Ordered from here first time burgers meals for 2, onion rings and chilli cheese poppers and I’m very disappointed. 20minut late with delivery. Then onion rings soggy and chips was very oily . Can’t say nothing good about burgers neither. Overall food very disappointing.

We love Seniors fish and chips anyway, but treated ourselves to the John Dory this week. If was beautiful. The batter was crisp with no grease, and the delicate flavour of the fish was so good one of our cats was trying to sit on the plate. It's not a cheap supper, but it was worth what we paid.

Order via a third-party app for delivery wasn’t sent anything I order Instead of them to cancel the order, They sent me whatever they felt like. I’ve tried to call the branch and no answers the sandwich that they sent me has tomato’s which I can’t eat due to allergies

Never had a a bad takeaway from this place. We were in Cleethorpes a month ago and were treated to "the best fish and chip shop in Cleethorpes" but as I was eating it I thought Costas was better! Keep it up guys, and remember people are more likely to leave a review if they have a negative experience and look how many great reviews they have. I went here this evening as it used to be one of the best, if not the best, local Chicken Shops with really nice and tasty wings. However, this time around they seemed old and were very, very tiny—smaller than a pack of mayo. The taste was not the same either. This truly is disheartening, as I went there hungry after a long day looking forward to the wings and came out really disappointed. The server was polite and courteous, and the atmosphere was as usual. Please fix the quality of the wings to how it was! These are not it!

Horrible, freezing cold shed of a venue. Asked for one of the completely empty booths and was told they were for 4 only. Given no choice of table. Fries were cold, in fairness these were removed from the bill. Customer service was poor. Food average. The business has not improved since the rationalisation.
