The food is usually very nice and good portion size . We did ask for the sauce to be separate on this occasion it wasn’t but usually very good .

Overall disappointed with quality of the food. Chicken Shish was well cooked but not particularly flavoursome and was let down by having the smallest amount of salad I have ever experienced on a kebab. Doner meat was swimming in grease.

It was late. The naan bread was not the best either.

Best kebab you can get outside London and I'd still rather have theirs. Been eating their food 12 years. Thought Flames might be OK but they aren't run like these guys who know what keeps people coming back.

Have lived in March for just over a year, but this is our first time using Moonlight Grill and we were impressed. The 1/2 pounder burger deal was VERY good value for money. Slight mix up with my chips being with my wife’s burger, but nothing worth losing a star over.

Well lets just say i will not be ordering from here again! The popcorn chicken was inedible, clearly had been re cooked and had a 'rubbery' texture to them. I had ordered some milkshakes all looked cheaply made and wjth hundreds / thousands on top..

I ordered chicken wings and they been fried in fish oil , they small and taste like fish. I throw them all in the bin.

Chicken didn’t taste right and I asked for no red cabbage on the just eat notes section as I placed the order as I’m allergic but you added it on my food anyway

Although delivery was fast, all of the food was so overcooked, chicken was dry and inedible. Over £2 for an extra topping on a pizza to get next to nothing.

I ordered a 1/4 burger and paid 50p extra for the cheese it wasn’t even a whole square of cheese slice it had been cut in half!! Not value for money what so ever. Could hardly taste the cheese. Picture available of required.

We often order from Moonlight Grill on a Tuesday, and usually have the "Make Your Own" pizzas. We've never been disappointed by the food quality - the pizzas are tasty, not too greasy, and well presented. The delivery is usually prompt, and when it hasn't been as fast we've been told on the phone when we called up and ordered. The drivers are friendly too. We'd recommend the place for a good takeaway in March.

My food was over 30 mins late !!

Well what can I say… absolutely terrible. The food wasn’t fresh it seemed liked the chicken/lamb biryani was cooked since 2 days ago as it had a very funny smell to it. I called up and asked if they could send me a fresh biriyani but the person who answered the phone was very rude. He asked me to come drop it off! I don’t have a car that’s why I got a delivery sent out. No apology or anything. Very disappointed. 0 starts

Food arrived on time! Quality of food was under par at best, quantity was absolutely appalling for what you pay. I’ve ordered a fair amount around March and this is the worst “Kebab” place here. I wouldn’t recommend it myself, especially for the prices they charge, best thing I bought was the cans of Rio and that’s saying a lot. DO NOT waste your money like I did!

I wasn’t to impressed with the jacket potato to be honest with you I was expecting it to come in a larger box with a portion of beans and salad. What came was not very good. The spicy potato’s were nice but the jacket I didn’t rate it. Have ordered from here before and the kebabs are nice but the jacket potato department needs some attention.

Ordered mix kebab 14 pounds absolutely disgusting threw it in the bin will not buy from them again.

Waited 1hr 2o minutes for delivery asked why rudely told its Friday what do I expect when I said I would cancel order they rudely said it is ready now I stipulated I don't want it now so again staff sa I'd no food then after waiting 1hr 20 minutes I really wasn't that bothered ill stick too Chinese much quicker and more polite rubbish delivery system cold food mostly if it turns up at all

Called here the other night the food was good. The only thing is the chip where not chips but fries apart from that really good

I have sirported them since they opened but tonight ordered at 6.20pm knowing they could deliver ( as town centre at stand still ) But over 2 hrs later rang up got told town centre can’t get to me ( I’m down next street 4 mins away the guy on phone called me a bastard and put phone down !!!!! I rang back same guy answered denied it ( mm my phone on record so can play it back) Yes good finally turned up nice and hot as normal But denial and being told I’m a bastard ……yes I will be visiting them as we have orderd from them with no problems and I exsplained to delivery driver not his fault Think moonlight need to sort attitudes of the guy on end of phone bigtime They have just lost a regular customer who sirported them since they opend

We have used these guy's regularly, but service has gone downhill recently, they delivered the food tonight and it was not what we ordered, they had admitted sending wrong food out but would not change it unless we brought it back, when I explained the wife has the car and that I could not get there the manager said he would only change it if we brought it back and was not bothered, we were regular customers...well no more.

We have used these for a long time but got worse over the past few weeks . Tonight’s delivery was 2 hours not even a sorry it’s late . Food cold .😪

Seen some reviews that said food is good so tried for a delivery order. Its a Friday night so always expected a later delivery. Rang and ordered, no mention of delivery time. Still not arrived 1hr and half later, rang and asked, spoke to the young lady that took the order and she didn't really know what to say, passed me to someone else who said it has left and will be with you in a few minutes. No apology and to offer reduced price due to delay. Driver arrives 10mins later and then offers me £4 discount after I have told him the above. Can't comment on how food tastes but delivery service is a bit shocking!

Can I say we have died and gone to heaven. OMG this place is absolutely amazing and I’m not falsely saying so. We have my husbands family in March born and bred who and stuck in their ways. But this time after seeing appalling reviews of March Kebabs who they have bought from for over 20yrs and the last 4 meals being cold, wrong and small portions I decided we were going to try Moonlight Grill. What an amazing choice all of them said hands down it is amazing. So we know now who we will be ordering from. So sorry we didn’t move sooner but wow 🤩 this is our future ordering from now on. Well done for producing such beautiful food and delivering it hot and in the time frame.

Had a Chicken Filet burger for a light meal, ended vomiting it back up an hour later with a burning throat. Will never eat there again, overcooked chicken with a charcoaled crusty bun. Awful, would give 0 stars if I could.

Very average Kebab. 3 pieces of Lamb in a regular Shish Kebab is a poor effort. Chicken Kebab portions were better. Food was hot & delivered quickly. Fries not chips.
