The time between ordering and receiving my meal was very quick, something sadly lacking at many McDonald's these days.

The delivery never arrived despite the app showing it was delivered. A complete joke really. How can a delivery be made without the courier receiving the confirmation code.

Visit here on a regular basis, 99% of the staff are super friendly, in particular Logan, Salman, Abi, Elisha and Megan stood out for me on this visit, helping all customers with queries, they're absolute stars to the service ⭐

when the driver picked up our food at 25 past the hour, it stated it would be here within 6 minutes. I was watching him on the map and he went to the other side of town with two different deliveries. Once our food arrived it was stone cold and barely edible. I am appalled as we spent so much money on this as our post-exam treat and it wasn’t a treat at all. I would like a refund on this order, I clicked this on the night and I’m still waiting for a response.

Consistent cold food being served in this restaurant all across UK… I have tried in London to all the way in Holyhead on the way to Ireland… McDonalds in UK is ‘ seving cold food’ and they expect UK citizens to eat that Cold food!!! Why!!???? Try once the food served in Irish McDonald’s and you will know the difference… even the customer care skills are unmatched… please report this conduct…

Delivery driver was ‘lost’ for over 10 minutes, the food was cold and the drinks were half spilt.

Driver was a little impatient with regards to the delivery location and code handover but apart from that all good.

Chips cold and hard (not crunchy, just hard all the way through) not salted. Burger looked like it had been put together with a catapult. 0 care taken.

More attention given to online orders rather than actual customers hate going now try to avoid, and food generally tepid

Ordered at 6:45pm, three hours later still no food! Then status changed to delivered!!!! Absolutely awful service !!!!

I placed the order at 6:00 and it wasn’t even processed till 8:30 at which point and already bought something else

The food as always is fantastic. The service is outstanding even when the place is filled with impatient customers. I just wish the place had more seating as it is always packed.

The service was v fast so I expected the chips to be hot. They were stone cold. The burger had nothing but onion and one piece of gerkin. Toilets were locked.

Left a note for McDonald to remind them to include all order as they never do and still they forget a coke and the cokes they do send they send diet instead

Order never arrived after waiting over 2 hours

The staff is so rude. My order taken or received by someone else and when I tried to complain the staff they were even not giving any attention to me.

Only went for coffee and Berry muffin to eat in; should have taken muffin back as very poor and undercooked. Please take more care with muffins!

I had lunch here a few times in the past and most recently had my dinner here with my mates and the food is good the milkshake was gorgeous and everything here was good

Ridiculous!! Very cold when arrived 2 hours later. Kept pushing the time back but couldn’t cancel so the driver knocked on my door at 21:36 when my 9 month old son was asleep so he got woken up! It’s not on!!

First I noticed the food didn't taste the freshest but my real issue was the serious lack of hygiene in the place, especially the toliets which were disgusting.

Missing 2cheese burgers kinda my own fault as use to happen all the time from this store so started using different one but made the mistake of clicking this one tonight
