Ozzy's Fried Chicken in Conwy

Good was good and tasty but the pictures look better. It was surprising to find a halal spot and things you can order with good options.

This place used to be called Feasterz a couple months ago and it was very good, recently they rebranded to ozzys and everythings gone downhill. Do not be fooled by the 4.2 stars they currently have. I waited over one and a half hour for my food only for it to come and taste absolutely disgusting. Two of my jumbo strips were extremely hard and inedible, the chicken burger was just your average chicken burger except you don't pay £5 but instead £12! Disgraceful! This place definitely needs to seriously fix up especially considering they are one of the few halal places around and they have such a great opportunity to make a great establishment due to the demand for halal food for your visiting Muslim customers. The food being served currently should be served to anyone until the quality majorly improves!

atrocious. chips were hardly cooked at all, chicken was dry and horrible. worst place i have ever eaten at. the service was terrible as it took around 30 mins for a simple order which would usually take 5. unhygienic, the tables weren't wiped and food was all over the floor. this place needs to be shut down.

Was planning to visit this place after seeing reviews and pictures.., save you money... chicken looks likes it's been on the fryer all day.... There's space for 12ppl like 4 tables. Glad I got back in the car and went else where.

The reviews of this place are from the previous restaurant called ‘feasters’ which was good. I don’t know how Ozzy’s is allowed to ride on the back of the previous restaurants reviews but this place is now a restaurant called Ozzy’s. When looking at the reviews make sure you just look at the ones on the last few weeks that are about Ozzy’s not Feasters. This is genuinely the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I had to take a photo of the gravy as no one would believe it was as bad as it was. It wasn’t gravy and had cost me £2. It was a glutinous, cold, tasteless gel like substance which was inedible and totally unfair to serve to paying customers. The fries were fine, the usual big standard takeaway fries. The chicken was so dry it was not edible. The sauces were in little pots and an extra cost of almost a pound each! This is such a shame as there’s a huge growing market for halal food in Llandudno that’s not curry. A halal chicken place could have absolutely thrived and isn’t difficult to get right. I was SO disappointed as we are locals to Llandudno and my Son misses KFC which he can get in bigger cities but not in North Wales. The food quality could be improved with some minor changes so I’m hoping these are teething problems. I personally won’t return though. First impressions count.

They have the potential to be great but need to improve the following: >The service is very slow - advised on a 20 minute wait but waited 50 minutes - be realistic on the wait time. The quality of the some items on the menu is disgusting. I had a chicken burger and the fillet was like a block of rubber and I had to throw it away it was that bad ruined the whole meal for me - makes me think the chicken is cooked from frozen not fresh. On the menu it says it comes with cheese but the cheese was missing. However The fillet strips were nice I wish this was the only thing I ordered. The chips portion was tiny. You have to pay for additional for cheap ketchup - should be free unless it’s quality ketchup. The chicken pieces are extremely oily the oil drips out of the chicken… disgusting and the flavour is poor. So the quality is not consistent please check the food before serving. Use fresh chicken not frozen as it impacts quality a lot and it’s hard to tell if frozen chicken has defrosted properly. Also the meals only come with Pepsi max you can’t substitute for other drinks. The menu options need to be more flexible. If you make these improvements you could be a great restaurant but for now I would avoid…. Also it’s under new management and you can only order from the limited fried chicken menu.

Strongly recommend every one not to Try this takeaway. I have attached the pictures for you people. Chicken was tasteless and half cooked, staff was untrained and rude. Our whole visit was spoiled because of their. Please dont go. Save your money and time.

Great Halal food, especially for an area where halal food is scarcely available. Food was fresh and desserts on point to. Definitely recommend.

One of our orders was a kebab wrap and usually a donner kebab is fresh , however we got the kebab doner wrap and it had been mircowaved as we heard the mircowave being used and the kebab was very very oily and not fresh. I won't be going there again when I visit Llandudno!!!!

Walked in and there were handwritten signs saying Cash Only and Self Service - not a problem. Asked the chap for the nearest cash point and there was one next door. Placed our order and waited.......and waited....and waited. Several more people came in, ordered and sat down. There were two staff in total, and I can understand that orders can get a bit backed up, but after about 35mins, still no food. Two adults and two kids, we didn't order much. Luckily the food came shortly after, and this is where I hoped it had been worth the wait, it wasn't. The food was served in take out boxes (for an eat-in place?), I get that they do a take away service, but still. The food was a 3/10 at best, considering the price we paid. Burgers didn't come with fries/chips, those had to be purchased separately, mine (beef) was very dry with 'double cheese' = two slices of shop bought cheese. My wife's chicken burger was something we have at home, thrown in to fry and shoved in between a bun. My son asked for mayo and was told they didn't have any, even though I clearly saw bottles of sauce at the back, the guy taking orders just couldn't be bothered about customer service. For what is made out to look like it sells gourmet food, it definitely wasn't. The table before us left their rubbish on the table, since there was no bin in site, where were they to put it? Was very disappointed, as I'd gone off previous reviews and pictures. We came for a few days break and this place looked really good. It seems like this was once a good place, but it's either change hands or something drastic has happened. Just needs some TLC, customer service and maybe a little cheaper. The takeaways that I'm used to would have had that food out in 10-15 mins max, even with two people. I could go on, but I've already moaned enough :(

We went here during our staycation in Wales. 13 of us. Getting a table was no problem. We ordered pizza, burgers, wraps, and Donner. Thought the food was a bit pricey compared to my local, and the chips are not included with the burgers. Sauces are given out in most places, this place charges £1 per small tub which was odd! Food was served in takeaway containers which is disappointing and unsightly. The tables were not cleaned before we ate either.

Best value for money. Their pizzas are really fantastic. Same like dominoes but the price is very reasonable. My kid took burger. She just loves it. I recommend.

This was the worst experience of a restaurant. It had an experience of it as there were tables and chairs and the only good thing about it was there was wi fi. This place serves pizza and burgers etc so should be fast food but we waited 45 minutes for our food paid around 45 quid and the order was all wrong. When we asked for ketchup or sauces she said they dont give any with the chips only salt sachets. My son was given his money back for his order was completely wrong but waiting 45 minutes for doner , burger and pizza I mean. And we had to keep asking when would it be served. I am wondering if we hadn't asked we would still be waiting. Another family that came after us were waiting 50 minutes. If you are in Llandudno in North Wales please do not go in this place. The restaurant says halal but you get the worst Service ever. We were just too tired and and hungry and thats why we stayed.

Thought would give this a try, pretty gutted! Trying to appear like fat jacks/smashed/hickories type burger place, its just a jazzed up take out you goto at 3am after a night out, Halal sign in window should have been a give away.. Actually looks good inside decor is cool, food is a massive let down! Chewy chips, tasteless Chicken burger with plastic cheese on, honestly would have been better with a McDonald's. Menu in window had clearly been in another shop for ages surely wasn't new. Was genuinely disappointed

Went in for some food, cash only, when placing an order was told no chicken left, most of my order was with chicken so ended up walking out.

I enjoyed veg pizza a lot with a delicious toppings on it. Feasterz made my day serving this to me I really appreciate for this kind service Thank you so much

Took over 2 hours to arrive. Cold food. Not nice. The whole lot went in the bin. 30 quid wasted. We ended up having beans on toast. Terrible

Thought I’d treat us to a takeaway, never ordered here before but I was expecting better than we received. I ordered on Conwy eats. My order was placed at 7.09pm, it arrived at 8.50pm. Delivery lady was polite and apologised, wasn’t her fault but an hour & half was a long time to wait. All our food was stone cold, we tried to make the most of it but it was just not edible. It looked nice but I honestly couldn’t comment on its taste. sorry I don’t like leaving negative reviews but was just so disappointed.

Went to this place again yesterday for dinner with my Partner. He had a stater there 2 hours before the meal Definitely amongst the best Sheek Kebabs I have had. I told the waiter we would be back and I had my heart set on the King Prawn main dish as it was amazing last time. He advised they did not have any in but would get them within the hour. He did. Wow. The restaurant was busy and we were advised there would be a wait for the food. It was worth it. Piping hot, very tasty and the soft, generous, fluffy Naan was definitely one of the best I have had. Well done Team. Tried this place today. Being Indian I can be critical when trying somewhere new!! Here, nothing to criticise! I had the King Prawn Mirch and it was cooked very well. The King Prawns were massive and just as they should be. The salted lassi was also fantastic. Well done Team. Keep up the good work.

Feasterz used to be me and my friends favourite restaurant up until today. I’ve just found out my friend had been served a raw chicken burger there. He had to seek medical attention and it has made me very angry with the place and the staff running it. 2 loyal customers lost. This and serving raw food to a pregnant woman making her sick. I do not recommend this place anymore to anyone.

We went here at the start of my pregnancy and i became ill after eating here, i’m pretty sure the food was raw then too. Then today we thought we’d go again and the chicken burger was quite literally raw, pink and chewy. My dad is a chef and i sent him a picture and he was extremely concerned as we had already ate most of the burger and was advising us to go to the EHO (environmental health office) about it. i’m very disappointed in this restaurant.

4 of us popped in this place lastnite before a gig 3 different curries all spot on & the jalfrezi is probably one of the best tasting one I’ve eaten , Nan bread nice & light with taste everything first class lamb / chicken in the curries spot on staff / waiter nice polite & friendly cheers for the food will be a place I will defo visit again when am in Llandudno 👍

just been there with my family. we had giant prawns, chicken burger and lamb chops...everything very good....but the lamb chops deserve a special mention....really very tender and super delicious. we also had desi chai which was freshly brewed using fresh spices.

Assalm malikuim Mashalah bengali family restaurant, amazing customer service everytime.

It's only been open about a year but the food and staff were lovely and very helpful at helping us choose, explaining it to us. Just a shame not many in, but highly recommend

First time visit mid afternoon yesterday - I was the only customer - and ordered the Chickaloumi. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the remaining ingredients fresh and crisp with a pleasantly spiced dressing.The price was a little on the steep side but the real drawback for me was that my food was served on a piece of paper on top of wooden board. This is a big no-no for me! We have spent centuries perfecting hygienic, glazed crockery so why go backwards and serve food on a lump of unhygenic porous timber? It won't stop me making a return visit but I'll be asking for my food to be served on a plate.

Day looting restaurant. The worst experience ever. Ordered Big burger worth £15+ and got very small size burger which is smaller than Big mac. Waste of money. Avoid

Food was absolutely delicious, all the food came out piping hot 🔥 especially the lamb chops and chicken korai, they were tender and cooked at the correct level. The service was brilliant as staff were friendly and polite. For anyone looking to dine in, Its a must bring for your friends and family as they have different variety of foods, cant wait to try there milkshakes and waffles next time I visit, most importantly all the food is halal. 👍

Visited here before with my partner and the staff was very welcoming. Came back again a couple of days ago and the attitude of the staff was awful. Being stared at and made to feel very uneasy. My Disabled daughter needed the toilet and they refused to let her use it , We was going to order food for us all 5 of us in total but they made us feel so unwelcome , the attitude of the staff and manager is horrendous,

Dont waste your money! Food was standard as standard could get. The mango Lassi was rank and wasnt edible. The guy with glasses and beard was rude and very obnoxious. We spent nearly £40 and all we got was 2 burgers 2 chips and 2 drinks and it was pretty rubbish!

Perfection. The food was cooked to perfection. We both had burgers and both were cooked beautifully lovely and juicy without being greasy, full of flavor and all the added extras had the same care put into them. Even the simple things fries and wedges we had were honestly some of the best I've ever had, crispy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside. It's not cheap as all items are priced separately but it's well worth the cost and is actually pretty good value for money as the portions are filling. As a side note they were really good with allergens as well and dealt the request without any fuss at all which is always nice. The food was so good I was disappointed we were only in Llandudno for the one night as I would of definitely gone back and tried curry based on just how good everything else we had the night before. Overall experience was really nice. Will be visiting again if we ever in the area.

What an amazing place to eat! The food was fresh and served promptly. The staff are very friendly and polite. The menu is varied and they accommodated my partner's meat-free diet. I ordered a little too much (eyes bigger than my belly) and the staff kindly bagged up the rest of my meal to take home. It is clean, has contemporary decor, is fairly priced and halal. Highly recommend 👌

We came in pretty late(after 9pm) and they still served us. Very good curry jalfrezi with Keema rice. Very friendly staff. All around 10/10 would do again.

Food was absolutely amazing! By far the best Indian in Llandudno. I had the korma, you could tell it was fresh it was lovely. My partner had the double cheese burger with Doritos and said that was also delicious! The milkshake was the star of the show, I had the lotus milkshake and that was absolutely delicious! I would happily travel there again just for the milkshake! Worth every penny definitely!

Excellent little place, right next to rhe beach & halal. I organised a group dinner for 18 ladies at this place, we pre-ordered to make it easy. Food was served hot, it was delicious, proper Pakistani traditional cooking. The staff was exceptional and fulfilled our needs :) I would definitely recommend to take a group there for food, pre-order for a smooth service.

Lovely Idyllic family run resturant serving delicious hearty food, we went as a group of 37 and they accommodated us all really well. Food was bought out in a timely manner, the grilled chops were mouthwatering & cooked to perfection, thoroughly enjoyed the halloumi burger, rice was super spicy which was just right for me but tad too much for the kiddies. They even gave complimentary icecream in the end which was a lovely way to end the day, would definitely recommend for halal tasty food with love X

The highlight of my trip to Llandudno. Came here to try the Steaks but ended up ordering the curries and rice from their Bengali/Indian menu and wow. It was so so good. The customer service was as good as their food. An Excellent option that will cater to almost everyone.

Came across this Halal diner by chance, an absolute gem of a place. Burger tasted amazing and presentation was great too. Staff did everything they could to keep us happy. We ordered before we arrive and they waited for us before making the chips fresh too. We will defo be visiting again.

We were visiting Llandudno over the Jubilee holiday with a family of 35. Feasterz accomodated all of us in 2 sittings. We pre-ordered our meals. Lovely food, service and atmosphere. Child friendly, very clean and a great menu. We ordered quite a few mixed grills and the meat was beautiful and succulent and lovingly spiced. The herb grilled chicken was amazing too and burgers were a big hit! Really cannot complain about our experience, first visit and won't be our last. Baj really looked after us!! Highly recommended!

Came here yesterday with friends after visiting Wales for the bank holiday weekend, and the food was amazing, the customer service was outstanding, and we felt really welcomed. They also gave us free ice cream after accidentally messing up one of the orders. Truly great people. Would 10/10 recommend!!!! Also super cheap! A must visit when in Llandudno!

Not really impressed about the service. I've been told to wait 10 min for the order, in fact it took them 35min just to prepare 2 waffles. On top of that they were already cold. A bit of a waste of time. Maybe I will give them a 2nd chance..

Friendly, genuine service and fresh, tasty meals that were reasonably priced. We will definitely come back again. They were short staffed when we visited so there was a 30 minute wait for our food but the server was upfront about this and very apologetic. The food was well worth the wait!

Food was AMAZING! Had a chicken and halloumi burger and it was so mouthwatering and flavourful. And not to mention how good the milkshakes were. Definitely recommend to anyone. The staff were also wonderful and kind. Will be going again.

A most ethical Halal restaurant. And the beef burgers were some thing else. A lot of effort to source good halal beef and the owners deserve many blessings and success.

During Ramadan, I broke my fast with a group of friends at this restaurant and was provided with excellent service. The owner was very friendly and hospitable and her 3 year old daughter was an absolute delight. She did an excellent job of entertaining us and waitressing for us. We were even provided with a complimentary platter of samosas (which were DELICIOUS) and dates to open our fast. They also gave us prayer mats and a space to pray before our meal. I would highly recommend going! May Allah bless their business ❤❤

Absolutely delicious! The burger I had was huge and cooked perfectly. The milkshake was bigger than my head and spot on. It was served within a few minutes, so no waiting around. I'll definitely be back for more.

Decided to pop in here for some food, a friend had suggested the place and I’m glad I went. The food was really nice and very fresh. I had a beef burger, Pepsi Max & a lotus biscotti milkshake. The burger was really tasty, and the milkshake was amazing! Definitely going to get more food and milkshakes from here in the future, and I’m very keen to try the waffle next time. The staff were very friendly and really conscientious! The place is very clean, well decorated, the vibe is great and they had some great songs playing in the background without being too loud. I’d recommend Feasterz. Great food, great milkshakes, friendly staff, reasonably priced and easily found just off the main street of Llandudno.

We are so glad we came across this place! We walked into 4 different places which were heavily overcrowded then we found this little gem! The food was absolutely delicious. Honestly, 10/10. All freshly made. The gentleman serving us was wearing gloves and a hairnet. You could see the kitchen straight through from the restaurant and it was very reassuring as so many places fail to use proper hygiene this days. The gentleman serving us was very polite. The food was not overpriced. It was around £12,50 each for a Coke and 2 burgers and some Chips. Really not bad prices for gourmet food. Will certainly be back here again. The restaurant itself was nicely done. Looks like a lot of thought and care went into it. Well done guys, and wish you every success in your business!

Just go and eat. OMG. the food was fantastic!!!!!!!

Not too impressed. First of all, both burgers were really yummy and chips were nice but was all warm (borderline on being cold). I do think that is down to an issue on their online ordering system as I couldn’t see an option for delivery so just assumed it was as I was asked to enter my address. When ringing up to confirm delivery time, they seemed abit sheepish about it being collection and not delivery even though we offered to pay the delivery fee. I do think the prices for the burgers are a little steep, especially considering they are not meals. The waffle was AWFUL. Will not let me upload photos for some reason? Not like the pictures shown that they have seemed to upload themselves. This was £6.99. Really unimpressed by this and virtually ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. Hopefully if we decide to give them another go they up their game. Will write a review if my next experience changes my mind.

Feasterz is a lovely family run halal business that was recommended to me. I came with my friends during Ramadan. They were so accommodating to my needs. It’s good to finally come across a halal restaurant in north wales. The food was delicious and I will definitely be coming back! I could not recommend this restaurant enough.

Lovely food, the meat was so tender. The rice smoothed and spiced; just well balanced. The service is great. Nice decor. Really modern. We will come again 😊
