My Cookie Dough in Leeds

Visited today (11/11/2023). The flavoured lattes were disgusting and flavourless. We requested more syrup in one of the lattes due to the lack of taste but the staff were unaccommodating and acted as if it was a big task. The white chocolate and raspberry cookie was awful. It was hard and again lacked flavour. The other cookie which was hazelnut and chocolate (I believe) was better but still quite disappointing. Overall a terrible visit and would not recommend nor go again.

Very impressed with the quick service - our order arrived within 2-3 minutes and the cookie dough was lovely. At first I thought the portion size was a bit small for the price but as it was very rich and indulgent, any more would have been sickly. Can't wait to visit again soon to try the biscoff dough.

I've been going to My Cookie Dough since I was a college student. Went there alot after college because it tasted so delicious & soft. I haven't been there in awhile since college, so recently like 2 weeks ago I bought a Cookie Dough from there with ice cream and it still tasted delicious! And reminded me of good memories. The girl that served me was very lovely & polite.

We were shopping in Leeds and thought we’d go and buy some cookie dough. When we went the first time there was a sign saying be back at 3:45, we continued shopping and went back at 5 and the sign was still up. I’m not too sure why the employee was gone for so long, they definitely have bad customer service. We went by at 6 and saw the worker with no hat, no mask and no gloves. That is disgusting especially with what is going on at the moment. We felt so sick and disgusted we had to walk away

Ordered a Home bake it yourself kit. One cookie dough was missing. I contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

Great value. Friendly staff. Good cookie dough. Nothing really else to say but just go there and try it out. Amazing!

I Visited for the first time last night after a meal at nandos with my date(first date) for desert was baffled by the amount of options, in a good way, as there was something for everyone and for a guy with a sweet tooth like me I couldn’t decide but anyways we ended up getting a kinder and Nutella stack that was suggested by the lad. At first I thought it was expensive as it was 7.25 for a stack but when the guy explained that you get two scoops of icecream and it’s one cookie dough on top of another it came out pretty cheap as a single cookie with two scoops would’ve costed £5 odd. Nevertheless it was the best thing I’ve ever had and my date loved it aswell especially the good chat both the lads provided us. Second date is being planned rn with hopefully a cheeky stack again

Well I don't where to start with this, I have been to few my cookie dough stores in the North in the last few months, on this visit I went to the Liverpool store, an this has had to be the worst experience I have had in general pretty appalling to be honest, so my cookie was more like a warm slop one side followed by a cold slop the other, it looked like baby poo in a box and probably didn't taste much better, the store isn't even complete there things just left half done everywhere the seating area the frame is in but no cushions no tables no nothing it still has the builders drawing all over it, considering it didn't open that long ago it was dirty the floor was discusting could feel my shoes sticking to the floor, I wouldn't like to guess the EHO safety rating on this place, maybe a 2 at best an thats me being nice as I have been a fan in the past, to sum up I will not be coming back to my cookie dough, in future I will go somewhere else instead as the product is just not up to par with stores products, and it looked so dirty it feels like the company have abandoned its principles and made it good, and now it's all about opening as many stores as possible and moving onto the next big thing, if the company doesn't start addressing its complaints it loose valuable customers, I have read numerous complaints about the company and store but nothing ever seems to change or improve as a customer we have voices to express our unhappiness with this product and company but our voices our never heard either that or my cookie dough no longer cares, prices have slowly been rising for something that was already over priced, they charge between 4.25 and 7.25 depending on what you get, it probably cost them like 50p to make the dough and about the same for the ice cream, it's no lo ger value for money the product isn't the same no more I no longer enjoy it. I do not belive the Liverpool store will be here long with poor product and poor customer service, it feels like as soon as they have your mo ey they don't care, I'm very disappointed an feel the need to express this to all customers so they don't waste there money on something that is now wildly over priced and to be at the moment you could probably make better at home and it would be cheaper and a good way to have fun with the kids.

I usually really love mycookiedough and Im a huge lover of cookie dough in general! I have visited the Leeds one a few times and have only been left dissapointed, the staff are miserable and literally do not care for you to make an order, literally as if you are a burden on there day having to stand there and make you a dessert they are there to do! last time I order the kinder one and it literally took two members of staff with no one else in the que 10 minutes to make it, once they pulled it out the oven they smeared my chocolate over it whilst laughing and to be honest it just made me not even want to eat it, it was tasteless, came with no ice cream or cream! I won't be visiting the Leeds one anytime soon!

After liking Pizza hut cookie dough for a number of years I was expecting a place that specialises in cookie dough to produce something really delicious!! Unfortunately there was no real flavour - not at all vanillary or like dough, just tasted like i was eating butter. 2 out of 10. They must be making a killing too, if they could just get it right that would be great!!

Yesterday, I visited my cookie dough Leeds. I was over-whelmed with the fantastic customer service I received by two young girls. We were thrown with so many delicious looking products on the menu that we couldn’t decide what to have. So they both came over and helped us decide and choose the best one for us as they asked what type of chocolate and toppings we like and really matched our cravings. I recommend everyone to visit the store as they can help you decide what your feeling.

Taste. Off. Presented. Wonky. But she's a supervisor so she 'knows best', laughable. Get your head out of there dear, your team mate was doing all the work. Note.. if I was the blonde girl I would have walked out if my 'supervisor' was doing that little work when I was working my ar*se off and still smiling. Give her a raise and the other one needs retraining, and that is being light on her.

I visited the My Cookie Dough concession at Leeds Trinity on a Saturday afternoon, ordering a Strawberries and Cream shake and Kinder Bueno shake at a cost of £8.50. To say the products we were presented with (eventually, describing the service as slow is an understatement) was quite frankly shocking for the cost. Quite how two strawberries (I watched them being chopped) some milk and a small squirt of ice cream can cost £4.25 is beyond me. So much so that I, very politely, asked the lady serving if that was really all I was getting for my money. When she confirmed it was I told her (again politely) that it was completely overpriced. To my amazement, she replied ‘I know, it is isn’t it?’. When I asked her how it was justified she simply said ‘I don’t set the prices’. I then asked if there was a manager present who I could discuss a refund with. I was told there wasn’t. It was obvious the lady serving had absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction – and not wanting to embarrass my children I left it at that. Before posting this review, I emailed the companies Head Office regarding my experience - and 14 days later still haven’t received an acknowledgement or a response. It seems their customer care culture is reflected from the top to the bottom. Very poor indeed.
