Food was good, small portions of rice compared to previous time. Delivery was bit late but it was Saturday night… overall good food.

The food was delivered with some items missing, after a phone call with the takeaway the owner himself personally delivered the missing items and fresh items too replace what was already delivered all within 20 minutes of calling can't ask for better service than that. good was good as always, the only takeaway we really order. we eat from here probably every week and the food has always been amazing.

Food is cold, salad has leaked out on everything. Would not use again.

Used to be great but they took the one think they had the edge with and ruined it - the proper Turkish or Cypriot taste with the orzo rice. I would have ordered portions of just that by itself but the last few orders have been some stodgy warmed up flavourless rubbish. A shame.

Fresh, delicious and well presented. My vegan meal was yummy and my friend enjoyed her chicken wrap

Ordered lamb shish (by mistake) as I don’t like lamb as I find it chewy. This however was far from chewy it was cooked perfectly!!

The food is amazing. The ease of change/specifics of the order, was so easy. Food amazing. I drive from Cambridge just for the Chicken Shish. Definitely, it's one to stand out from the crowd,whereby, the purchaser can decide how to construct their own kebab. Such a unique move, but, they are ready to accommodate

Literally just had this food, and oh my God... Ignore any bad reviews, I'm a massive foody and working away from home a lot I eat a lot... So when I say this food was banging, I mean it!! I got the special box, and it did not disappoint!! Hot, fresh, tasty, and a good portion. Reading past comments about portion size I think people do not realise with a proper Turkish restaurant/takeaway it's quality over quantity, although I will say one of these boxes with chip or curly fries should happily feed 2 people and I only spent £32. I'd happily pay £40 for what I just had and not feel ripped off. Staff were approachable and friendly, and they gave me an extra dip for free even when they could have charged 90p... It's worth a visit, people. I'm here till Monday, so I'll definitely be going again!

I have never seen a kebab like this. The Chicken shish and lamb Donna (meat of your choice) comes in a foil tray on its own. The shop give you a separate naan that is from the supermarket that they have warmed up and cut in half. "In a separate packet" the salad comes in a separate box. The chips come in a small cardboard box similar to what domino's put the cookies in. It come to £34. Staff are standing around sitting on their phones. I recommend that the owner goes to Cheetham hill kebab shops or Amsterdam and Belgium to learn how to make a kebab. Do not waste your money. It maybe OK for teens.

food was awful tasting, cheesey chips underdone & funny taste. value for money was a joke. 4 bits of chicken in the shish, donner that tasted like rubber all for 34 quid.. the only good thing was the salad was fresh

Great tasting food that was not greasy and well packaged

Absolutely awful, paid £10.50 for 3 tiny bits of chicken and 2 pieces of bread. When called them to complain were extremely rude on the phone. Food is very overpriced and not even worth it!

Normally nice food from here but iv received diced lamb which is extremely fatty and the meat is pink and received bits on donner meat in my cheese burger? Put me off

Pricier than other local takeaways which made me think that perhaps the quality of the food would be better than the standard muck served up elsewhere. Unfortunately this is exactly the same standard of food you get anywhere in March. Cheap, tasteless meat and poorly prepared. Portion sizes were good but I’d rather have less of something that I wanted to eat.

Consistently good quality food and fast delivery

The best Kebab takeaway in March and we ordered regularly, but recent price rises are crazy. The Mixed BBQ has increased from £18 to £24. Annoyed by this and will now go elsewhere. You have lost my business.

Quality awful …ordered papadoms with yoghurt and mint …papadoms were soggy but the worst bit was the yoghurt and onion which had split and curdled …looked terrible

Food tonight was not nice at all chicken donner was spicy and went in bin if I want spicy chicken I would have gone chilli Hut no offense and the lamb donner was cold when I received my delivery

First time we ate here, made a big order for 9 of us and food was unreal, came early too! Driver was very pleasant and again, food was fresh, hot and very flavoursom! Will definitely be returning!

Twice now I've ordered from Flames. It is hands down my favourite place to go for a kebab! I love how clean and fresh the food is and how they put everything in little containers. Absolutely faultless. My mum said your 1/4 cheese burger is delicious. Reasonably priced as well, thank you

Best kebab in area. Chatteris kebab and enterprise can try your kebab and learn how to do proper doner kebab. Meat was very tasty and come hot. We will try other options from your menu. Good job guys.

Best Adana ever however all the food here is spoiled by only having red cabbage. White cabbage is needed and more salad. Red pickle alone is the reason I don't come everyday. I'd prefer it all.

i can never fault flames, everything is always amazing, i love their chicken shish wrap and it never lets me down! the baklava is always to die for too! 10/10 all the time!!

Earlier this evening my partner had cheeseburgers & cheesey chips (not the silly French fries but proper thick cut chips). I had a selection of marinated chicken wings and lamb chops. I requested the lamb to be cooked medium - and they were only too pleased to help. We had separate salads - so they don’t go mushy and horrible. Very tasty and hot. Delivery driver very polite too. Can’t wait until my next order LOL 😂

Neighbour took in our delivery so when it said on app delivered I knew it wasn't quite right. In all fairness I rang them and they got a fresh order out but minus the salad znd dip ( the best bit ) .feel sorry fir flames having to cook 2 lots food . Maybe need to check numbers of houses in future .

Such a incredible experience, lovely little shop for some great food, great customer service and all round friendly and cheap!

Today they get one star because I couldn’t post without any stars for refusing to deliver, even though I am a regular customer. They said they needed a bigger order than mine to warrant a delivery. The boss isn’t there until tomorrow when I will give him a call for an explanation if he wants me to carry on ordering from them

Requested for a delivery at work and was in the middle of an emergency with the ambulance service when they arrived. Called flames to explain and they were so rude stating they have now thrown the food away and found my not answering the phone very disrespectful. I tried to explain to them that a life was involved but he said he cannot continue with the conversation and put the phone down! I rang the driver and he was apologetic on their behalf! I always order from them when I'm on shift but will never order from them again. This is where I draw the line as this is worse than appalling!!

Pretty good chicken kebab. Nice soft pitta and the meat is cooked over real charcoal which is a bonus for a takeaway place!
