I ordered not long ago and I was very disappointed about my order because the lamb was quite burnt and because of that it had lost a lot of its flavour. Have usually had good experiences with Ozutz, just this time wasn’t so good.

Sauce was very watery and tasteless

Ordered mixed kebab with pitta separate and salad food turned up no pitta and no salad And the Doner meat was the cheapest of the cheap yuk Never again

I order from here regularly and never once had a problem. The young lad who works at the counter is always polite and his customer service from what I have witnessed is impeccable hence why I continue to give them my business. In relation to the recent negative comment, I could be wrong but i ordered a takeaway on Friday evening and believe I witnessed this incident… me and other customers in the shop at the time were very shocked to see how the customer was being hostile and quite frankly very rude. He was complaining that he was told 10 minutes and was politely told his food wouldn’t be ready for another 10 and then all off a suddenly he became very hostile! I don’t know the Ozutz team personally but come on!! Please have some patience and be kind.

Cannot fault the food, however the young man serving at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful when waiting for the food. Was given a wait time of 15 minutes, went in to check and was told 10 more minutes, waited in the car, came back to be told 15/20 minutes, with this I shock my head.To then be questioned why am I shaking my head, and to be told how busy they are and threatening to cancel my order... little man syndrome, needs to learn some customer service!

food cold. Order few times chips and always looks like they are laying half day in restaurant.. never fresh. its not hard to make fresh fries. Last time order here.

I had a lovely dinner tonight absolutely no complaints

Really disappointed this time. Always use Ozutz as they’re usually good. Order placed at 6.26pm. Was showing 35-50 mins which is understandable for a Saturday. Called at 7.57pm to check. Guy said it was on the way. Southwick is 5 mins tops. Turned up at 8.15pm, 1hr 49mins from order. Some food warm, others luke warm at best. Had to microwave the pizza to re-heat. Couldn’t microwave the rest due to salad. They also forgot the drink with the meal deal. Probably time to try another. AJ.

Ordered from here yesterday through justeat, Donner meat chips, chicken wrap and mozzarella fingers. Food was so stale and cold, and sandwich swamped in cabbage and onion could barely find chicken strips. We didn't eat it

made an order tonight to a bit of a difficult location a fishing lake and not many places deliver to here BUT the very polite and accommodating staff member took it in his stride and made sure it was delivered directly to make at the lake piping hot, to the point I had to leave it to cool down first but after that I was in heaven the cheese chips were so crunchy yet soft and as the amount of cheese to chip ratio was bang on not too much not little and the pizza was amazing 100/10 thanks again

Nice hot food and great delivery time!

No idea how the food tastes as we did not receive it on time and it then took over 2 and 1/2 hours to deliver..!! We only live 5 mins away!! So by the time the food eventually arrived I’d already fed my 3 children with items in my cupboard as they were very hungry- obviously! I’d tried 22 TIMES to call the mobile number provided on the website with no response for the takeaway, as we no longer wanted the food because it was so very behind and so very very extremely late and completely unacceptable!! I’m a single Mother of 3 that slimply cannot afford to pay for food we haven’t even eaten!! 🙃😢

Food was warm and delivered via a really polite young lady . Only thing stops giving 5 stars was the chips and cheese were not very nice the cheese was very greasy and lacked any taste whatsoever.

We waited over 2 hours. I phoned the restaurant/kebab shop to ask about our order. They said they were very busy and apologized. We got our order after almost 3 hours... it was horrible. Cold and not worth waiting for. Wanted to try something new but it was a disappointment!

The meat was very poor., the chips like cardboard. I have recently moved here and if the locals think that is doner meat, what have I done. !!!
