Quick service, good quality, even late at night!

Food was average, burger was dry and hardly any sauce in the whopper. If you want anything other than ketchup it's 30p a sachet! What a rip off! There is a key code for the toilets upstairs which didn't work, there were about 6 of us trying the codes given on our receipt and nothing worked. Shouldn't be locked toilets anyways! The toilets are disgusting, not cleaned properly and I nearly fell face first off the toilet in end cubicle of the women's stalls. The toilet isn't attached to the wall! They have used clear silicone to try and attach it. Won't be returning to this Burger King again, better off going to chippy lane!

Myself and my daughter popped in for a treat on a rainy evening and was greeted by the most up beat, helpful, happy person to serve us, Simon!! So lovely to be greeted by someone with a smile on his face and wanted to help :)

I am not for leaving bad reviews but I will have to honestly spare a few seconds writing about my experience at this specific branch. If you are someone who has had burger King outside of UK, you will understand that there is an vast difference between what is considered 'crispy' elsewhere in the world, and what is considered 'crispy' in the UK. I've had better standard burger king before. The burgers are not crispy, they're just breaded. For the service, I am unsure if this is routine but I politely mentioned to the individual serving me that the order is a 'dine in' yet he started packing the food in a takeaway bag. Note: the entire branch was quiet and empty when I entered. Thirdly, the toilets in this branch were beyond disgusting. The stench and lack of hygiene maintained within toilets was horrible. If this is how all Burger King branches are within Cardiff, then this is a serious problem and the company needs to take notice of it, and make service better. It's not just the food, but the atmosphere and Customer service as well.

Friendly staff and quick service, plus tasty food!

Simon was very friendly. My bacon was undercooked however. And the tables were eventually cleared however not wiped so still dirty/sticky.

Went to redeem a free burger on points. The cashier used the code on my phone, taking the points off my account before telling me they didn’t have that product. Spoke to the manager who said there was nothing they could do. Don’t expect great service from these chains but this is significantly sub par.

I recently visited here food was amazing as always Nuggets will always be my favourite one also had great service from Niranjan who works here, he was very humble.
