More attention given to online orders rather than actual customers hate going now try to avoid, and food generally tepid

The food as always is fantastic. The service is outstanding even when the place is filled with impatient customers. I just wish the place had more seating as it is always packed.

Waited 10 minute's for a simple meal order, chips were cold so I changed them only to be served like warm one's. Wouldn't recommend this one!

I said don’t press the door bell and there was a sausage and egg muffins missing

Gone to wrong premier inn told me to send him my delivery code so he can mark it as delivered and now blocked my number I want my momey back

No body rang me nobody rang my doorbell I answered there text messages but they but delivered I haven’t received my order

Took over an our to arrive. Came freezing and not good at all. I even ordered mozzarella dippers that were just solid since it had been that long. The worst McDonald’s I’ve had in a while.

There are no straws , tomato ketchup and one hash brown missing

Left a note for McDonald to remind them to include all order as they never do and still they forget a coke and the cokes they do send they send diet instead

The service was v fast so I expected the chips to be hot. They were stone cold. The burger had nothing but onion and one piece of gerkin. Toilets were locked.

Once again no sauces, and I think my drink wasn’t right. Not the delivery person’s fault but if McDonalds could stop not sending sauces I would appreciate it

Cold chips? Lukewarm white coffee. Average burger. I suggest you try the tacos or burritos at Mexicano directly opposite.

Forgot to put house number the driver took the time to call me spot on driver

The staff is so rude. My order taken or received by someone else and when I tried to complain the staff they were even not giving any attention to me.

Only went for coffee and Berry muffin to eat in; should have taken muffin back as very poor and undercooked. Please take more care with muffins!

I had lunch here a few times in the past and most recently had my dinner here with my mates and the food is good the milkshake was gorgeous and everything here was good

ordered at 11am arrived at 12.30 fries stone cold unfortunately not unusual for here..

Ridiculous!! Very cold when arrived 2 hours later. Kept pushing the time back but couldn’t cancel so the driver knocked on my door at 21:36 when my 9 month old son was asleep so he got woken up! It’s not on!!

First I noticed the food didn't taste the freshest but my real issue was the serious lack of hygiene in the place, especially the toliets which were disgusting.

no sauce in the bag no straws, food boxes battered, the cheese burger with no bun was just thrown into the box no care given, chips freezing cold and thrown in the bag

Visited at 14:00 on 31st December, despite it being incredibly busy they managed to give probably the nicest burger and fries I've ever had from a mcdonalds.

Far too packed. Double bacon cheeseburgers toppings were all over the place and it looked like it was made by someone who was 3 years old. The ordering machines never gave us a receipt so luckily the person I was with remembered the order number. The seats were dirty. The floor was dirty. Staff are standing there doing nothing.

Went in yesterday ordered hot drinks the machine didn’t print a receipt so I asked at the counter to be told I DONT need one as I knew my order number I had to tell the rude manager I WANTED one to then be asked to say PLEASE??? He then slammed down the receipt on the counter and said YOUR WELCOME condescendingly 🤣 It was a simple request there was no need for the manager to be so rude! Restaurant was the usual dirty tables,I was going to get a meal but went elsewhere to a restaurant that VALUE customers definitely not the McDonald’s GOLDEN STANDARDS

Place was good with plenty of spaces, but the coffee was luke warm. They missed an pineapple and staff looked indifferent.

Walked in here tonight at about 11pm before our train to buy food and ask if my sister could use the toilet who was 6 months pregnant to add. And the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude yelling at us telling us to use public toilets. Even tho my sister physically couldn’t hold much longer….. I think she needs a word giving by her boss as she wouldn’t give us her name. Anyways here is a photo of the nasty woman

Realy disappointed food was good but the restaurant was scruffy lack of cleaning staff .table dirty .toilets dirty and smelly...not good enough. We asked for our table to be wiped a young lad came and cleaned it .he made a good job and was polite .I felt sorry for him he was clearly over worked .

Ordered at 5:30pm didn’t arrive till 8:30pm unexceptionable would like a discount

LOVE being picked on by the security guard for daring to eat some chips inside in December while we waited for a taxi home. So much so he went off to get backup and management to escort us out! Oh yeah, while a fight was happening behind which didn't seem to bother him as much.

Driver wouldn’t accept my 4 digit code even though I showed him my order recipe and my payment out of PayPal

I was waiting in my front room, for my order as I saw it was close. And when the delivery guy arrived he tried my door handle first then knocked on my door. Thankfully my door is always locked. I’m wondering why he did this ? I asked him why he tried my door handle and he didn’t reply, language barrier aside, he should never try a customers door handle. It’s taken me a few hours to think about this, and I may ring the police about it.

As always it took a while to get my order but typical Mcdonald food. Actually still fairly warm (result).

I ordered a Mcdonalds at 1630. It said it would be delivered between 1710 & 1720. It finally arrived at 2015!!! food was then semi-cold! This is the poorest service I have ever had! Can i get compensation?

Witnessed a lady who had a genuine disability be declined Access to public bathroom because the manager's had shut the toilets. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

I didn't received my food and I didn't canceled the order, but the order still delivered successfully. That is so wired. The deliver contact me to ask the code constantly after the order has already shown that delivered successfully. The deliver also say she lose her job because of my fault?!
