I’ve been visiting this fast-food establishment nearly every night for the past four weeks since I moved to the area, and unfortunately, I’ve been consistently disappointed with the quality of service and food. On my first visit, I was overcharged by £2 for my meal, which I only realized afterward as the menu wasn’t visible at closing time. Although I chose not to argue over it at the time, this incident left a poor impression. Despite this, I returned to give them another chance, hoping the experience would improve. Sadly, the issues have continued. Most recently, I ordered a fish meal, which the menu indicated would come with chunky fries. Instead, I was given skinny fries, and to make the portion appear larger, they added what appeared to be leftover salad on top. Only upon arriving home did I realize this substitution and felt disappointed by the lack of care in the order preparation. Moreover, I’ve observed concerning hygiene practices. The staff often engage in conversations while preparing food, which results in talking over open food. Proper uniforms and cleanliness are also lacking, as staff frequently wear visibly dirty clothes. These issues suggest that the food safety and quality standards need significant improvement. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this location and would advise caution for others considering dining here.

Telephone customer service needs improving. Note for management: Praise Jake, and please have a 1 to 1 with Nisha/Neesha. I have shipped here quite a few times and enjoyed my experience in store, with most staff generally being enthusiastic. However, yesterday, my partner and I had a tire puncture and called up to check when the tyre bay would be open til and if we could have it replaced on that day. I had tried calling the tyre bay but had no luck with an answer so I chose to call the main store. Nisha/ Neesha picked up the phone to me, I advised of the situation and what we wanted and she replied with a blunt "wait a second" and put me on hold for 4 mins, then the call cut out. I called again and explained I had called already and recieved the same "hold on" reply and stayed on hold for 4/6 mins before the call dropped. When I called the third time I advised her that she wasn't telling me what she is doing and I don't want to be put on hold again if possible. She then proceeded to ask me a question in the rudest and dismissive tone. It was at this point that I stated I work in customer service and that her tone was not suitable nor appreciated, all I did was call up to get some answers, I didn't pressure her or speak rudely so I don't feel her response was warranted. After sometime she seemed to calm down but clung to the same blunt replies. Attitude like this will drive away sales, and if it wasn't for Jake, we definitely would have gone elsewhere. Please check in with her, support and train her properly. As I do not know of it was busy I store I don't know whether she was under a lot of pressure but it seems she needs help managing this. Eventually, she informed me that I would receive a call back. Jake from tyres was helpful and polite and answered my questions clearly. It took about 5/10 mins for call back which was good. Just a note that: your staff should be polite to all customers and have an understanfing they they don't know the needs of the individual they are speaking with so clear communication is key ( as an autistic individual it would be appreciated to have more staff who behave like Jake) .
