delivery time was fast but you just wish it was a little slower and they double checked all the items were in the bag :/

My daughters nuggets are missing from her happy meal, every time we order from McDonald’s there is something missing

food was luke warm, had to reheat it. Delivery driver not at fault as he was quite quic & polite.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered at 17:55 and the order turned up at 19:40. ETA was 25 mins when I ordered! All the hot food was flat cold and inedible. Coke spilt all over the ice cream. Apple juice missing. £32 straight in the bin!

The first time in 32 years of life I've had to return a McDonald's! Chicken nuggets were bizarrely mushy, the chips were like cardboard. For the price you can go for a meal next door at pizza express and get hot edible food.

Kept changing delivery time waited an hour when I live 5 mins from designer outlet. For it to turn up cold anyways and then only receive a £2.50 refund from a £13 order!

It is what it is you don't expect amazing food it's just something to fill the void, but the lying system they run with there self service screens when as soon as a certain amout of time has lapsed they assign it to collect your order even when it's not ready is a little deceitful in my opinion. They have done all these adverts saying the food will be warmer and tastier how about just make them look how you're advertising them, I'm going to get to the point that if my burger doesn't look like the picture on the menu it will be going back for looking like q dogs dinner. Service is shocking the new way of serving is meant to stream line things all they've done is reduce staffing costs and create their own bottle neck. Highly recommend not going to McDonald's when you see more than 15 orders on the screen or you'll be waiting alot long than 20 mins for your food. McDonald's head office really should be doing more to audit these stores, thurs evening I really wouldn't say is a peak period. The recruitment team for this store should be sacked.

Ordered at 11:30… eventually received our Seder at 14:55… called the store to ensure our food would be fresh when it eventually gets here and they reassured us that it would it arrived cold as if it had being sat on the side waiting for a driver!!

it was out for delivery for so long he went to the complete wrong place and rang to say he wad here, he wasn’t. it then took another 15ish minutes to get to the right place. everything was cold

not sure where the driver was going but was watching him go the really long way to get to us!

Me and my family went to the McDonald’s and when I went to order we also order 2 extra chips and we also go two chips with me and my wife’s meal and they didn’t give us the 4 chips that we ordered and it was not happy with the service We didn’t expect that to be bad we expected to be good or okay.

Chilly cheese stack was cold and had no sauce, mcchicken crispy was dried out , chips were ancient like cardboard. Avoid going at the end of the day. Threw it away, inedible. Normally a McD fan.

It took almost 2 hours since I ordered. Every time I checked, the estimated delivery time increased. And when it eventually arrived, the food was lukewarm at best. Very disappointed.

I ordered the small Oreo frappe for my 11 year old child at designer outlet and I was stood waiting for 20 minutes while the orders placed after me were being served. Not only this but from what I could see some workers were stood there distracted, while others where trying to pick up their slack. This was an extremely unpleasant experience at McDonald’s in designer outlet and I hope I don’t have to experience it again.

Good Mcdonalds. Large enough to get s wheel chair in and positioned with out stress, staff are really helpful and friendly.

Was missing an item, again!! 2nd occasion this has happened.

Picture this, Sunday afternoon and the wife is out. You decide to treat yourself to a cheeky burger. You pop in your order at 12:10. You eagerly watch the estimate and excitement turns to horror as the time keeps creeping up, you can’t find any help or a way to talk to anyone. 14:45 and the food arrives, you’re so hungry you don’t care. Then you realise, it’s all cold, probably been under a heat lamp for 90 minutes. Sadness overcomes you, at least the drink will be ok?

Despite it being late and the food being slightly cold and the McFlurry being a bit melted. The fact that the driver went out of his way to call me to let me know that he was going to be late made it completely fine with me.

Very disappointed with the service. Food was all cold and half an hour late.

HBH Friends Reunion: The food Hall is an excellent place for a friendly meet up. 10am and there are plenty of available tables, facilities are clean. Plenty of options to eat, McDonald's always providing a swift meal service. There are now digital ordering machines, I avoid these! Having a food allergy I need to confirm ingredients. The assistant was very helpful and reassuring.

Food was cold. All of it. Delivery time kept increasing in minutes. Very unhappy

My order did not arrive although i answered text messages and tried to ring the delivery person yet they did not answer my call for directions. Im not happy and would appreciate a refund as no good delivered.

Nuggets and chicken burger never came with our order , the delivery bag was open and as i checked the bloke didnt hang around and drove off

In a busy outlet shopping mall and stopped in for breakfast. Never had a McDonalds breakfast roll before. Not as good as a full English but would have one again. Tasty, filled me up, and the coffee was good as well. Will call in again sometime.

Just your average McDonald's! Does have a longer wait because it was so busy, but the self ordering kiosks were plentiful so we could get ordered quickly. The order was correct, I did have to ask specifically for Milk for the tea though. The food was warm and the fries were good. Definitely not the best McDonald's fries and could definitely do with more salt but not the worst either! While we went there were "Winning Sips" competitions where each drink resulted in the opportunity to win prizes, which was very fun! Not sure if we were just lucky but felt like we won quite a few prizes! Most notably £5 which was very good!

Great little mcdonalds, everyone was friendly,fast service and this one has great chips and the mcnuggets were perfectly cooked .

Tables were cleaned regularly and floors swept but there was a large queue for the meal to arrive as there was no table service.

Only ordered a large meal and waited over 2 hours for cold food and a flat drink different to what I ordered.

2 hours and 15 minutes late, food completely cold and soggy, ice cream completely melted to liquid inside bag dripping over other food items making them inedible. I expect a full refund, this service is absolutely appalling. Hopefully this can be rectified easily.

To say we live a short drive from outlet shocked how cold the food was!!! Apart from that first time ever we got what we ordered! As been ripped off so many times & not getting money back had stopped ordering from just eat

Thursday afternoon 19th October when we visited this branch of McDonald's which is located in the Food Court of McArthur Glen Retail Park. Found it all rather impersonal, we queued up at a self-ordering screen where we ordered and paid for two flat whites and two cheese burgers. While one of us waited to collect our order the other one found somewhere to sit in this vast space which was virtually empty. When the order was ready it was handed over without the member of staff saying a word. Think that this is the first time that we have ordered, paid for and served food without a word been said. When served the burgers were tepid and the coffees were average, certainly not up to McDonald's normal quality coffee.

Designer centre very busy, don't usually eat there but I was hungry. The food was really good and the service was efficient.

Visited last Friday, very busy it took ages from ordering to getting the food, my partner went elsewhere to eat , he got his food and pretty much ate it by the time we had even got ours, the server gave us one BBQ sauce between 3 of us and when I asked for more she didn't seem very happy and ended up throwing one onto the floor. Food was ok, apart from the mozzarella share box which tasted like they'd been left on the side for hours.
