Paprika in North Lanarkshire

Recommend this place for the family and friends because it does not disappoint. The staff is friendly and depends on how busy it is I’d say that the food gets here pretty quickly. I recommend trying the curry pizzas because they are just on another level.

Being regulars every weekend we ordered the usual chicken tikka makani, 2x nan bread, 2x chips a large pizzas, spjced onions and poppadoms and South Indian sauce. The food and staff are usually lovely. However having got home with the order I opened the bag to see there were items missing and the Makani was not at all theusual makani! it was not the usual curry at all (I know chefs make things differentbut this was in noways the same), completely different taste and colour. Having called the shop to explain they said we'd have to collect a new order at the shop. Why couldn't this have been delivered to us...a mistake that wasn't our fault. On the phone the staff member was so rude to me and was very unhelpful and said we had to collect the food...again. Arriving at the shop the chef gave another different curry which they said was a milder makani...having gotten home again it was not a makani and it didn't taste nice at all. The chef wanted me out the shop as soon as and just gave me a dish and said it was a makani. I got my spiced onions and poppadoms but why the time I got home and binned the curry I was given I was completely put off and ended up eating a tin of soup. This will be the last £40-70 you get from me weekly I might add. Very disappointing Paprika, you have lost a customer who has been coming to you 10yrs plus.

My regular takeaway was having some problems, so went here instead and boy was that a mistake i ordered an chicken tika meal,normally you get good sized chicken pieces which are cooked on a skewer what i received was a dried up piece of breast with the breast bone still in it ,most of it went in the bin along with the naan which weighed about a kilo, the sauce was tasteless it was purified tomato with no effort to produce taste ,very poor !

Terrible. Phoned to order a meal. I have multiple severe allergies and asked to double check these. I was initially told that one of my allergens was not present but the others were not mentioned. When asked to check the other allergens, the phone was hung up. Awful customer service. Will not be back.

The owner of this takeaway is genuinely nice, his staff are friendly and the service is great they always get my order correct which is rare for me. Food is up to a high standard I would definitely suggest to try this takeaway.

Visited Paprika on Sunday night, Ordered shish Kebab and it was grilled to perfection, also the staff were very polite and fast with service. My No.1 choice in Airdrie.

Not long had a delivery. Tikka masala which despite the wonderful desciption it gives was tasteless and no poppadoms n spicy onions which we paid for. Never complined because whats the point. Meal would have been frozen waiting for them Just never again!!!

last night , i was in a hurry n i didn't have time to cook. when i got out of home to go to university, i saw here on the road n decided to buy burger from paprika. i ordered double beef burger, it was fab n so tasty with fresh ingredients. defo i will order again and try every delish foods of here.

orderd 2 cheese burgers and a meat feast pizza, arrived after 30 minutes, but they didn't bring sauces that i requested, called the shop and they sent another delivery to bring us the sauces with %5 extra off! altough the dinner was a bit cold when we started to eat but i really liked their responsibility!

I have been ordering from here for more than 2 years, about 5 6 times in total. and I have to admit every single time the food was tastier than before. Especially this last time, had an amazing doner calzone with my colleague, and like every other popular shop, it took a little bit time for our orders to be ready. In general, I'm fairly satisfied, definitely going to visit on my next visit to Airdrie

In our recent euro trip starting from Berlin, yesterday We were in the Scotland, Airdrie!I'm a vegetarian and my husband is not, we were both interested in trying this takeaway while in Airdrie. I went with the Veggie burger and my wife ordered Aberdeen Burger due to the high recommendation of the staff.mine was perfect it was obvious that ingredients were so fresh.because of my situation, We only visiting the places that have vegetarian or vegan options. Of all the places we visited on our trip, this was one of top 10 places to eat for both of us.

what a gem with great staff and awesome food.5 out of 5 for service.the mixed kebab was huge and one of them can feed two people very well indeed. the meat was very good and not tough at all. we enjoyed all the dishes we tried, well done and thank you.

We didn't know the area so this was a bit difficult to find. There were lots on the menu to choose from, my friend went for the Shish Kebab Wrap, I chose the Double Bacon Burger. Both were rather good and collected quite quickly.

My little brother lives in this area and we decided to order Shish kebab and Paprika's special Pizza for dinner by his recommendation.

Had a few takeaways from here the food is always exceptional really fresh and well cooked my boys love the pizza. I would have given 5 stars but the website is terrible tried to order on the website a few nights ago so I could pay with card and ended up just ordering from elsewhere because it was taking so long to go through, will order again and make sure I have cash in the house so I can phone my order in.

This was the first time we ordered from this wee shop. Our chicken curry and popedums received well cooked and tasty. There are many fast food takeaways which sell Indian foods but this wee shop made it just perfect in a way an Indian restaurant can make! Will order again!

My husband picked up a vegetable/chicken pakora tonight, COLD! Sauce tasted awful, No way the "usual" pakora sauce, was so bad we couldn't eat it! Also got pompadoms and spiced onions, rotten, couldnt eat, 100% will NEVER be back!!!!!!!!!!

Great place, me and my family go here every Saturday night. Love the hogis, Pakora and the chips. Just generally a great place with great food. I would recommend Paprika to everyone I Know if I could. Love the sponsorship with AFC.

Probamos un montón de sitios en airdrie, y hay unos cuantos sitios de comida para llevar en la zona. Intenté paprika por primera vez el otro día y me sorprendió que no habia sido!

Run de cocina Mill. Nada malo que decir. Si estás buscando para alimentar a una familia que simplemente no puede decidir qué comer, este lugar es perfecto. Limpio y ordenado. Gran variedad y precios razonables. El personal era muy servicial y más que dispuesto a satisfacer sus requerimientos, incluso si no es en el menú. Definitivamente puedes encontrar lugares peores para comer. Volveré de nuevo.

I have used this place for a few years the food has always been good. It seems a shame that tonight I tried to order and the person answering could not speak a word of English, he actually hung up on my twice muttering and when I phoned back to ask for a manager he he said none here and hung up again. I was left exasperated, with no food not good

Primera vez tratando de Paprika y en esta ocasión probamos el cuadro munchie (pakora, carne, ensalada y patatas fritas donnor) y tengo que decir que fue una excelente relación calidad-precio y era de excelente calidad. El personal era muy amable.

La comida era tan buena, siempre sirven deliciosas comidas de calidad superior. Recomiendo totalmente. Me encanta que son patrocinados con Airdrie Estadio especialmente. El personal es muy agradable y disfrutar trabajando allí! Me encanta el kebabs y el pakora. Realmente no sé como su pan nan pero generalmente no gusta de todos modos.

Mejor Calzone Pizza. Altamente recomendado. Visita aquí sobre una base regular y nunca me ha decepcionado.

First and foremost, if it's quality of food we were rating on alone, this would be a 5 star review all day long, but unfortunately, as good as the food is, Paprika does have some faults.We use this place on a weekly basis, and as others have said before, there's usually something wrong with the order you place, for example, our takeaway last week we ordered a lamb Karahi ........ A chicken Karahi was delivered to us, which wasn't major as we ate it all the same.Twice we have place an order also, only to phone chasing it up 90 mins later to discover it was never made. We were told we would receive a complimentary 2 litre bottle of juice as an apology, that never arrived also.As I said, in my eyes these are minor things, and I just collect my orders now and make sure they're ok before I leave.As long as the foods still as tasty, I'll still go here.

We go to Paprika for the hygiene above all else, as we're quite picky when it comes to it but you just cant fault this takeaway at all!! Immaculate clean shop and staff are very very nice people who go out their way to provide. Would highly recommend! The currys are brilliant I know its called a Grill house but try the currys/nan breads! They're amazing!

Ordered 4 times & although the food is nice the order is never complete .... By time the rest gets delivered the food is cold. Not worth the hassle

Been going here for a good while now every time is as good as the next, the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is once I was in he took a burger that was on the grill cooking off and placed it back on the raw burgers in the counter raw side up so it looked raw like the rest.

VERY RUDE STAFF Won't be back! Much better take aways further down the street! Wouldn't recommend at all. Felt really uncomfortable and ended up binning the food.

Paprika Grill House is one of my favourite places where you get everything under one roof at best quality!! Curries are amazing as always, from Chicken Tikka Masala to Tandoori Mixed Grill is all good!! Burgers are also good, specially new Angus Gourmet Burgers taste amazing, succulent with toasted burger bun and fresh crunchy salad is awesome... I also tried Brazilian Burger which came with grilled pineapple and I loved it!! Kebabs are also great, specially paprika special kebab which is big enough to feed 3 people(Get a tub of curry sauce with it and you will see what I am talking about!!)Staff are always helpful, their delivery service sometime can be slow at weekends but no surprise as they are always busy.... Now they have website and mobile app so ordering is easy and can be collected which I usually do!! Keep up the good work and well done to their chef.... Will be back again as always :)

Waited 40min to get food before i asked for my money back . Its got a reputation of doing this alot. Not my thing for a fast food take away.

Ive been using paprika recently...its immaculate...the staff are very polite and the food is amazing...they do the best chicken pakora ive ever tasted and comes with a tub of the most amazing sauce.....i highly reccomend...
