Ordered from here yesterday through justeat, Donner meat chips, chicken wrap and mozzarella fingers. Food was so stale and cold, and sandwich swamped in cabbage and onion could barely find chicken strips. We didn't eat it

Absolutely brilliant food. I don't always have a kebab. But when I do it's from here and I am never been disappointed. Chips are to die for in my opinion shish kebab is the best .. 👍👍

Slightly greasy donner kebab meat but otherwise it's all really good stuff. The burgers & kebabs are both recommended.

made an order tonight to a bit of a difficult location a fishing lake and not many places deliver to here BUT the very polite and accommodating staff member took it in his stride and made sure it was delivered directly to make at the lake piping hot, to the point I had to leave it to cool down first but after that I was in heaven the cheese chips were so crunchy yet soft and as the amount of cheese to chip ratio was bang on not too much not little and the pizza was amazing 100/10 thanks again

No idea how the food tastes as we did not receive it on time and it then took over 2 and 1/2 hours to deliver..!! We only live 5 mins away!! So by the time the food eventually arrived I’d already fed my 3 children with items in my cupboard as they were very hungry- obviously! I’d tried 22 TIMES to call the mobile number provided on the website with no response for the takeaway, as we no longer wanted the food because it was so very behind and so very very extremely late and completely unacceptable!! I’m a single Mother of 3 that slimply cannot afford to pay for food we haven’t even eaten!! 🙃😢

over 2hrs of the order they wouldn't answer calls. no explanation .really out of order. was a regular customer never again

Food was warm and delivered via a really polite young lady . Only thing stops giving 5 stars was the chips and cheese were not very nice the cheese was very greasy and lacked any taste whatsoever.

The food was excellent, but I forgot how large the extra large was. It’s big enough for two. I would order a large one again and leave the extra large for hungry, hardworking people.

First time we have ordered from Ozutz, and we were shocked at how nice it was! Arrived early and the food was still hot from Trowbridge to BOA. Chips lovely and crispy, great salad in kebabs and tender chicken. Will come back.

We waited over 2 hours. I phoned the restaurant/kebab shop to ask about our order. They said they were very busy and apologized. We got our order after almost 3 hours... it was horrible. Cold and not worth waiting for. Wanted to try something new but it was a disappointment!

I wish I could I give ZERO but unfortunately I can't. I ordered from this place last night and wanted to save it until tonight. I opened it to find that it's already ROTTING!!! I called them up to find out what was going on but then they had the audacity to blame me for it moulding and put the phone down on me. I will be reporting this to EHO as under no circumstances should food go off after less than 24 hours! They are rude and disrespectful and to be blaming me for moudly food is outrageous!

We were really impressed with the online ordering, customisable options and easy to navigate and order. Food arrived over half an hour early! The food was hot and plentiful and tasted good too. All in all really good and will definitely order again!

Had Ozutz twice before and it was average. Mixed kebab tonight delivered on time and easily the best I've ever had - massively impressed! Hope it's like this next time it really was exceptional.

We ordered the food online for a pickup delivery which was very easy. There was an excellent choice and the provision to customise your order. On arrival the food was waiting for us and handed over by helpful staff. Our takeaway was very good quality and hot, one of the best kebabs I have eaten. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely awful ordered at 7.30 to be be told at 9 ot would be 30 minutes . Gave them time as I felt sorry for them .called at 10 to be told maybe another 45 minutes . My son was waiting they didn't care I just cancelled Absolutely shocking . Wouldn't even give 1* for this tonight and would never use again . No apology

Moved to Wiltshire a few months ago and the first week here we couldn't be bothered to cook much. So, we tried a few local takeaways and of the ones we tried Ozutz was probably the best. Since then it has become a regular treat! Did is always delivered hot, always tasty and consistently good quality. Highly recommended.

Had a flyer through the door which was different to the menu on their own website, which was different to the Just Eat website menu! Food was good, service was OK. Would order again

Tried for the first time and got so much for my money and the food was really tasty. I will definitely be going back there again.
