The chips are floury/dry. The food isn’t piping hot either even straight away. I don’t think I’ll go back. Quite expensive too.

Without fail every time we go here the order is wrong and they forget stuff so we have to go back out of way once we are home to come back to the stage we’ve just stopped going back to get it fixed. Not going back anymore which is a shame because the food is actually really nice

We came for a few sandwiches tonight 6.05, staff member completely ignored us as she was making an order, did not even say “ I won’t be a moment” didn’t even look up and acknowledge us, just rude, we left after waiting roughly 15 mins , without any food , disgusting

Solía gustarme ir en este metro como u decirle a los servidores lo que quieres y cuánta ensalada en etc tener una charla educada luego pagar dinero en efectivo ahora u entrar no veo el personal tiene que pedir en una pantalla colas masivas todo el mundo tomando edades entonces pagar tarjeta o dinero en efectivo « todavía » todavía es horrible no hacer caso de ella , su evidente arrastre hacia la identificación digital como es una gran cadena , por lo que por esa razón me niego a utilizar las pantallas sucias que cada tom polla y Harry toca , me iré a otro lugar , sólo cuando estoy pidiendo fuera de una pantalla es si tengo que pedir un artículo en línea , metro necesidad de obtener sobre estas pantallas no hay necesidad de ellos ¡no hay!

Food never arrived. Called and and they said they left it outside wrong empty house without trying to calm me. Food not to be found. Driver and person in shop extremely rude amd aggressive over the phone. Having read the reviews this seems to happen often to people. Will be avoiding

First time trying hoggies today and I'll certainly be back... the staff were very polite and helpful, the food was 10 out of 10

I thought I'd give this place a go after bad experiences before. Needless to say there's been no improvement. The chips are really expensive. Low quality potatoes used & you can taste the quality. Most of my chips went in the bin. I could take a picture to show how bad they were. I'd be stupid to think they'd actually care. Don't bother

Bad start for new management. Came for a meal but informed no more food being served. "We have run out of food" was the answer, hmm. More likely they stopped serving so they could watch the football, as the managers where both wearing football shirts of their favourite team. Unprofessional I think. Many others felt the same way as us too Won't be returning any time soon.

Definitely the best Doner in the area , great staff and great atmosphere, will def recommend

Made an order for £100 for a birthday gathering so had lots of different dishes and every one of them were lovely!!! First time ordering from here and will 100% be back

Poor service awful food and very expensive. Such a shame as this place was thriving but gradually overtime the food and service has fallen and the latest hit the price. Taking my custom elsewhere.

Did receive cookie crisps or drink with my meal deal.
