Frankster's in Leeds

Increíble comida y servicio! Muchas gracias a Aaliyah por ayudarme a decidir qué tomar, ya que simplemente no pude elegir😂, su servicio fue absolutamente increíble y definitivamente me dieron ganas de volver de nuevo! la comida estaba a la temperatura correcta y las porciones son perfectas para el almuerzo.

Nunca haber probado este restaurante, nos apetecía una hamburguesa rápida entre las compras. Pedimos Angus malhumorado y Angus stack. No tuvimos que esperar mucho. Las papas fritas estaban muy frescas y calientes y las dos empanadas en la hamburguesa estaban húmedas y deliciosas. También nos dieron una lata de refresco incluido en el precio que nos pareció muy justo. Sin duda volvería

Absolutamente impactante servicio al cliente de ellos y el negocio. Hice un pedido para una salida de trabajo, se hizo a las 20: 42 el 19 / 9 / 2024 . La orden llegó a £ 135. Llegamos a la tienda a las 20: 50 como ordenamos al salir de la sala de escape en rosa blanca. Cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que no deberíamos haber podido pedir más allá de las 20 : 45 ya que estaban cerrando a las 9 pm. Pedimos a las 20: 42 por lo que antes del corte, se negaron a hacer la comida para nosotros y luego se quedaron sin reembolso, ya que el gerente me dijo que no podía hacer el reembolso, como pagamos anteriormente en la aplicación. Ahora es una semana después y todavía no tengo reembolso, me dieron un número de móvil de aparentemente 'servicio al cliente' y me dijeron que lo enviara por mensaje de texto con mi número. Bueno, lo he escrito y no he tenido respuesta. Yo también lo he llamado pero sigo yendo directo al buzón de voz y un par de timbres. Me deben 135 libras y ha sido repugnante que todavía tenga que perseguir esto.

Comí aquí cuando visité el White Rose Centre y fue uno de los establecimientos de comida más baratos, y me estoy hartando de pagar altos precios por comida mediocre. Tuvimos una hamburguesa con papas fritas y una hamburguesa de pollo doble con papas fritas. Ambas porciones eran enormes y muy llenas y estaban sabrosas. Servido en cestas de plástico me recordó a las hamburgueserías americanas. El restaurante en sí estaba bien, no el más limpio ni el más agradable, pero los precios más que compensado por ello. Me gustaría comer allí de nuevo

Acabo de visitar Franksters y lo que una pesadilla de una experiencia esto fue. Personal tan grosero que fue increíble. Primero se equivocaron en mi pedido, luego me aconsejaron que tenía que esperar 15 minutos más para otro pedido. Nunca una vez me disculpé, en cambio, seguí riendo. Pedí hablar con el gerente y la miembro grosera me dijo que ella era la gerente y cuando pregunté por el servicio y por qué se ríe continuamente se dio la vuelta y dijo: ¿Debería llorar? Estaba y estoy absolutamente sorprendido con el servicio que acabo de recibir. Me encantaría saber quién dirige este negocio y actualizarlos en su personal

Ordered a takeaway, half peri peri chicken and rice and peri peri wrap, so so disappointed and p*ssed off to be honest. Bought it home for my son, opened the box up, it was three pieces of chicken and rice, the wrap.... looked like a child had wrapped it. I was in a rush otherwise I would've of checked. Over priced, and TBH the food isn't worth it, the place is filthy, the seats are cracked and the tables wobble, I can go on and on but I'm so angry.

Excellent customer service, great ambiance and good quality food. Go to place for the kids and recommended for the families. Halal as well
