Absolutely filthy. The whole place needs a good clean. The floor was covered in crumbs the windows smeared and the toilets were disgusting. Our drinks were served in dirty glasses that had hair and fluff on the rims. I asked for a refund which was given but no apology was. The cake also tasted stale.

It wasn’t very busy however the staff took ages to deliver our order. The manager was messing about with other things rather than pushing the staff to achieve the best for the brand and customers. Cakes are left uncovered on the counter which is not only unsafe it’s unpleasant when people are breathing all over it. Still no vegan whip for drinks which is ridiculous.

Bit of a q when I went in on a Thursday lunchtime. Tried a bubble tea for a change as it was a very hot day. Not sure it was worth £3.95 though.

Awful service. When my order was ready, no one told me, just left it on the counter to go cold, and other customers coughing and breathing over it. I only got it coz I went to enquire where it was. Even then wasn’t told it was mine, I just guessed . Istaff to busy chatting ! It was a very Burnt toastie , bread was as hard a rock was awful . This was the worcester one at st martins gate WR1 2DD

Don’t know what they’re doing most of the time. The staff just seem like they’re just working for the sake of it. The manager was on the laptop computer doing his business stuff but his staff needed help serving and clearing tables. A serious lack of communication. Food and drinks just your normal typical Costa really

This branch isn't a patch on the one in Worcester High Street. Staff lack customer care. Dirty floor and fittings and crumbs and debris over seats. The coffee was ok though. The branch could take a lesson from the one at Blackpole retail park as it's got a similar location and building. The one at Blackpole is cleaner by far

Lovely 🥰 to pop in for a coffee ☕️ in Worcester. Other warmer months of the year it’s great to sit outside and watch the world 🌎 go by. Staff friendly.

A good stop of point when having a days shopping in town. Lovely hot coffee and toasted sandwiches and delicious cakes. Always visit when we are in Worcester.

The girl who served us seemed rushed even though it was quiet. We never had chance to use our free drinks on the app. She didn’t even offer to look for us. Still no vegan whip in any costa when all the competition uses it

I popped in this morning to grab a coffee ( Costa not usually my first place to go for coffee so unknowing of the menu ) I was greeted by a lady with short brown hair, she appeared to be on her own, and I asked for a large cappuccino to go for a friend, then, I asked what the specialties they had at the moment are (as the menu wasn’t on a board to see and monitors were off/down..) she looked at me like was from another planet and said in a slight tone ‘what do you mean?’ and I instantly was made to feel stupid, I said for example pumpkin spiced latte she said no they had maple, I then asked what iced coffees they did, she slammed me down instantly and said certain machines where down..so i thought I would just stop there and said I’ll have a cappuccino, so I paid…not noticing she only charged me for one, when I noticed she only made one, I said I had asked for 2, she then tried to make out It was my fault, no politeness, no apologies, she took another payment for the second coffee and then was banging about like a stroppy child making it. Anyway, sorry for long post, but I was made to feel small and stupid…it’s safe to say costa will still not be my first place to come for coffee. Well…This store in Worcester anyway.

Why can’t these guys catch up with the others. The frappes come with cream however on our visit we prefer to be dairy free. The others do vegan whip so this lot should start doing it. In times where we’ve got to pay extra for things everyone should provide value for money

We had two soya milk hot chocolates on our visit. They seemed tasteless and watery. They always have an issue when people request a different milk. They should do it regardless. I’m a shift leader at another coffee shop chain which I won’t mention. I always ensure the hot chocolate tastes of chocolate.

I work in a rival coffee shop in town not to mention any names. Firstly the staff need to have a proper manager overseeing them. Not sat down smirking all the time. It wasn’t that busy so they should have cleared the few customers they had quickly. I had to tell the guy three times our order. It seemed an issue that we wanted soya milk in are aero hot chocolates. They should learn never to argue with customers just do what they’ve asked you to do.

Slower than the average Costa. Very slow service, but the coffee was good. Outdoor seating area, maybe an extra staff member would resolve, if covid risk assessments allow.

We walked in for a break from the rain only to be greeted by a child with no customer service skills at all. We asked for two caramel oat lattes both medium size. She didn’t have a clue what I meant. I said it’s advertised on your board. She then realised what I said. The guy making the coffees didn’t know the size even though we said it to them. There was washing up left on a windowsill by the toilets which looked like it had been there for a while. They weren’t all that busy. The so called manager was to busy talking to her regular customers rather than doing her job. The toilets where filthy with rubbish on the floor. If I was a health inspector I would have filed a report there and then. This place used to be so good and has really gone downhill. I hope someone reads this post

They made my drink wrong the first time and second time! I asked for a summer berry cooler bearing in mind I had one in the Tewksbury shop that morning which was made perfectly! When I received the drink in Worcester it was runny not...

Arrived at just before 3.45pm. Usual queue - other coffee chains don't have this. Told they couldn't serve me as otherwise they couldn't close by 4. Open until 4 and yet tiring away business. Maybe they need to drop the whole slow vmbarusta thing abd...

The staff lack urgency with serving customers. The drinks are very inconsistent. Two other people had drinks before us. I saw the guy hardly frothing the milk at all. They left nearly all the drink in their glasses. We could see why. They where just...

Pre ordered a drink via the app and went to the collection point as advised. Unfortunately I was met with the most unpleasant “barista”… who waved me away with a “there’s loads of orders in front of you, go wait over there and we’ll call...

Outside seating only but toilets available inside the building. With Covid measures in place there are few places offering a decent seating area. This was a well maintained space with staff cleaning tables regularly. The usual Costa fare on offer by friendly and efficient staff....

Great food and service as always. Hard working staff who serve you quickly. Just a pity about lockdown got in the way of us visiting again

Costa have a new cheaper menu so had a latte and croissant. Nice, cheery lady serving. Little bit of a wait as she was on her own as it was 9am. Good covid safe system.

Our first visit since lockdown. Even though nobody explained the new rules to us which I thought was not correct code of conduct it was a excellent visit. Food and drinks up to usual high standards

In recent visits it’s improved a lot. Clearly the staff have been retrained which shows. Food and drinks where excellent Highly recommended

This careless lady balanced a tray on the sink and made a huge crashing noise. They do all the specific training which clearly needs to be addressed

Cafe always clean tidy and inviting. Staff are very good and helpful. Food and drinks very good. Bakewell tart excellent.

This costa ment to open till 6 went at half 4 and was stopped by a member of staff who pulled door shut and said closed in a rude manner wont be using that one again

Normally here is very good however there are some staff who don’t listen to the customers. One lady needs to learn English. Otherwise no real issues. Food and service good as normal. Bakewell tart well recommended

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drinks where excellent. Especially on a wet rainy day. Highly recommended

When the barista looks like they haven't been to bed... it's never a good start. Language skills at the "barely acceptable" level... dry croissant that is clearly defrosted or, if not, yesterdays... served with a luke warm beverage that is so weak I could pour it on my cereal.... and to top it off... something smells in here.... something bad. All for the princely sum of just under a tenner... not sure if the Costa Execs would be too impressed with this sites lacadaisical approach. Avoid.

The staff and beverages are always excellent here. Even when it’s busy they do their best to ensure the customers don’t have to wait too long.

It's a nice Costa with seating inside and outside. It's been open a few years now. Plenty of room inside. Great latte.

Having been to a number of Costas, I like the coffee, this performs better than most. The building is like a barn, with little character, but there is lots of room inside and the place is clean.

It's a great location in st Martin's quarter close to asda. In the summer it's lovely to sit outside. Usual q to wait of course but we picked a quiet time.

As good as the refurb is it’s let down by staff who just don’t care. We had two festive latte drinks on this visit. The guy hardly frothed the soy and normal milk for the drinks. He may as well of just poured it in straight from the carton cold. His attitude was that of someone who doesn’t want to listen to customers and who doesn’t want to do his job. If he doesn’t want to be in hospitality of any scale he shouldn’t do it

Does what it says on the tin. Plenty of seating inside and outside and staff are pleasant enough. Good spot to get a coffee on way home from shopping!

Nothing special, just the same as you would find at any other Costa, expensive for just a coffee, there are too many of these and they seem to be everywhere

Visited in a Powered Wheelchair. There was a slight queue and the till next to me was empty, however the people stood in front of me by the working till had completed their orders and was awaiting their coffee. The customer ushered my son forward to order he placed his crisps upon the till and I was asked to pay for them from the rear of the queue. That was clearly impractical as I could not reach the till NOR had I been asked if that was the whole order. I think I heard her ask my son if that was all 'he' wanted and he obviously for a 6 year old replied 'yes'. I craned forward around the lady and and tried to hear but found it difficult. Practically the assistant seeing the queue had not progressed enough to reach the customer could have moved tills or waited for me to reach her to make the order, as my son could very well have chosen the crisps but not been given permission to purchase them....

Absolutely top quality coffee shop located on the edge of Worcester City Centre.
