Not happy! £30 for a cold take away! Took its sweet time to arrive and it arrives stone cold! Not good enough will not be ordering again!

Burgers, chilli cheese bites, garlic cheesy chips. Always spot on foods hot fast service and nice people to talk to. Best take out in colwyn bay

Disgusting! Just ordered, had the most tasteless, dry jacket potato (wasn't even a baking potato! ) minus the salad I ordered. Horrid chicken donna with can only be described as dishwater gravy! Really disappointed as we have had pizza from the Llandudno take away! Really was revolting, thrown it, it was that bad! The most brand, tasteless thing, wasn't even properly cooked! 🤢🤮

Cold donor meat and hot chips - the meat had been kept in a container and was cold when served. Come on, it’s not hard to keep meat warm, you just need to care - which clearly these guys don’t. I won’t be going back. Because I gave them a chance to rectify it, they just did the Same again.. disappointed doesn’t come close…

Went it and the Doner didn’t appear to have been switched on that night. It was 17:30. I asked if the doner was fresh and he reassured me I would be getting fresh meat. That was a lie. It definitely wasn’t meat from that night. It was stone cold, dried out and rock had. Absolutely the worse doner meat I have ever eaten. Never again. Avoid

Best pizzas in town for me! Used them several times. Ordering is easy, payment is easy, deliveries are on time, staff are pleasant, and helpful everytime. Quality and quantity are excellent. Highly recommended. 5*****

£21.80 for a 12" vegaterian pizza and mozerlla sticks plus 1.50 for delivery and I only live 1 minute away by car.

I ordered a pizza and it was awful. I am convinced it was a cheap frozen one reheated. The dough was not fresh and very thin. There was hardly any cheese on it either. The food from here has really gone downhill in the last year and Im afraid to say they have lost my custom.

Ordered over the telephone and paid via my bankers card. Order was ready at time of my collection. No delay at all. My visit very pleasant and friendly. Certainly use this venue again. On returning home food was very nice. The venue was ok to park outside even thou parked on yellow lines.

2.5 stars to be honest..... Food wasn't bad taste-wise however I ordered a large kebab and got decent amount of food but half the box was salad the other half meat but one TINY pita bread.. That's not a kebab in my opinion and for £8 it's not great value for money at all.

Charged more than shown on the menu, forgot an item, and forgot a whole pizza. When I called and told them this, they offered to bring the pizza next time they deliver. Food quality is mid too.

Ordered food at 10:30 still not received it. Payment has been taken and now no one is answering the phone to see where the delivery is. Bit of a joke really

The most delicious pizza and burgers he has ever tasted in Wales, and he has a range of delicious dishes such as oriental grills. If anyone feels hungry, go for it immediately.

Always dose me proud, the original and best kebbaby/pizza joint in the bay. They are open long hours as well witch is good for those late night munchies, the staff are also very friendly here which is always nice! 🍕🥰

Amazing staff and brilliant food

I've been around the world quite a lot, and I can definitely say that chiken shish at this restaurant is the absolute best I have ever tried. Tasty, smokey, and perfect with the garlic sauce they provide! Viva la Bay Grill! Legendary stuff, must-visit!

After asking for a delivery tonight first i was told that what i ordered came to £14 .80 when the menu stated £10 .i told them not to bother but they rang me back appologising saying they made a mistake .the pizza arrived an hour and a half later it was cremated .dry and luke warm .i wont be ordering from here again very dissapointed and ended paying for a meal to ho in the bin !!!!

Took over an hour yes over an hour to bring 2 small chips and 2 mozzerella sticks! Absolute joke but will be ordering again because it is good food I just think the service is a disgrace always order from here and have to ring up later to say it’s taken too long! Not happy about this Bay grill, didn’t even give me the option to put 0 stars

Orderd a 10"calzone pizza and a 1.5 litre of coke took 50 mins for delivery I only live up the road. Pizza was not hot by time i go half way thru it was cold. Pizza had no tomatoe puree" how come u forget puree . Won't order again I'll go back to aydins

Neither myself nor my family will ever be using again as all meat is halal. And not great at that. Would never have gone to begin with if that was clear from the get-go.

Apart from the first class friendly staff the food is top notch always up to my standard each time that I get from them also I never gone on about a salad before but there’s is great and not full of water like some kebab houses which I won’t mention and don’t undercook the pizzas like another pizza house I won’t mention which is near to where I live. This place is 11 out of 10 in my mind.

Ordered food from bay grill last night. Put the order in and asked if it was enough for the free garlic bread n cheese. The lady on the fone said yes you had to order over 15 pound and our order came to 15:20p. The order took over an hour and when dropped off we got a free bottle of coke not what we wanted. So I foned them up. They said oh sorry we're make one n send it up I also told them you can have the bottle of coke back... It never came. Only tried bay grill as I couldn't get through to aydins. Won't be going there again.

I had lamb kebab from here twice in one week and it was nice food. Although staff were pleasant enough they did not manage to give me what I asked for in terms of my dressing for kebab. This happened on both visits and instead of waiting outside the shop I should have stood at the counter and watched them complete my order so that it was right!

Just had another delivery from here. Always hot food and delivered within 45 minutes. The chicken shish was great as always. The wife tried the burger with pepperoni and loved It. Always a friendly service

He estado pidiendo aquí durante años. Sin embargo esta noche mi mismo orden que hemos tenido siempre era de más de 5 libras más. Me llamó de vuelta a la consulta y me dijeron que este es el precio por una mujer con una mala actitud. Me dijo que me había registrado el precio en línea y me dijo que era para el otro y no éste tienda y fuimos por el teléfono. Me preguntó cuánto tiempo llevaría la comida y me dijeron 20 minutos, 1 hora 45 minutos después aún estoy esperando. Mmmmm! Cambio de personal más tal vez, pero definitivamente no el estándar normal de servicio!

Although it's not much to look at, Bay Grill offer very nice, tasty food. the prices are very reasonable and the food is very nice. the pizza is exceptional, the chips are tasty and the staff are friendly. i often order food from Bay Grill and i have never had a bad experience, i can recommend the pizza, the special burger and the donner kebab as these are items i regularly choose and enjoy. the prices allow you to enjoy plenty of food for a small price.

Nos quedamos una noche en Colwyn Bay en Nochevieja. Metimos en aquí para tomar la comida. La comida era deliciosa, fresca y muy buena relación calidad-precio. El personal era muy amable y la comida estaba bien caliente. Tuvimos una envoltura de donantes con patatas fritas y un Kebab de pollo con patatas fritas con ensalada y salsa de ambos. Cuando nos visite Colwyn Bay de nuevo volveremos a Bay Grill.

Me encanta la comida de parrilla bay, tanto así que tengo la oferta comida 1 cada semana. 2 x 10" pizzas con opción de 3 coberturas y patatas fritas con salsa dulce de frío por sólo £12! Excelente comida, buena relación calidad-precio y siempre un gran servicio! Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque buena comida a precios fantásticos :-)

Food and their meal deals are good

Casa desde aquí entrega oder cada semana o a veces más de una vez a la semana, pero la comida es siempre muy sabroso y caliente cuando llegue. Tiempo de entrega me encuentro nunca está de más de 30 minutos, que creo que es genial, especialmente cuando estás realmente hambriento. El menú ofrece una gran variedad y los precios son muy razonables.

Popped in for a pizza on the way home and were served by a really friendly Turkish guy.We ordered our meals and had a nice chat while waiting.Our food was ready quickly and it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time, piping hot and utterly delicious...will not go anywhere else for takeaway pizza.
