Hrdworking staff that get the order ready fairly quick. However, Phatboys down the road is a lot better for a smash burger.

Pocket friendly. Kids friendly.. very helpful staff.. kids love it ..

Tried 2-3 times now, it's dry & nothing like the one in brum.

It was okay. Reminded me a bit of Hardees in Saudi.

Smash burger quality is ok, slightly overpriced. Loaded chips needs improvement. Seating area was cold with no heating.

As usual, the best halal burger place. Staff is very kind even during rush times and when very busy. Food is excellent for the price, and taste is delicious. I always come back here.

Always ordered from here. They always do amazing, food is good and great price. Had a delivery driver accidentally give us a wrong order and one of the workers personally delivered it to us, and even gave us coupons. Could not recommend more!

I was not one for dirty fries, but this place changed my mind. The smash burgers are the perfect size, taste, a several different options.

Great food and nice clean place for fast food. Burgers are smallish but priced right so you can get a meal + a side order if you are a big eater like me.

Ordered Supreme Samurai with fries. Food was warm and good enough as a fast food restaurant. The sandwich is a bit small. Tables are clean. Would come again.

Love this place a lot! The burgers are one of the best I’ve ever tried in Cardiff. It’s my number one spot for burgers, as a burger lover, this is IT!!! Even better it’s halal as well. Portion are quite big for one meal, the place is always clean, they got balloons for kids for free, they have mini iPads for kids if visiting with family. Have many options also, it’s just a great place to visit! Always go there when I need a day off cooking. Staff are always very polite and welcoming. Definitely recommended!

Had two types of wings, they were really good, but were very salty for me as I prefer less salty food in general.

We went here a couple of times. We mainly liked the grilled chicken burgers, which were great for a quick afternoon meal.

This place is a complete shambles, the idiots don’t know how to take an order over the phone, I bought my food home and all the burgers where the wrong ones and they gave/charged me for an extra Mexican loaded fries (an extra fiver wasted). It would be fine if it was just once or something but on another occasion there was bloody mould on bun! They need to shape up

I visited SlamBurger Cardiff for the first time yesterday and wasn't disappointed!! On arrival the restaurant was very clean and staff friendly and welcoming! We used the self serve screens which showed the vast selection of food, this was very easy to use. Food came in good time and was awesome!! It was so fresh and tasty, best burger I've had in a long time!! Very happy customer!! 😊

Its okay, if you are hungry you can give it a try the portions are not the biggest.

Ordered and it came under ten minutes, the food was perfectly assembled and quite affordable. The customer service was really nice and they gave us extra food. The bathroom was really cleaned and in general everything was nicely clean.

Majority of food was good. I ordered chicken wings in barbecue sauce with the order and when I took a bite they where pink. I explained to the man behind the counter and he said he'd sort it. When they finally brought it, its was the same wings I'd initially took a bite out off, slightly heated and still pink but with a lot more barbecue sauce covering them to hide the fact it wasn't cooked. Would t recommend the chicken here at all.

Solid smash burger, juicy patties, fries were overdone.

We ordered food at 9pm - two chicken wraps and two chicken burgers after waiting an hour we got kids meals, chips and small burger. Then one man came, the man who he made mistake giving wrong orders - wanted to sort out. That took about 30mins. We got another order. That second order came all good but the chicken was burnt. That’s a shame because we loved their food but now it’s seemed like we made a mistake by ordering from them.

Order chicken burger meal... all burgers were cold, chicken fillet was cold. Definitely not returning there.

First time at Slamburger taking advantage of their introductory offer to a new range of smash burgers (a bit late to the game though). Delivered on the offer, efficient service (good front of house) and food decent, could do with a bit more of a spice kick please. I had the Peri Peri smash.

Service is a bit slow even if there is nobody, the food has a distinct lack of salt (both on fries and burger) and is overall just mediocre. Edible though?

Gave this place a try when it first opened and bought a whopper wasn’t nice at all was tasteless. Recently saw they started doing smash burgers and every place deserves a second chance especially when starting off! Can see they are also trying by serving smash burgers but still no good compared to their competition it’s bang average which is a shame. Meat is very dry for a smash burger and also using the same standard bread as a normal burger for a premium smash burger all of which the competition differentiate! Sad reality as the place has prospects to do well with more attention to detail and focus on the small details!

It has been a while since I ate in the restaurant, but unfortunately the quality became very bad, they still keeping the price over quality.

Beef burger quality is decent. Fries were fresh and crispy. Sauces are good.

There were 8 of us altogether & we ordered a variety of meal deals for all 8. Served in rapid quick time & collected even more surprisingly quicker than expected. All had their meals & enjoyed it on the family table. Good range of drinks including Mirinda & 7 Up Mint. Will be back.

Too expensive food was cold chicken burger was not fresh you can taste it. Cheaper to go to mc Donald’s and spend less and have better quality hot food. Never coming back. Waste of money disgusting food and tillers was filthy as well no hourly toilet checklist

Great friendly service Fantastic food and all prepared freshly whilst u wait. Will recommend to everyone I know im a very fussy eater but this place is great and my kids love the food my son is more of a fussy eater than myself and he really enjoys the food even dinning in thr are pads for the children to play on and colouring packs

Daily dumps rubbish and fly tips been challenged several times they don't care and neither do the council....if u are bothered about all the rubbish in your local area maybe it's time to start holding these people accountable...also if anyone is doubting this or just think I'm a disgruntled customer there is photo evidence too

The burgers were very nice I enjoyed them. Wings were decent. Chips were good. The whole family enjoyed the meals. Staff were also polite aswell. I would recommend!

We went to have food today and we are the first customer of the day at 12.02pm 24/05/2022. We placed order for 2 maga slam and told the guy who took order to make sure we will get fresh lettuce because few weeks back we went there and got very bad lettuce in our burger anywaz we waited around 15 min for food we dont mind waiting for fresh food but when our meals came lettuce in the burger was not fresh and it brown or you can say that its from last day. First we decided not to complain but then my friend took that to counter and complaint about this the guy at the counter was very good he took it back and prepared our burger again for which we have to wait 10 min again but this time when order came onto our table the guy from kitchen he started arguing with us and telling us we always do fresh we never used last days stuff so and so where he dont want to listen to us we tried our best to tell him about our last experience but he was like you came here for the first time and you guys dont know any ways we he went back into kitchen. I went to the counter and ask the guy whats the other guy name so i can complain about him the way he behave with customer is very wrong but he said leav it and ignore him onthe other side the guy from the back was shouting and saying take them out they can do whatever outside not here which mean he is want us to kick out.we paid 14 pounds we are not eating free or anything and to be honest personally i use to go birmingham for slam burger i never ever had this kind of experience but here it is not acceptable. Day by day food quality is going down i dont know owner is not taking any intrest or what but he have to look into this. For reference i gave time and date you guys have cameras you can look into it. My review is not for the food taste or quality its for how they treated me and my friend. I am not saying they will lose anything but they definitely lost 12 15 customers for including me my family and my friends. I really hope they will look into it and make sure this will never happen again with any other.

I highly recommend slamburgers and I must say that the burgers are of high quality. I ordered the double whooper cheeseburger which was lovely, also the fries reminded me of McDonald's. I Ordered through Uber eats everything was hot and fresh.

Really good. Clean tables and comfortable dining environment (though small). The beef burger is tasty. I'm not a fan of burgers but I think the burger here is as good as (or maybe better than) Mcdonald's.

Loverly food price was big expensive compared to berger King and Mcdonald dude to add a meal for 1.99 and only serve cans not syrup pop

What can I say about this place! Best on city road

Overpriced and very small portions. Ordered food via Deliveroo and items were also missing. Called to ask why items I paid for was missing and was promised a callback once they spoke with their manager. Still waiting for the call. Avoid will never order or eat there again.

Amazing food and the mix whopper is to die for

Food was on point. Everything was cooked properly and most of the items came out quite quickly. For the price the food was great value for money. The staff were super helpful considering it was quite busy and they got our orders right. There was 18 of us and we all managed to sit in and eat comfortably. Would 100% be returning.

First of all no card payments at the till. You only find out once you have ordered everything. There is a self service machine accepts the card but gives you no receipts. Took lot more longer to serve the food which is against the concept of fast food. Tried to give my feedback about the taste of food but the staff response was not very welcoming.

Most annoying thing about this place is they only accept Cash no Card payment! Had a spicy burger meal from here today - Chicken was un cooked, When you complain instead of sorting it out they start arguing back thinking they know it all. Chips were double fried. ( Disgusting) Over all it was a waste of money. Will not reccomend this place. Birmigham branch 10x better.

The atmosphere was great, there's no signs up if they accept cash or card. This needs to be displayed. Whilst waiting I noticed that the staff to each other are very rude and abrupt. I am sorry to say that if there's a problem between staff management it should be dealt with in private. Otherwise the food was good but the card machine for ordering food is very slow. When I ordered food there was no receipt in machine and then there's no specific waiting area. We felt uncomfortable as there was no point of waiting so long. Overall good service But it should be fast service. There should some order signs takeaway, dine in orders delivery people when they come to pickup. I'm so sorry for the long dictation as you're all new in business

Burger was burned, no taste at all, if you been to the one in Birmingham you know the difference plus when my mate asked for mayonnaise the staff didn’t know what that was and he’s working in a burger place?
