Review: Bushwhackers Worcester I attended an over-30s house music event at Bushwhackers on Saturday and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The first thing that hit me was the awful smell in the bar area. It was like mouldy old feet—just disgusting. It made me wonder when the place was last properly cleaned because it really didn’t feel well-maintained. The toilets were even worse. No toilet seats, no hand dryers, and no tissues to dry your hands. I had to go to the bar to get some napkins, which isn’t ideal. The whole place just felt unclean, with cobwebs everywhere. That said, the outdoor area was lovely. Loads of disco balls, neon lights, and a nice seating area with its own bar. It’s well-designed and visually impressive, which is a real contrast to the inside. The final straw for me was the attitude of one of the bouncers. I smiled at him, and he scowled back. I’m a woman in my 50s, out supporting local DJs, and to be greeted like that was just rude and unnecessary. Between the smell, the lack of cleanliness, and the unfriendly staff, I won’t be returning to Bushwhackers. A shame, because the event itself had potential.

Have used the Hing Tai for 30+ years, and this was the first time since it recently changed hands - and it will be the last. Beef curry thin and watery with no “bite” and hardly any meat. Sweet and Sour chicken balls had a nicer coating, but the meat was dangerously pink and undercooked - and one of them was even prawn rather than chicken, would be concerning if I had a shellfish allergy. No criticism of the front of house staff, and it was at least ready on time - but that’s the last time we’ll be using them.

My wife and I visited the ketch on Wednesday 19th February for our tea. The meats were nice The vegetables were not a very good selection. The carrots were not even peeled.i asked what happens to the left over meats and I was told they all go back in the oven overnight. I said what they replied yes they go in for 20 hours. The Yorkshire Puddings looked good but they were a let down. As for ambiance all we could hear was the angry death metal music coming from the kitchen at full volume not good. Orher customers were moaning about the kitchen music aswell.

Very dirty. Staff paid no attention to waiting customers and instead were too busy gossiping or listening to music. Witnessed someone making a complaint to then be thrown out for it? A big shame as previously had good experiences with this restaurant but certainly won’t be visiting again after witnessing this. Very disturbing.

Whilst queuing to place my order I was watching a female member of staff re stocking the cakes. She had gloves on and picked up maple and pecan swirls to put in the display, then without changing gloves picked up cinnamon swirls and put them in the display. I myself have a nut allergy and the cross contamination that may have happened from this worker not changing gloves between handling an item with nuts and ons without has ensured I will not be ordering any sweet treats from Starbucks in the future.

Food was generally really good, (3 of us ate) salt and pepper chicken and chips were quite salty but eveything was okay. However my partner had the crispy beef and made him really ill so will not be using this place again.

We had a birthday party at no 35 and it was the perfect venue. Really well made drinks and cocktails, great food and the service was excellent; nothing was too much trouble Highly recommend for popping in for a drink too

Very poor and sloppy service and dirty cups . Dirty tea pot . The costa wasn’t busy but we still had to wait. I know they don’t get well paid but non of the staff have any pride in there job and you can see they don’t want to be there. Dirty tables

Ordered for delivery two fish, chips & sausage in a tray. On 3 occasions stated NO salt & Vinegar, when we received them they were covered in vinegar, which the kids wouldn't eat. Tried calling numerous times, the phone just constantly rings out. Waste of money and still have hungry kids.

I had a visit at the hospital, and decided to go get me a costa food and drink was lovely, staff were quick and efficient.. during my wait i had a nosey reading reviews.. Seeing how busy this place gets i get it can get a bit messy. But people do your part and clean after yourselves!! Dirty people!

Very very disappointed with a Christmas party meal. I have never seen such awfully presented and unpleasant food in my life!! Dog food would have probably been better. Crockery like in a cheap motel, and a paper ramekin???? In a 4 star hotel???? I don't know if my serving was costed at more than a £1, so whatever the rest £34 were for?? I was absolutely disgusted last night. A real rip off. How are you not ashamed? We could see actually that your staff were embarrassed serving and seeing the faces of guests. Absolute shame on the management. If you are going to serve such junk, why do you even bother organising christmas parties?

So rude! I get that it can be stressful when busy but to roll your eyes when you ask for something is shocking service! Food is good so its a shame. Just order delivery if you can.

Very poor service driver didn't even speak to me even though I said hello and thank you he just walked away. then I ask for extra toppings never had them i phoned up and there said there have run out i asked for a refund as I paid for extra toppings there just put the phone down on me don't buy from here

Come from Malvern to Premier pizza last night absolutely amazing food staff very very friendly well worth the trip and I do highly recommend their pizzas and their burgers they do. we'll be going again

I have visited this establishment on a couple of occasions and both times the staff has been very friendly, coming to the table to take the order, but the food has been very slow to arrive and was of a poor standard, not hot (just tepid). The staff didn't come to check if everything was OK and when I commented on the food I was told "well if you had let us know we would have done something about it"> Come on Guys, how about you check with your customers if everything is OK and then act on it if not. I will not go back.
