The chilli con carni was just wow!!! I will definitely be having that on my jacket potato again. Mafe a lovely change and it's no cheap tinned muck its decent and quality made. The guys were both happy with theres too. Many thanks

Opened order went straight in bin. Meat was leathery and dry and pitta was not edible. Disgusting

Well lets just say i will not be ordering from here again! The popcorn chicken was inedible, clearly had been re cooked and had a 'rubbery' texture to them. I had ordered some milkshakes all looked cheaply made and wjth hundreds / thousands on top..

I ordered chicken wings and they been fried in fish oil , they small and taste like fish. I throw them all in the bin.

Great food ruined by disgraceful delivery driver. Too busy talking and laughing on his phone to even look at me, not even a hello or goodbye. Will not be using this place again.

It was our first time ordering from here, was very impressed that delivery was on time on a Saturday night over Easter. The delivery driver was very friendly. The food was hot and very tasty. Thank you very much, look forward to ordering again.

Chicken didn’t taste right and I asked for no red cabbage on the just eat notes section as I placed the order as I’m allergic but you added it on my food anyway

Although delivery was fast, all of the food was so overcooked, chicken was dry and inedible. Over £2 for an extra topping on a pizza to get next to nothing.

I ordered a 1/4 burger and paid 50p extra for the cheese it wasn’t even a whole square of cheese slice it had been cut in half!! Not value for money what so ever. Could hardly taste the cheese. Picture available of required.

We often order from Moonlight Grill on a Tuesday, and usually have the "Make Your Own" pizzas. We've never been disappointed by the food quality - the pizzas are tasty, not too greasy, and well presented. The delivery is usually prompt, and when it hasn't been as fast we've been told on the phone when we called up and ordered. The drivers are friendly too. We'd recommend the place for a good takeaway in March.

My food was over 30 mins late !!

Well what can I say… absolutely terrible. The food wasn’t fresh it seemed liked the chicken/lamb biryani was cooked since 2 days ago as it had a very funny smell to it. I called up and asked if they could send me a fresh biriyani but the person who answered the phone was very rude. He asked me to come drop it off! I don’t have a car that’s why I got a delivery sent out. No apology or anything. Very disappointed. 0 starts

Food arrived on time! Quality of food was under par at best, quantity was absolutely appalling for what you pay. I’ve ordered a fair amount around March and this is the worst “Kebab” place here. I wouldn’t recommend it myself, especially for the prices they charge, best thing I bought was the cans of Rio and that’s saying a lot. DO NOT waste your money like I did!

Piping hot everyone enjoyed well worth the money.

I wasn’t to impressed with the jacket potato to be honest with you I was expecting it to come in a larger box with a portion of beans and salad. What came was not very good. The spicy potato’s were nice but the jacket I didn’t rate it. Have ordered from here before and the kebabs are nice but the jacket potato department needs some attention.

Ordered mix kebab 14 pounds absolutely disgusting threw it in the bin will not buy from them again.

Waited 1hr 2o minutes for delivery asked why rudely told its Friday what do I expect when I said I would cancel order they rudely said it is ready now I stipulated I don't want it now so again staff sa I'd no food then after waiting 1hr 20 minutes I really wasn't that bothered ill stick too Chinese much quicker and more polite rubbish delivery system cold food mostly if it turns up at all

Called here the other night the food was good. The only thing is the chip where not chips but fries apart from that really good

I have sirported them since they opened but tonight ordered at 6.20pm knowing they could deliver ( as town centre at stand still ) But over 2 hrs later rang up got told town centre can’t get to me ( I’m down next street 4 mins away the guy on phone called me a bastard and put phone down !!!!! I rang back same guy answered denied it ( mm my phone on record so can play it back) Yes good finally turned up nice and hot as normal But denial and being told I’m a bastard ……yes I will be visiting them as we have orderd from them with no problems and I exsplained to delivery driver not his fault Think moonlight need to sort attitudes of the guy on end of phone bigtime They have just lost a regular customer who sirported them since they opend

We have used these guy's regularly, but service has gone downhill recently, they delivered the food tonight and it was not what we ordered, they had admitted sending wrong food out but would not change it unless we brought it back, when I explained the wife has the car and that I could not get there the manager said he would only change it if we brought it back and was not bothered, we were regular customers...well no more.

We have used these for a long time but got worse over the past few weeks . Tonight’s delivery was 2 hours not even a sorry it’s late . Food cold .😪

Seen some reviews that said food is good so tried for a delivery order. Its a Friday night so always expected a later delivery. Rang and ordered, no mention of delivery time. Still not arrived 1hr and half later, rang and asked, spoke to the young lady that took the order and she didn't really know what to say, passed me to someone else who said it has left and will be with you in a few minutes. No apology and to offer reduced price due to delay. Driver arrives 10mins later and then offers me £4 discount after I have told him the above. Can't comment on how food tastes but delivery service is a bit shocking!

Can I say we have died and gone to heaven. OMG this place is absolutely amazing and I’m not falsely saying so. We have my husbands family in March born and bred who and stuck in their ways. But this time after seeing appalling reviews of March Kebabs who they have bought from for over 20yrs and the last 4 meals being cold, wrong and small portions I decided we were going to try Moonlight Grill. What an amazing choice all of them said hands down it is amazing. So we know now who we will be ordering from. So sorry we didn’t move sooner but wow 🤩 this is our future ordering from now on. Well done for producing such beautiful food and delivering it hot and in the time frame.

Fresh kebab, chicken and burgers, quality with a low price, friendly staff and delivery via an app, can't rate them high enough.

If you're looking for a place that serves great burgers and chips then look no further. The half pounder is so very filling. Delivery service is quick and easy. The food is so good and best place to get a REAL burger. 🙌

Had a Chicken Filet burger for a light meal, ended vomiting it back up an hour later with a burning throat. Will never eat there again, overcooked chicken with a charcoaled crusty bun. Awful, would give 0 stars if I could.

Very average Kebab. 3 pieces of Lamb in a regular Shish Kebab is a poor effort. Chicken Kebab portions were better. Food was hot & delivered quickly. Fries not chips.

Very unhappy with the food. I’ve been a regular here for almost a year, came and got food today and the chips were horrible, tasteless and were Almsot like cardboard. Donner meat was hard, wasn’t at all fresh and I had trouble digesting it. Will not be returning again.

We used moonlight gril as our normal takeaway place was closed it’s safe to say I won’t be using the old place.. the kebabs are huge and taste gorgeous everything u get tastes great it’s great value of money and all staff are friendly I will be only using these from now on

Never ever use this place. I just ordered a chicken shish and tikka nan roll. Once opened, the chicken tikka was bits of processed chicken you get from a supermarket. It was disgusting! I rang them asking for a refund to be told that there was no chance and manager said he would come to my door and sort me out ! I suggested he did so but he bottled it ! He wouldn't give me his name and hung up !

Not very tasty, shish kebab overdone and salad served in the same box as hot meat resulting in soggy warm salad, never good. Very expensive for what it was. Probably could have done a better job for less at home.

Have had a few deliveries now, always order pizza as you get 2 14" for £15. They are always packed with mozarella and are delicious, always have a few slices left over for lunch next day that are tasty reheated :D they have always been early with our deliveries and everyone seems friendly.

The food from this restaurant is always good. But.. If you order through just eat you won't get the portion size you would if you order direct and pay with cash.

Ignore my last review, please! This place is now absolutely awful. Their food used to be incredible but now it's inedible! Placed a simple order but they still managed to mess it up entirely and deliver what could only be described as warm, soggy slop. Dry chicken, undercooked fries, onions where there shouldn't have been any and they forgot the drinks and had to return to pick them up. Never ordering from here again!

i have used this place numerous times, both pop in and delivery orders. burgers have always been cooked fresh and hot and kebabs are never too greasy. staff and manager are friendly and always cheerful. food is always good and hot even when delivered. first class in my opinion. tonight had two 14 inch pizzas for 15 quid, toppings were huge, pizzas piping hot even after drive home and were just ten out of ten. thanks again guys.

Ordered Pizza 18:00pm, told 30 mins yes we only live 250 yards down the road but if it's free delivery and only 30 mins then don't need to go out, cut a real long story short after waiting 45 mins, call 4 times to find out where Pizza was, told a load of lies that the man went out ages ago with 4 deliveries, my Husband walked down the road to find out where the pizza was and a man jumped is a car, mean while said man turns up at my house with cold pizza, Husband then gets back, Husband complains that Pizza man only came out of the takeaway the same time as my Husband entered the takeaway, Pizza man starts ranting and raving about your only having a go at me cause I am BROWN!!! Chicken kebab was tasteless very little meat very very poor effort

We ordered our food at 6:35 on just eat. It said the food would be delivered for 7:25 rang them and they told us it was a couple I minutes away so we waited 10 minutes still wasn't here so rang again and was told it had been delivered when it hadn't then when it finally got here at 8:10 it was cold and they forgot to put the sauce on the food and it tasted horrible. Would not go there again.

Wow, if your after something 'on the side' ie drugs... Then yeah... But if like me you want food then I'd go elsewhere. I won't be back, greasy, foul kebabs...

i have never treated so rudly by a so called manager if all my life, all i did was complaine about a privious meal , yes he made me sware which is not good :( but he was so much in my face and would not lister n to my general comptaint,yes it was a cheap night in on valentines with the wife and grandchildern , but the chips were cold and the chicken enough said.STAY CLEAR

I ordered from here after reading these reviews however I wish I never bothered. Food was cold, greasy and chewy. Made me feel sick and not good quality at all. Staff however were polite and helpful.

La comida era de buena calidad. Precio muy razonable. Tenía unas Moonlight cargas especiales de carne y cocinado perfecto. pollo era muy sabroso. El personal es muy educado sin duda será utilizando esta llevar nuevamente.

Ordered 2 half pound burgers, hot wings , garlic bread with cheese , the usual fast foody stuff. Having used another kebab shop in town i thought it would be a change. Very glad i did, from the ordering to the collecting very good, interior clean, food excellent (mega garlic bread,mmmmmmmmm) burgers very good quality, hot wings not so good (KFC a lot better ) well worth a trip to and will be returning.....

Fresh and fast sums this place up, looks are deceptive so don't let it's rundown exterior and dull interior fool you. Tasty chicken, succulent lamb and crisp salad. It's a little out the way but worth the trip.
