Fantastic character building with a twist of Nando’s style. Very friendly, helpful staff and amazingly tasty food as always! Warm & welcoming atmosphere.

En cuanto al menú, nos ha sorprendido que algo tan sencillo como el pollo acompañado de maíz estuviera taaan rico!! Came here with my friend to enjoy our lunch were we definitely did indeed. I got the chicken breast with the lemon herb sauce which was delicious. Very friendly staff as well

What a lovely atmosphere inside. A spacious restaurant with art on the walls and beautiful high ceilings just adding to the experience of London. Good helpful staff. Nice and clean. We enjoyed our food which was bought to us nice and hot. Great veggie options too. Definitely go here again.

All Nando's are standard and you know what you are getting every time which is a tasty meal. This branch was the most impressive one of many we have been set in we assume was an old warehouse type building with a lot of original features intact Well worth a visit

Was in the area and as Borough market wasn't open we went here. The waitress was business like but fine. Order with QR CODE. Food arrived Fairly quickly. I ordered a quarter chicken , mash, Mac & cheese. My friend ordered wings with chips. The wings went back as the sauce wasn't what she had previously had in another branch. I had already started my meal when I realised the quarter chicken Id ordered was actually a very skinny leg with hardly any meet. Mash was fine. Unfortunately the Mac and cheese hadn't been grilled on top so there was no crunchy cheesy top. It's a large venue and seems very busy but without much soul and no one is really checking what is being sent out. I'm not a tourist so won't be re visiting there again and wouldn't recommend it.

The area was a very busy day in the run up to Christmas and all the restaurants were heaving and not very hospitable when we arrived. But Nando’s made us feel very welcome. It was very comfortable, spacious and not too noisy. The Manager was very attentive and all the staff were excellent. We really enjoyed the food, it was perfect for us and just the right amount of food. We ordered the Boneless Platter for two for £26.95, which included plenty of pieces of tasty chicken, some chips and 4 side salads. The bill was very reasonable. It has a great location in an interesting, bustling part of London. We planned to combine the dinner with a visit to the nearby Everyman luxury cinema.

Welcoming staff and nice area but the food is a different matter. It’s very nice but your given incredibly small servings particularly for the ‘ sunset burger’. It has a very good taste but is the size of a Mac Donald’s breakfast mcmuffin. To clarify the sunset burger costs £9.25 and if you went to Mac Donald’s you could get a mayo chicken £1.69 ( that is larger than the sunset burger by quite a lot). this is rather disappointing that a fast food restaurant can make a cheaper and larger burger than an exceptional diner. This aside however, this location is perfect for the area, bringing beauty to the bank.

This restaurant came as a recommendation from a bartender at our hotel and it did not disappoint. We had so much food and the prices were so reasonable. The chicken is very good but you must try all of the sauces. That’s an experience in itself. The kids enjoyed the bottomless sodas. My favorite side was probably the spicy rice. You should certainly put this place on your list when visiting London.

Food came out straight away but ordered dessert and took 20 minutes to arrive as they said they loose dessert orders quite often not acceptable at all 🤬

Coming from South Africa and loving Nandos, this was an awful experience with the most obnoxious and unhelpful staff I’ve come across. We were stopped from ordering because we had to be seated first yet no one would seat us. The ‘waiter’ then said he didn’t want to get menus and didn’t come back with water we ordered nor tell us to order online. 3/4 staff were rude when I asked for assistance, one said she’s on her break and ignored me and others were eating left over food whilst clearing tables. No one seemed interested in service of any kind. Food was comparably bad too.

Great service, the staff very friendly and so helpful, we had a child with strong allergies with us and they helped us all to the time be sure he can eat well. :)

Went here at lunch time before our show . My chicken was cold in my wrap, sent it back. All our chips were cold and stale so all changed then my new chips were stale , came back hot but knew they had just thrown mine back in the fryer. The manager was sorry but not good enough when it ruined our meal. Told it was a trainee chef, but shouldn't he be supervised 🤔. Should of had one meal removed as it was so bad .

Lo mejor la atención de Daniele que fue muy paciente con nosotros y nos explicó como funcionaba el sitio. No nos gustó el pollo posiblemente por falta de conocimiento por nuestra parte (insisto que Daniel se portó excelentemente con nosotros). Wife had frequented Nandos some years back; upon return unfortunately it wasn't as good as we had remembered. The atmosphere in this location was good, service was very good.

Waited 30 mins for order to be delivered to the table. When nothing arrived we spoke to the manager and apparently the order had been refunded and no one told us. So had to re order. Inthattime called out to 2 members of staff and both ignored us. When re ordered didnt even get an apology or discount. Will npt eat here again. Terrible!!

We discovered this restaurant in Brazil, while we were looking for one to eat at new years eve. In the site it says that they use a lot the peri peri pepper. And I convinced my husband not to go because my daughter and I don't like spicy food. When we were there, my husband insisted so much that we decided to give Nando's a chance.. And what a surprise.. We loved the food, mainly the sharing plates. We bought them all the times we went there, spent not so much and we were totally satisfied. I would love if it there were Nando's all over Europe... We visited this nandos tonight after a spur of the moment trip down the Thames with the kids... The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and in all honesty I feel sorry for some of the staff who couldn't have done more for us.We ordered from the table scan service due to covid.. My son is 5 and doesn't eat spicy food so he wanted the plain burger with pineapple and halloumi on the side... I ordered mine hot and somehow my sons "plainish" burger and the pineapple had more spice than mine...my sons mouth was on fire. I was told that some of the meat comes spicier than what you order as its all cooked on the same hot plate... What's the point in asking me for a preference if I'm not going to get what I request.. May as well make the whole menu a roulette not jaut the wingsThey changed the pineapple and it came freezing cold straight from the fridge... so they had to bring a 3rd one over which was finally okay... And changed the lemon and herb wrap as it had chilli jam put in it with a side of someones hair!!!!! .. But that again came back spicy thankfully this time with noones hair in it. But that wasn't the main issue...In every single dish at our table The chicken was tough, dry and so thick it was inedible... No amount of sauce or chewingq could save it. Not to mention one part of the chicken in the burger smelt gone off.. And there was a huge thick vein running through the whole breast with blood seeping out. After speaking to the manager about our food he explained that he was aware of how bad the chicken was as they have 2 suppliers for their restaurant and this particular supplier provides chicken that is thick, tough and not to standard.. He also said that he had many complaints about the food as a result of this.... Now, I really respected his honesty and he gave us a refund however, I can't work out why the restaurant is still serving food knowing this??? I don't have the highest expectations from nandos but this really takes my opinion to an all time low. One of the waiters was lovely I feel bad that I forgot his name but you could tell he really cared about the service he provided. He wasn't even our waiter but still helped out.It's a real shame that in such a beautiful spot in London that this level of poor food is provided by such a big branded establishment.The manager gave my son a chocolate brownie and ice cream to takeaway as a complimentary gesture... I honestly feel bad for the staff who are just trying to do their jobs fully aware of the substandard food they are having to provide customers with. I don't know if covid has made nandos change supplier for a cheaper option of poultry but I can categorically say that the supplier used for this restaurant should be shut down!!

Called in for weekday early evening dinner.Waitress was cordial and helpful, till/bar staff member taking the food order was offhand and disengaged.Not too busy but the brick walls and a la mode minimalist style combined to ensure a very noisy experience.Menu was the Nando standardised offering with limited veg/side choice but a full spectrum of chilli-heat options for sensitive through to asbestos palates. The food was fine.

I have seen various Nandos locations on previous trips to London but assumed it was just a typical chain restaurant. Went for the first time this week for lunch and loved it so much I plan on going back before I leave town. I LOVE spicy food and my mouth was on fire. Can't wait to go back and try what else they have on the menu.

Nuestra experiencia en Nando's no fue la mejor. Fue nuestra primera vez, y no entendíamos bien como era el sistema, las chicas de la caja tenían 0 (cero) paciencia, querían hacer todo rápido, muy malo el servicio.

I'm going to Nando's frequently with friends and family and I consider it a good alternative to others ''chain'' restaurants but this time disappointed everyone. When we started to order the waiter said that there was no beer available, not even a single bottle in all restaurant. As many of us are drinking only beer they suggest to us that we could go to the pub next door and buy the beers to bring at the restaurant (not even offered). So we went to the pub and we bought the beers. The chicken was good as always but that thing of the beer was more than unbelievable. The excuse was because was Sunday evening, but it was only 8:00 pm. I can say that the service was not helpful at all.

Called in when looking for some food walking between London Bridge and Waterloo along the Thames path and found long waiting time at a couple of earlier establishments. A short wait at Nando’s in a pleasant and different environment that turned out to be slightly noisy without being overly so.

We love a Nando’s meal every now and than. Never disappoints, despite the ever sticky tables. This venue was great, the location, the atmosphere, kind and quick service.

Having a good walk along the river it was good to have a place to stop chill and eat. Food was normal Nando’s quality and the staff were very friendly which was good to see. Worth a pit stop and the river view is worth the wait.

Visited as a group of 8 on a Saturday afternoon. Our order was a big variety of dishes but nearly all of us said our chicken was dry.

Food was what you expect (not nearly as spicy as you’d hope but you just go hotter than you otherwise would) service was fine. Most importantly, whilst everything else around has inflated prices because of location, you get good value here.

Restaurante que tem o frango como prato típico... feito de muitos modos, até de hambúrguer. A partir de 10,35 libras consegue -se fazer uma boa refeição. Quando se paga a bebida dão um copo e somos nós que enchemos da máquina, as vezes que quisermos sem pagar mais nada.

E' un posto originale dove ti prepari la tavola da solo e bevi coca, aranciata o sprite a volontà. Si mangiano alette di pollo con varie gradazioni di piccantezza o insalatone buonissime (con cereali e frutta fresca o secca). Economico. A noi è piacuito molto, ci siamo tornati a giorni alterni.

We were told that the food at Nando's was worth a stop so we attempted to eat here on July 9 at about 6:00. We walked into the restaurant which was very empty at the time and we asked if we could get a table. The seater who was very nice said absolutely and as she was getting menus for us the manager came and yelled at her and he said " you better not be telling people they can eat the kitchen is backed up 45 minutes" and he stormed off . the poor woman looked at us and said it may be a while to get the food and we said that's fine. the restaurant only had 1/3 of its table sat and we thought it can't be that bad. We were taken to our table (which was sticky and generally not as clean as it could be) looked at the menu and went to the counter to order. The man at the counter was busy bagging to go orders for uber eats and services of the like and was very rude and short with us. I asked who do we order with and was told in no uncertain terms "not ME" There was a bowl of spiced nuts on the bar with a spoon in it for what we thought were for guests and as my niece tried a few he yelled again "YOU CANT DO THAT" . I responded with my apologies and We moved down to a different POS station to order and could not get anyone's attention. The window was full of food waiting to be run and the eight people in the kitchen were running around arguing with each other as they "cooked" and not much looked as if it were being done. On guy running food to the tables asking for help and not getting it. I asked if someone could take our order and was told they would get to us when they could. we were the only ones in line. After watching this train wreck for 15 minutes we went next door to Wagamama and had a nice dinner and went on with our evening. I can tell from the other reviews that this place has a following and we may have been an isolated case however there is something seriously wrong with the way this location operates and the emphasis on take away food. Skip the in person and order in to your hotel.

You don't Always have to go to McDonalds for a quick lunch. Nando's is a descent and healthier (they serve only chicken) alternative where you can have nice meals. This Nando's is situated alongside the river Thames in an old building.

As you'd expect from Nando's, the food tastes great and the service is incredibly fast. The thing about this Nando's was the venue. We felt like we had a lot of space, we did have a table for 7, because of the height of the restaurant and the full length windows it felt we had more room than other Nando's

Everyone knows Nando's, but this is a really nice space for a restaurant. Well located and also just an interesting venue nestled in the arches.

One of the largest Nando's that we have been to . Food as usual was great. prompt service. good place to visit with family and friends. try seats around the river bank if you can. In all it was good experience. On busy days it can be noisy. depends on the tourist groups that come to dine when you go.

We chose this place as we like their chicken, but this one needs to pull their collective sox up! Husband ordered food, came with the drinks but no glass for me, after a good 10 minutes he went in search himself as no one came near except when the food was brought out, again no cheery hello or smiles from the staff, which seemed very thin on the ground. I made the mistake of visiting the toilets (I really needed to go!) they were filthy and disgusting. Needless to say we will not visit this particular Nandos again, truly terrible!

Nando’s makes sure to keep up a standard flavour amongst their dishes in all their stores. But the Clink Street restaurant has to be by far the most scenic spot I’ve been to - next to the Kings Cross Nando’s.

Scoperto durante la mia prima vacanza londinese. Adottano un sistema che ti rende totalmente indipendente. Scegli dal menú la specialità a base di pollo che piú desideri, ordini alla casa, specificando il grado di piccantezza che vuoi e ti portano tutto direttamente al tavolo. Extra mild, il grado piu basso, è adatto anche a chi, come me, non tollera tanto il piccante. La bibita "bottomless" si può ricaricare quanto volte si vuole alle macchinette. Consigliatissimo. Il pollo è marinato al punto giusto da renderlo gustosissimo e non si paga molto. In 2 circa 20£. Peccato non ci sia in Italia!

....having said that, they managed to get us a table for 12 people @ 10.00 pm. Fast efficient service, great food. An interesting walk to this part of London with stunning views over the Thames. Would recommend a constitutional afterwards to walk off the calories.

Good Sunday lunch in Nando's Clink Street. Very reasonably priced , staff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend this restaurant especially as this is on the tourist trail along the Thames.

Wir waren schon sehr, sehr hungrig und sind daher hier eingekehrt. Zunächst ist das Personal unaufmerksam und hat uns nicht mal eine Karte angeboten. Dann muss man sich ewig anstellen um seine Bestellung aufzugeben. Interessanterweise gab es keine Süßkartoffel Fries mehr, dafür Mash...das lässt mich schon mal an der Qualität zweifeln. Dann bekommt man Gläser zum eigenständigen Abzapfen der Getränke. Zugegeben, das Essen war dann recht rasch da, allerdings kein Besteck - das ist auch zur Selbstbedienung irgendwo bei den Getränken versteckt.

Nuestra mesa se tambaleaba y este es un problema común en muchos Nando's. Los camareros te dan normalmente un manojo de servilletas para poner debajo de la mesa para estabilizarlo, pero no hoy. La camarera que nos enseñó nuestra mesa insistió en que mi marido estaba moviendo la mesa de lado a lado. Dijo que no haría eso, pero ella insistió en que era su culpa. Al final me dijo ella ir en una voz elevada. La comida no fue del todo bien. El tamaño de las porciones más pequeñas. Mi mazorcas de maíz era pequeña. No nos impresionó y no volveremos aquí de nuevo. We visited this Nando’s after having a few drinks on a sunny bank holiday Monday. It was very busy but the man seating people was doing his best. It seemed like larger groups were being seated much quicker than groups of 2 which I suppose makes sense but is a bit annoying when you see people just walk in and be seated when you have been waiting a while. Locale situato a pochi minuti dal Tate Modern, l'interno è molto carino, il personale cordiale e simpatico. Dopo aver ordinate alla cassa, Ci si può servire da bere (acqua) da alcuni erogatori automatici vicino ai tavoli. Al momento dell'ordine è inoltre possibile scegliere l'intensità di piccante che si desidera mangiare per ogni piatto. Ho ordinato una caesar salad, troppo condita con la salsa (dire annegata), che ha quasi rovinato il piatto, e una brownie, molto buona. Si può migliorare .. esperienza nel complesso positiva.

Pollo Nando's es realmente un buen lugar para la popular zona de puente viejo de Londres. La comida era buena, pero el servicio era un poco. Dos veces tuvimos que tener múltiples personas dan a nuestra comida. Una vez que la comida llegó estaba caliente y sabrosa. Procedente de los Estados Unidos es más como un el pollo loco con un tema estilo restaurante. Está en una zona muy concurrida y turística y no estoy seguro de si ese es el motivo por el que es ocupado. Me gustó mucho la comida porque era fresco y sabroso el servicio era deficiente y por eso las 4 estrellas.

Cuando llegué a las 5. 15, me dieron una mesa fácilmente, pero pronto se llenaba. Este Nando está ubicado en un antiguo muelle, con techos altos y mucho ambiente. Supuso un cambio respecto al 'normal' Nando's. Un cambio que tenía los muslos de pollo en un panecillo con queso. Fue agradable, aunque la pelea era un poco dura para mi gusto. Si no había estado en un rush para el teatro habría vuelto. El servicio era eficiente y amable.

El local es lo mejor que tiene. Al fin y al cabo solo hay pollo con diferentes salsas. El pollo está bueno y el precio correcto.

un Nando's molto carino con staff molto gentile, sopratutto Francesco che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. il locale e' pulito e la qualità' del cibo e' buona.

Estábamos preparando tarde ya que habíamos sido karts y un montón de otros lugares había dejado de servir comida. Sorprendentemente no seguían ocupados suficiente y gente que viene después de nosotros.

La location è fantastica, il cibo è buono, specializzato in carne accompagnate da salette con varia gradazione di piccante. È un fast-food con self service, ordini e ritiri al banco ma siamo stati fortunati perché privilegiati dalla conoscenza di un cameriere sardo davvero molto gentile e cordiale che ci ha saputo consigliare! Le alette di pollo sono divine! I tavoli che affacciano sul Tamigi godono di bellissima vista!

It was a great experience. We sat by the window next to the river. A fantastic view of the city and the Thames. Excellent service from an Italian guy . The food was very good and the price very cheap . I highly recommend it.
