Thumbs up an order then cancelled 15 mins later - terrible communication or customer service. Excuse of no drivers available isn’t good enough. Don’t thumbs up the order.

Ordered a pizza at 17.38 should be delivered at around 18.20 rang to ask where it was at 18.37 and rang to cancel at 18.48, phone was put down on me…. About 5 mins later pizza arrived, told driver I had cancelled but he gave it me anyway, had 2 Luke warm slices which were way over salty. Used to be nice pizza but not anymore unfortunately, rude and rubbish pizza will be contacting Wilmslow Eats for refund.

Changed ownership, this is not pizza Roma and it does not state on their website it has changed. Very disappointed in the food, even my 6 year old said I don’t like it, bbq wings were awful.expensive mistake

I would recommend the milkshakes from this place, bought my first won't be the last fantastic 10/10.

Food was so filling and very fresh, milkshakes are unreal highly recommended the snickers shake perfect size for a sweet craving! Will be 100% ordering again

Ordered a couple of times from here lately for the first time in 3 years. Was pleasantly surprised by the pizzas, massive improvement. Burgers still need work though.

Over an hour and half wait even when rang and said didn’t want the food they not bothered Shame as have used them for years

Awful. Dried up doner meat and chicken that was salty it couldn’t be eaten. All went in the bin!

Absolutely awful takeaway experience! Spent the majority of the time being ignored and when eventually spoken to by older staff member who looked unkempt he was exceptionally rude. Pizza ordered was in the main uncooked as shown by picture and by far one of the worst food outlets in Cheshire. Needs re-evaluating by food standards authority and basic training lesson in good manners and staff personal appearance. Complete waste on money as food went in the bin.

Not sure about the definition of deep pan. Had thicker thin crust. Soft floppy bases. Not an ideal pizza base. Toppings like I got in Uni. Beef pepperoni. Good quality but not as advertised. Improvement on description to delivery ratio required.

Don’t order pizza from here, worst pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was cold, undercooked soggy and full of frozen toppings. Also got the mozzarella sticks which where fine but also frozen and just fried. Pizza was cut into some inch sections others were the size of me head. Everything was bad.

Took over a hour for delivery, my friend ordered dominos after me his came he ate it and finished before mine even turned up and they had less to travel

no cheese on the pizza and i had asked for no mushrooms which both pizzas had on it. we are both allergic to mushrooms so we had to discard of both meals

Chicken wings were good! Pizza was okay and it arrived on time, however the garlic bread was inedible, tasted horrific and arrived cold. Won’t be ordering again.

Food arrived late. Had to call the shop after an hour of waiting to be told delivery guy was on his way. He arrived half an hour later when shop is round the corner. Food turned up stone cold and order was wrong.

Delivery driver was great. The man on the phone who I will assume is the owner was RUDE shouting at me down the phone after i apologised for nit making it clear that I didn’t want cheese poor customer service will not be ordering ever again !

Why would you put the runt of the chips that you don’t sell but give to customers. Why on earth do you sell a kebab description of naan. No salad or sauce on a tortilla base. Expect better from a halal food place. Review your standards. 🤬 poor.

Kebab meat wasn’t fresh and the garlic bread was Rock hard and the cake was frozen. Not edible. Delivery should have been 45 mins arrived early and I expected it to be fresh it was cold like it’s not been warmed up properly

Awful!!!! Paid £26 pounds and they gave me very small portion of chips with a little cheese, the stacker burger I had had no burger inside of it and only two hashbrowns!!! rediculous!!! Will never order from these guys again! (the pizza was good) but seriously I spend £26 and they give you food thats rushed out!!! How can you miss a burger!!!!! Honeslty! ONE star for everything!

Ordered donner kebab, was advised there was no donner on (strange for a saturday night) received a phone call advising that a chicken kebab would be provided instead. Kebab arrived as chicken nuggets on dry naan bread, very disappointed

Delivery was almost 2 hrs late, the driver said he rang me when he didn't and went to a different address. When I rang the store told me two different stories when I questioned him about what happened. First nobody answered the door then some guy answered the door saying he didn't order deliver, they told me the driver tried to call and then they said they didn't have my number. Not ordering again.

Food was nice as always, they forgot the cheese on my wedgies which was a shame but overall worth the money

The food is great, every time I order from them it is great, I added mayo with my order for the first time and it tasted even better than normal, which is great, and I think I will order again soon

Only downside is that when you order it doesn’t tell you what comes with the donner and you would expect salad as normal but unfortunately doesn’t come with salad or sauces

Great food, I have ordered from pizza Roma multiple times, by phone, pickup and now just eat, so it is great, especially as they are open late and have good value for money

absolutely delicious food, so much of it for so cheap. Very generous on the sauces also. Arrived piping hot. Delivery man was very nice too. Way better than Dominoes by a country mile!

While we all loved the main pizza, some of us were disappointed by the garlic bread, but I'd like to point out that we called them and they brought new ones which were fantastic. I was very impressed by their service, delivery was considerably faster than expected for the order size too. DEFINITELY using you lot again. Thanks.

Size of the pizza has been reduced since I started ordering from here. It has been noticed. Shame because everything else is of good quality. Just the food sizes need to go back how they used to.

Hate being negative but the Hawaiian pizza was awful, so dry, and had an odd taste. Potato skins with cheese just reminded me of under microwaved jacket potatoes with melted cheese on :(

Awful food and service. Phoned to chase the delivery as it was an hour late, the guys couldn't speak English so told me without checking the delivery address or order that the driver was on his way. Phoned back 40 minutes later and the guys were rude telling me I recieved my order and hung up. I phoned back and spoke to another guy who said they had delivered the food but the person who they sent it to told them it was not their order. I asked why no one contacted me on my mobile and he said I will send another delivery our to you in the next 5 minutes. I finally received my order a further 20 minutes later to find it was undercooked and freezing cold. Worst pizza I've eaten and awful service, I won't be eating here again.

Delivered the complete wrong order. Delivery guy was not interested in helping. Restaurant was closed by point of delivery

Really poor food, disappointed at the the pizzas from here, you cannot call yourself a pizza shop then dish out poor pizzas. I was willing to give this place a try even after bad word of mouth. It is safe to say I won’t be eating here again...

Food was ok cheeseburger was fine and kids loved chicken nuggets but the chicken burger was like a frozen processed one horrible and tasteless. Delivery driver was polite and apologetic but the food was very late and restaurant didn’t answer phone to update me on why was late. Order at own risk

I didn't receive my delivery. The taxi driver didn't find the right house because when he called me, (he said!) I was already waiting outside smoking. I came back inside for take my phone I saw his call after 5min... he answered me at the phone just after 7 time...He didn't take care about my delivery, at all. I want my money back, £ 14,60.

Just warm not hot, delivery driver looked as if his family were being held hostage. Normally good and hot but this time a let down and not a cheap £2.99 but at nearly £12 not good enough.

Service and delivery time were okay, but the food itself was very disappointing, especially for the price. The pizza had a strange, bitter taste to it, and the meat had a spongey texture. Potato wedges were soggy, chicken nuggets were rubbery, and the drink was slightly warm. I'm aware that this takeaway has been around a while, so it might be better than this, usually, but I won't be ordering again.

The jalapeño poppers were a bit soggy rather than crispy. The potato skins with cheese were incredibly bland and I didn't receive the amount I was supposed to. The pizza base was not baked long enough and was quite soggy as a result. When it all finally arrived, it was lukewarm rather than hot.

1)Ordered mozzarella sticks got chicken nuggest 2)ordered double cheese burger and got 5 piece southern fried chicken, I order from these quite regular but quite upset they got the order wrong
