Ordered food tonight ,and got home to find one of the boxes was not what i thought i ordered,they asked for my address and quickly brought round exsctly what i wanted ,what amazing service ,friendly staff and great portions ,i recommend to everyone want good value and quality .

The best Kebab takeaway in March and we ordered regularly, but recent price rises are crazy. The Mixed BBQ has increased from £18 to £24. Annoyed by this and will now go elsewhere. You have lost my business.

Food tonight was not nice at all chicken donner was spicy and went in bin if I want spicy chicken I would have gone chilli Hut no offense and the lamb donner was cold when I received my delivery

Best kebab in area. Chatteris kebab and enterprise can try your kebab and learn how to do proper doner kebab. Meat was very tasty and come hot. We will try other options from your menu. Good job guys.

Earlier this evening my partner had cheeseburgers & cheesey chips (not the silly French fries but proper thick cut chips). I had a selection of marinated chicken wings and lamb chops. I requested the lamb to be cooked medium - and they were only too pleased to help. We had separate salads - so they don’t go mushy and horrible. Very tasty and hot. Delivery driver very polite too. Can’t wait until my next order LOL 😂

Just had BBQ mix from these guys . It was delicious. I collected our order. It was hot tasty food generous portion. Chilli sauce just the right amount of kick. Proper chips!! Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Thanks

Today they get one star because I couldn’t post without any stars for refusing to deliver, even though I am a regular customer. They said they needed a bigger order than mine to warrant a delivery. The boss isn’t there until tomorrow when I will give him a call for an explanation if he wants me to carry on ordering from them

Requested for a delivery at work and was in the middle of an emergency with the ambulance service when they arrived. Called flames to explain and they were so rude stating they have now thrown the food away and found my not answering the phone very disrespectful. I tried to explain to them that a life was involved but he said he cannot continue with the conversation and put the phone down! I rang the driver and he was apologetic on their behalf! I always order from them when I'm on shift but will never order from them again. This is where I draw the line as this is worse than appalling!!

Pretty good chicken kebab. Nice soft pitta and the meat is cooked over real charcoal which is a bonus for a takeaway place!

Wholesome and delicious quality.

Overall it was good. Hummus - was ok, hard to get wrong. Consistent texture and flavour. Would prefer a wedge of lemon to be able to adjust the flavour if wanted. Pitta was good. Halloumi - again it was good and nicely cooked. My personal preference would be to have it less salty but it’s halloumi and it’s salty. Chicken kebab - very nice, well cooked, nice mellow flavour. Worked well with the garlic mayo. Salad was very nice. I tried this with rice, I’m not a rice fan but it was ok. Ordered on just eat and it was ready on time for collection. Staff were friendly. If I’m back in the area again then I would order again if I wanted Turkish style food.

Overpriced load of jeer man,won't order again!!

I am a regular and order every month to 2 months if I’m treating myself. I always order the same thing! 1x rice, Halloumi wrap without the humus, and a few other bits. Nearly everytime I ordered it’s great but there has been a few occasions where it’s delivered cold and waited longer than an hour for it. Also they still sometimes put the Humus in when I ask for it without. Other than this I really enjoy the quality of the food and thinks it’s great!

This was our favourite place for kebabs. The rice was to die for. Food beautifully cooked. Fresh and clean. But now. Not at all. We have just had the worst ever food from them. I don’t know if they have new owners or a new chef but OMG. Absolutely awful. There has been a slow decline over the past few months and we stopped going there.(Food cold when arrived for home delivery, items missing) Hoping it would get better. And it has not. In fact it is actually worse. The chicken was not totally cooked through and some pieces were tough. The rice sticky and tasteless. We were all just so disappointed. We will not have food from there again and will no longer recommend to friends and neighbours. Which we did before. So disappointed

I'm sorry to say but I'm quite disappointed with the taste of your kebabs😒, we've ordered twice recently first time mixed kebab🌯 (chicken and donner) and second time was a mixed lamb, both times they seamed bit tasteless like it was missing something and lamb chops was really hard to chew on. Its really ashame tho, cause you're place looks so good from outside I hope you can improve with the taste 🤞

Flames lovely food and big portions. My only problem is why when you ask for a donna kebab they cut up the pitta bread and don't put the Donna meat inside the pitta bread. .... They send a extra packet of cut up squares of pitta bread!!!! Put the Donna meat inside a pitta bread!!! That's how kebabs are meant to be. Lovely food but crazy why they don't put meat inside a pitta bread CRAZY but lovely food. I wish they would stop cutting there pitta bread and make a kebab the right way. If they did that 5 stars

Late delivery and ordered a chicken shish kebab. Very little turned up! 4 pieces of chicken and a pitta bread that had been cut into quarters and only received 21 I won't be ordering from them again

To say I was disappointed is an understatement my small kebab turned up more like a starter with 4 pieces of chicken cut in half to make it look like more lol the salad was so wet I've had to pore some of the liquid down the sink as my plate was swimming and to top it of two small pieces of naan. Oh yer I paid for a bottle of coke but got a can. Not impressed especially seeing good reviews. Don't rate at all

soooo disappointed today ordeded a usually amazing pork shish from flames to find that they had ran out of pork and substituted it with richmond sausage. Usually really good but i doubt ill be using again. Barely any meat in the tray just some over cooked sausage disgusted.

Been using them since lockdown. They are superb. Great tasting food. Still warm when it arrives to us in manea. I look forward to my food from them every time.

Very shoddy delivery service. Delivery was late then the wrong food came and customer service was the same. Onto of that the food was pretty nasty soggy chicken which i didnt even ask for If you want a kebab this aint it.

Usually very good, ordered the large mixed lamb shish, when arrived, not impressed not a lot of meat and looked like it had just been thrown together.

Free delivery Kebab, arrived quickly, hot and as ordered. The kebab is served in separate parts so the lovely salad doesn't chill the meat. Excellent.

Ordered our takeaway at 6.30 never received by 7.30 so we tried to contact them and got a call busy every time for quite some time. After finally speaking to someone after 1 hour 40 minutes they said they had been very busy and haven’t started cooking yet. When confirming what we ordered they then told us they had run out of our choice. So we reordered and was promised it would be delivered within 15 minutes. It did arrive however came without the sauces ordered and no dressing on the kebabs. It did taste ok but won’t be using them again anytime soon

They was late about 40 min, food cold... every time when order they late delivered food. Very disappointed...

March is rife with fast food outlets and kebab houses. Flames is one of the better ones, with quality food that is served until late. Even better, they cook the kebab meat over FLAMES to give it an authentic taste. Much better than a hot plate.

Tastiest take away in town. Meat is always cooked to a decent quality and sides are unique take on the standard kabab shop.

Won't win any awards, but their stuff hits just the right spot on a late night. Very functional kebab and grill place.

My family and I are frequent customers now. The food is freshly cooked at time of request and is visible to customers at all times. The salad is beautiful and always fresh. I highly recommend these lovely guys too. Very friendly and welcoming. I am a huge fan of their chicken shish. Beautiful flavour. Their chilli sauce is gorgeous. I’m always making excuses not to cook so we can drive down there and get something from them. Love it and the guys who work so hard to produce this amazing food. Yum

I ordered some takeaway at seven thirty. It eventually turned up (after several telephone calls past 11 pm). The order was wrong when it turned up. I specifically stated that if they had run out of what I had ordered, then they should please call me and I would order something else. I am now eating crappy minced chicken rather than a lovely lamb shish. I'd like to think that I'm a reasonable man, I don't ever expect that a takeaway will ever turn up within an hour, after 2 hours I get a little anxious, at 3, well.... (and for the record, I usually collect a takeaway, but after spending over an hour in the Flames takeaway, sweating my **** off waiting for a take out i decided that I might as well just order from home and save myself the bother.) The food is goodish, but in my last couple of experiences you won't get what you ordered, so I'm not going to again.

We always use the home delivery service and it is never late or incorrect. Ordering online is simple. The food is genuinely great. We use this for ourselves and also when we have friends over and would rather be chatting over a drink than cooking. The rice, an option with most dishes, is yummy and the chilli sauce is one of the hottest I have tried; fortunately it comes on the side in a pot. We have tried the entire kebab range at some point and whilst we have our favourites it is all good. A friend who is a died in the wool meat and gravy man has had his eyes opened to this food. We do not look anywhere else for this style.

Was excited to order from Flames BBQ house as a menu came through the door this morning so ordered a lamb doner wrap with burger sauce and no salad. Instead I was delivered a few pieces of pita bread,in squares and a little tray with chicken and lamb cut into chunks and vegetables. Nothing at all that I ordered. Dreadful service. Unacceptable and won’t be ordering here again

Delicious kebabs cooked on charcoal

Flames was recommended to us by lots of people so we thought we would give it a try. I am not one who likes kebabs but they have loads of other meals to enjoy. I booked with ease, online, to have delivered . Ordered at 5pm, put in the comments to have delivered at 6pm (when everyone is home from work) Food arrived at 6.25pm which was a bit annoying we were all hungry. I ordered the mixed pork grill. It consisted of 2 small pork sausages, 2 pork chops and 2 ribs on rice. I guess I was expecting something delicious or entirely different than what I received, I was very disappointed. The food was tasteless. The ribs were not what I would call ribs , not on bone, they had NO MEAT on them what.so.ever, it was just fat and grisle! You could not eat the ribs, they were totally inedible. Imagine biting into chewy fat, like the stuff you get on the side of a pork chop? NO MEAT. So they went in the bin, that left me with with 2 pork chops with no flavour and just cooked, still white ( I do like them with some brown colour) and 2 tiny standard pork sausages which were black on one side (I know they are BBQ'ed but I dont expect them burnt as much as these were). Hubs had chicken burger. Again very disappointed, he doesnt complain about food, but it was a tiny chicken fillet, that was highly processed - I guess we were expecting something similar to a proper chicken fillet where you get a nice bit of chicken meat. Daughter had chicken combo of nuggets, dippers, onion wings and curly fires. She declared it was the best she had ever tasted! Maybe I went for the wrong food and should try a burger next time and curly fries. But I am afraid to say I wont be rushing back to try.

Real charcoal BBQ, fresh and affordable. Will return! The dining room has only 4 tables but it's an option. Most of their business appears to be take-away.

Having just arrived home in the early evening from holiday the last thing we wanted to do was cook up a meal. We are not great fans of takeaways but for once we telephoned in an order for a home delivery. The meal took 45 minutes to arrive which was fine because what we ate was first rate. Generous portions at really good prices. We also like the way they presented the dishes. We shall definitely be ordering a takeaway with them again. 👍

If you're fancying a kebab, look no further, flame grilled, crunchy salad, good extras are rice and more sauce, seating for a few in house, great food, unassuming guys, pleased that you like their awesome food!

BBQ all year round, just down the road.. couldnt believe my luck!! Thought it was too good to be true, went in, was greated with smoking food smell to die for. Only complaint was the ridiculous food coma I ended up in 😂😂😂

Turkish salad and grilled lamb ribs, rice and succulent chicken kebab, simple and very reasonably priced food, extremely fresh and tasty. The surroundings are basic but the welcome is genuine.

i have now been into Flames 4 times all for takeaways , 1 i rang through before going to collect. we have tried many things on the menu and can fault nothing. the food is reasonably priced for very good quality food. Also this take away / cafe does food that no other business in March do ,to go in and watch your food BBQed as you wait is great. the staff are polite , friendly and eager to please. please if you are in March give this a try
