Very nice serving and very good food

Ordered some food and was really nice tried a new rice with mince meat in too and was so tender, great staff and food spot on would recommend.

We bought a mini burger afternoon tea experience. Entertaining lunch (thanks to the very charismatic & lively waiter), but not exactly what we had expected! The place needs a refurb & a good Spring clean - there were cobwebs on the window sill and crumbs on the floor - we were the first customers of the day) Burgers were delicious & home-made, but the cakes were clearly from the supermarket (eg brownie bites with a dusting of icing sugar to jazz them up). The atmosphere was odd at first - the restaurant was locked when we arrived at 1pm & we were the first people there, but it did have more of a buzz as others arrived & the music started! The waiter kept us amused from start to finish, & it ended on a high when the beer was on the house (as well as the coffees that had been included).

Worst chips I've ever had. Disgusting. Over priced crap. Place looked clean. Polite staff. But definitely not good. Left grease in the mouth. Yuck!

Echt richtig lecker und super freundliche Bedienung. Echt super empfehlenswert. Einmal essen und nicht vergessen. Wenn Döner Essen, dann Dokor vergessen. Einfach top.

Lovely, freshly cooked fish. Of course you wait for it, while it is cooked fresh, and well worth the wait. OMG i loved the batter and the chips were exceptional, not like some of the chips that get served up which are limp these days. This is a local business and i was just passing through last week. Friendly staff with some added banter , who clearly know the locals. If i pass through again, it'll be F&C for me !

Got pizza from here on the way back from a gig. It was really good.

Building was freezing (guy told me they get told off for it all the time but it was still too hot for him), there was only one fridge of produce so half the menu was missing, and the food we did get tasted terrible, my partner got one of the menu sandwiches and actually said “there’s no way subway can sell something that tastes like this”. I for sure, will never be back.

Tried these for the first time in ages a few weeks ago and the plain chips and fish were fantastic However the past 2 times I’ve been in the chips were those battered ones and they are just not as nice If I go in again and all they got is the battered ones I’ll walk away and won’t return Battered chips are ok if you catch them fresh but once they have been standing and drove home they are rock hard and that sharp they cut the roof of your mouth Come on Hollyhedge Chippy come back to basics

Roast in a pot lovely maybe a little on the pricey side and did get order wrong but mistakes happen. Overall the food is yummy!!!

Do Subway charge £1 for cheese (not extra cheese) on a Meatball Marinara or did the guy just rip me off? Can't believe I actually paid it. Never been mugged before but imagine this is how it feels
