Love the crazy chicken and wings and tasty delicious fried chicken better than expected but I just don't like to eat in and do takeaway food but best in my opinion but some just don't like the shop and can't bother to try. But need to work on the appearance of the inside shop which might be clean but inside shop is horrible looking but fried chicken matters and nothing else don't care about but a bit of the advice is to work on the environment inside and outside please

I recently had the pleasure of visiting your restaurant. I must say, the ambiance and the quality of food were both excellent — truly impressive! However, I did feel that there is some room for improvement when it comes to the staff's interaction with customers. I noticed that the behaviour and communication from the team wasn’t as welcoming or cooperative as one might expect in such a nice place. delivery driver was the worst made out he didn't know where our address is finally turned up food freezing cold 😞

Waited and was 20 minutes late came freezing cold

A subway with a built-in Ben & Jerry's ice cream bar. Service is fast and friendly - otherwise a Subway like you know Subway. Big point of criticism: There are no toilets in the store, you have to go to the public toilet next door (and pay extra here).

Food used to be much better, dirty burgers packed with flavour. Now they are largely flavourless. The fries which are meant to come seasoned are totally tasteless. Service is severely lacking. Like a lot of places in Edinburgh the service and quality has suffered. Such a shame.

Good food, cooked to order. We all enjoyed it . The team was happy and friendly , well done !

Lovely food. Cooked fresh to order :) staff are friendly and polite. Can highly recommend the beef and chicken burgers. The fish is also lovely golden and crispy. Deffo worth a visit 5⭐️

A good roomy cafe, with plenty of space to talk without being to close to others. Good food and drinks. Value for money in a good location. The staff are very pleasant, and work their butts off. Whenever I am in with my brother, they are always extremely efficient and never idol. MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE OF YOUR STAFF PLEASE. YOU HAVE A GOOD TEAM HERE.

Food took over 3 hours to arrive when it did come it was stone cold and they refused to give me a refund absolutely disgusting
