The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

My food arrived cold asked for double cheese in my sub and got no cheese at all , ordered garlic cheese bites received something that was so spicy I couldn’t eat it !!! Not happy

This is your five star fast food restaurant. Always busy in the evening. Staff stays there for many years and sometimes can see all the families working there. I don't sit in, but probably should as chips are the best while then and there. Chips never sit there for long. Even if they cooked chips ahead they would not let them sit there in a hot plate for more than 10 mins and they always cooked from fresh. Same with chicken. These two are the main for this fine establishment.

ordered at 12:40 to which the arrival time was 1:20 at the latest.. delivered at 12:45

Used to giving a tip once item is delivered, not before. Change this

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

Stale bread, overworked staff, silly machines to take the order. Dirty and completely unacceptable. One poor guy dealing with delivery orders and lots of in house orders from three machines. Replacing staff with machines yet again giving people awful service. I shall never go back and I suggest you don't.

Been ordering from here for a while now, qualities always 10/10. Service is quick, the peri peri burgers and strips always hits the spot. Good portion sizes aswell. Writing this has got my mouth watering now i’ll have to make a trip there tonight 🤤

Absolutely awful! Asked for a large cod and I've seen comparible fish fingers. What an absolute rip off. Do NOT waste your money. What a sorry sight

First time visiting this chippy. Great fish. Lots of chips. Both tasted great. Would definitely recommend.
