No way near as good as they used to be, the chefs don't seem to care anymore, no draining off the grease and cooking the donner meat so fast it's still pink in middle, iv asked before to do it properly and they did that once

Delivered on time, ordered 4x 16inch pizzas for a birthday party. All said really good pizza, best in town. Polite delivery man, thankyou. Also, this is the first time all day giggling 16 year old girls have been quiet 😆

After having to wait an hour and a half, which was bad enough, two chicken kebabs arrived not fit for my dog to eat, they were burnt to a crisp and dry. I called Baygrill and was told to throw both kebabs in the bin and new ones would be sent. To be fair, second delivery arrived in half an hour, perfect chicken but told by the driver i had to give back both burnt chicken kebabs as if I was lying and making it up. Horrendous service, will never eat from baygrill again.

Unbelievable Chicken and Kofte kebab!! Only ere for 5 days for ill be going again today and probably before I leave. Amazing!

Called multiple times. 95 minutes later was told food hadn't even started cooking. I lost my sh1t and was then hung up on. Called back and then was verbally abused by the 'owner' language and offers of a fight. £30 spent for absolutely nothing. Will be in tomorrow for my refund...and maybe a fight. Utterly disgusting service. Hope the junction one opens again soon as these morons obviously cannot cope without them.

Ordered at 7pm still not delivered at 9:45pm Not answering the phone.Ridiculous. Quicker to fly to Alicante than order delivery from Bay grill. The food was good but definitely need to collect rather than wait nearly 3 hrs for delivery.

Yummy pizza, allways tasty and full of cheese and all the good tippings. I had a 12 inch vegetarian pizza with extra jalapeno. The doner kebabs and a excellent size and quality. All excellent , too marks

Food is always nice and hot but can take well over an hour on weekends. Staff are always really friendly and happy to help with any requests etc.

I made an order for delivery it took an hour and a half and was wrong 1 bag of salad for 3 kebabs even though I only ordered 2 which both was supposed to be chicken god nos what the other turned out to be food was freezing cold when I called the person on the phone tried to blame the driver I will never ever get food from here again always something wrong with my order

Great food, fantastic service, lovely people! Really enjoy the epic pizzas and huge - well cooked - kebabs.

Delivery is always very slow, currently been waiting 1 hour 15 minutes. Just rang the restaurant and apparently my order will be next to leave for delivery. When somebody leaves a poor review about how long delivery takes, the restaurants reply is ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ instead of trying to be better at the service they provide.

We had pizza, doner kebab, chicken nuggets & jacket potato. Good service, great food, reasonably priced and we got extra chips and juice box. Deserved more than 5 stars.

Me and my partner came to llanduddno for a break for a few nights. Looking at the reviews of this place it had the best. My word it deserves more then 5* the pizzas was so nice and tasty, the chips tasted so fresh and nice. The staff were really busy but still took the time to be friendly.

Ordered a meal last night for delivery When the meal arrived it was disgusting not fit for a dog the meat was cold hardly cooked and the naan bread was stone cold I doubt it was cooked The driver wasn't impressed with the order and made a comment about it not being fit for the dog I phoned up and complained and was told not to use again Great customer service

Was told my food would take 40 minutes but ended up being an hour and 45 mins. I understand that it’s a busy place but on a monday night and my house is only a 5 minute drive i think it’s a bit ridiculous that i wsd waiting this long with no updates. But food was delicious and would rate 10/10, the wait probablt made it a 10 ;) !!!

We ordered a large meat feast pizza and the amount of topping was unbelievable. This 9 piece pizza could easily feed a family of four. This is one if the best pizza's we have had probably in the last 12 months, very tasty. This is better than a 10 out of 10. Easily 10++ They also do meal deals here also and they look like really good value for money. I am going back tomorrow to try the kebab meal deal. You will not be disappointed if you place order her. Shame this place is not in my home town. Terry

Ordered a Bay grill mix kebab (XLRG) with salad. Meat was really good and tasty. Disappointed though as it came with a very small bit of salad and 1 pitta bread! So basically I could only make kebab. Come on guy's, pitta bread and salad cost hardly anything!!!!!

Always excellent food from here. Staff are friendly and will always correct any mistakes. We've never had any complaints.

Being a loyal customer for the last 4 years, An excellent 'authentic' and high-quality food, good friendly service specially Ridvan who always greets and service with a smile and definite value for money. The customer service is fantastic good telephone ethics was notice while placing an order with a Turkish girl(Don't know her name). The food delivery was fast and the food was delivered within no time. I will recommend my friends and family this place. Love it.

Had take aways from here for a few years now and can honestly say its the best take away in the area. Always great food, arrives hot and fresh. The customer service is 10 / 10!! Ordered before 6pm,said delivery would be 6.45 pm,food didnt show up until after 8pm,if id known that i would of ordered from somewhere else,sort it out,it isnt difficult to deliver things on time

I decided to order from bay grill Tonight as a treat for me and my boyfriend. We got the pizza which was burnt on top and underneath. We ordered margarita pizza and to say that it didn’t taste like cheese was an understatement. Usually bay grill is very good but not impressed tonight. Service was poor upon delivery as he rung the door bell and within 10 seconds was banging on the door. Overall really bad experience.

Phoned up on a Saturday night in lockdown. Looked through the menu and ordered over £35worth of food . Was told delivery would take an hour and understandably if they are busy that is fine . After waiting over an hour phoned up to see where the order was to hear in the background they hadn’t even started it . Not very good in this day and age . We were told it would take another 20 minutes before it left . Wouldn’t bother again . Cooked something at home instead.

To be fair i have always enjoyed their food until tonight when a piece of plastic fork turned up in my jacket potato! I rang and was very nice about things and told i woud get a refund for my order and i did but just the 4.65 for my jacket potato...not the full order of just 11.65. I was called back by the poor girl who just takes orders...not by maagement.....totally unacceptable behaviour and you know what??? You aint having your piece of plastic back because thats going trading standards/environmental health first thing monday! spent a fortune with you to be treated in this way.....DISGUSTING and wont be ordering again...rather starve and live!!!!

Me and my girlfriend ordered food for our date night, the pizza came 6/10 if I was eating it. We ordered two chicken wraps of which one had a dead fly inside, DISGUSTING! Cheese chips can’t cold, like they been sitting there while the rest of our order was being made! The chicken tastes as if it was just microwaved after use, unhygienic and I would not recommend, our favourite part of the take away was the rebranded milkshake which was not made by the company it was founded by yazoo! Overall highly would not recommend ordering or taking away there foods, the chicken was also burnt!

Bay Grill 2 Is by far the cleanest and best quality take away that I have ever bought from. I like their pizza and garlic bread best but ALL of their foods are perfect. In the 11 years of buying from them I have never had one thing bad from them. Thank you Bay Grill 2! Here's to the next 11 years!

I phoned up last night to make an order for delivery, was put on hold for ages, a girl answered eventually and put it down on me, phoned back straight away and the same girl got aggressive with me over the phone and then told me they had no pizzas in, which I know isn’t true because 5 minutes after my mate phoned and then they all of a sudden had pizzas. Not the first time I’ve had grief off the same girl in bay grill, other wise the rest of the staff are really nice as I get food from here a lot it’s just the girl there that seems to be the issue

I have used this takeaway for a few years always good and nice staff. My only criticism is the prices keep going up every year so for this reason we will not be,using again. A takeaway is supposed to be good value. I dint feel this is any more.

La segunda vez que pedimos shish kebab que era increíble. Toda la comida se hace fresca a pedido y no tuvimos una comida rancio. Definitivamente me gustaría ir de nuevo.

Visita con bastante frecuencia. . . parece ser culpa común de no entender su orden. . . . puede pedir una salsa determinada y no obtener ninguna salsa o una diferente. . . . . puede pedir queso y obtener queso. . . puede pedir ensalada y no obtener ensalada, etc. . . . . . . . . por favor, escucha la orden de los clientes claramente! ! ! ! ! !

We have not long moved into the area and really did not fancy cooking. I called the shop to order for a pick-up. The girl who answered had no manners, kept saying "what" sounded like she has a right chip on her shoulder (no pun intended) I went to collect food and it was all ready which was good. When I got home the food was hot, tasty and HUGE portions. Would highly recommend and if this girl answers don't let her put you off

We are staying near here. The best tomato garlic bread ever!! I know this is strange bit why doesn't everywhere do square garlic bread and square pizza .... it's great

The food here was just ok. I had a lamb I felt was a bit dry and rather tasteless. All in all very disappointed with the food.

Uso grill cuando estamos teniendo un vago de películas familiares de noche. Siempre tengo la entrega y los chicos siempre es educado y amable. A diferencia de muchos lugares la orden es correcta en el momento de entrega. Muy ocasionalmente necesite pop en el horno para calentar. Realmente no tengo quejas

Me and my partner ordered at 16' pizza, waiting 30 minuets I remembered I forgot garlic mayo. I ring them up so I can put garlic mayo into the order for them to decide that it will take another 45 minuets for them to deliver. Very disappointed as I enjoy Baygril, and order from them often.

I get takeout from here at least once a month. I usually order by phone to pick up. When I do have it delivered they are usually at my house with the food within half hour, even on weekends! Food always tastes good but my fiancée sometimes finds the pizza a little greasy but that being said it does not bother me.4*

I used this companies takeaway service three times during my stay in Llandudno. On every occasion the food was tasty, hot and arrived in very quick time. I can really recommend their pizzas, probably the best I have ever had.

Whilst staying in Llandudno we ordered a 16" giant Bay special pizza. Took a little longer than stated for delivery but it was well worth waiting for. This pizza was massive for the two of us and we have big appetites. And what a bargain at 12.49 with free delivery! Would highly recommend this place, good food, excellent value and great staff.

we love having a meal from bay grill always exerlent food staff always chatty and frendly they do a home delivery witch is great on a cold night when you just dont want to go out and its free think your order has to be over £8. not quite sure well worth looking on line and ordering a take away. we mostly have the chicken kebab and a cheesy garlic bread they do driff size pizza from a 7in which is great if you dont like a large one and if you want a driff one than your partner (fillings)

We had planned to eat out, but as we were booking last minute, all recommended restaurants were full (we tried to book the 'Castle View' in Conwy, which looked superb first). We settled for a takeaway sat outside the castle instead! Pizza was great, although a little too much tomato puree!

Ordered pizza n garlic bread but pizza was burnt underneath. As last order of nite could not get bk in contact to explain. Got ome from wrk 2nite n bay grill was brill about my order. Been regular now for over 5 yrs. Replaced my full order 2nite to a fantastic result. Really went out of there way to fix a mishap. Thanku bay grill. Fantastic service.

i ordered a pizza from here for my son and nephew .. The pizza was fantastic value for money and very reasonable. when the rest of my family visited recently we ordered 4 and all my family commented on how fantastic they were ... and what great value. We will definately be ordering again :)

We both had kebabs from here when we recently stayed in a holiday cottage, they were excellent. My husband had a Doner kebab and I had the Lamb Kofti - it was delicious! and so much meat packed into both, very good value for money

Ordered over the internet. Order was confirmed by e-mail. Cancelled several minutes later advising to contact another shop in the chain. No call to resolve issue, despite being asked to provide for phone details at order. Naive, inadequate and poor customer service .........

Bay Grill 2 offer a great selection of foods and I really enjoy their pizza and burgers! I'm not a huge fan of the selection of out of date cakes sat in the fridge in the front of the shop.. I did try to tell the man behind the counter they were no good and out of date but I don't think he understood as he just shrugged his shoulders and smiled.. hmm!! Sometimes it is hard for them to understand you but other than that, great food and great prices. Manager or owner (i think) is very friendly!

Great little place, friendly staff, great selection of take away food, from pizza to kebab to anything you could think of. They deliver and you can purchase alcohol too. Large portions of piping hot fresh food. And you even get a Christmas card if your a regular.
