The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews. Wait time in shop was approx 20mins, food was fresh and hot, we enjoyed ‘proper’ cod and chips. Large chips was plenty for two adults and a child to share.

Bad customer service, treated with condescending disrespect - guy didn’t stop saying derogatory things about me to the other staff member (while I was sat down eating 2 metres from them) incredibly rude & disrespectful, never be going back, food was lacklustre also. Male & female - toxic combo they are - small minded people. They need sunshine & Jesus probably.

Beware! I was in this branch of Pret today at 1.45pm having a coffee. I got pickpocketed and by 2pm they were on a spending spree around Farringdon. Its not really Prets fault, but please be aware when in there.

Called in here as thought I might get a good meal on the way out of town. They had a sausage in batter ready in the hot-box so I said I'd have that with a large chips. Got it all home and while the batter on the sausage was rock hard it was very greasy. The chips weren't up to much either. I remember seeing a sign outside saying "staff wanted". Perhaps they need a decent cook.

Portion not really as I ordered, even just little bit of meat inside the large donner. I'm not recommended for sure

Jus got a burger with lemon and herd dressing fries and a drink.....the burger was massive...the fries freshly cooked...10/10...

Our first ever visit today. Manager was happy to explain all the various food on offer... The chips were well cooked and a good portion size and steak and kidney pies tasty. Good value for money.

Just had our chippy tea we ordered early cos wanted to watch RL grand final. However we asked for 2 lightly battered fish , what actually came was a pretty obvious dinner time warm up disappointed to say the least just hope Wigan win 🤞

It’s always a lottery what price you pay at a subway, depends on how greedy the franchise owner is. Ashford Eureka business park Subway are by far the greediest. I always order the same thing, foot long BMT on herbs and cheese with 3 cookies and a drink. Folkestone this costs £10.50, Ashford Eureka it cost £12.67. Tried asking the guy serving me why it was over £2 more expensive than Folkestone but he barely spoke English so had no idea what I was talking about.
